Original passport which should be valid for 06 months from the date of arrival in Papua new Guinea.
Visa Application Form.
2 photographs of 35 X 45 mm with white background and Matte finish, 80% face size.
Covering Letter stating the details of the traveler and detailed information of visit.
An Invitation Letter from Friends/Relatives.
Last 6 months (original) updated Saving Bank Statements with sufficient balance
Income Tax Returns / Form 16 for the last 3 years.
Confirm Air Tickets.

Visa Fees:

INR 12500/- pp single entry

INR 25000/- pp Multiple Entry

Visa Processing Time: As per visa approval from immigration. 2- 4 days.

Two Recent Photos with White Background
A Covering Letter from the Applicant/ Company on the requisite letterhead, stating reasons of travel.
An Invitation Letter from friends/ relatives/ Business Associates in Papua New Guinea.
Bank statement’s for the last 6 months.
Income Tax Returns for the last 3 years

Documents of visa received before 5:30pm will be processed on the same calender day. All documents received after 05:30pm will be processed on the next working day.
It must be noted that grant or refusal of visa is at the sole discretion of the Embassy and IML Travel is neither involved in the process nor is liable or responsible in any manner.
The Embassy/ consulate also reserves the right to ask for further documentation / personal appearance at any time during the processing of the application.
We will not be liable for the Delay in processing by the Consulate/Embassy.
Visa fees/charges are non-refundable of the mostly countries. Whatsoever, the applicant accepts that IML Travel Services is not responsible for any delay in processing or granting or rejection of the visa application by the Embassy
