Visa Requirements

    Tourist Visa

    • Original passport which should be valid for 06 months from the date of arrival in Uganda. (Old passport if any.)
    • 2 photographs of 35 X 45 mm with white background and Matte finish.
    • Covering letter stating the details of the travel and applicant.
    • Hotel bookings
    • Last 6 months (original) updated Saving Bank Statements
    • Original leave letter from Employer/School/University.
    • Confirm Air tickets.
    • Original International Yellow fever certification.

     

     

    Fees for UGANDA VISA

     

    Visa Fees: INR 7000/-

    Visa Processing Time: 4 – 6 Working Days.

    Single-Entry: Three months from the date of issue.

    Multiple-Entry: Six months from the date of issue.

    Business Visa

    • 2 Forms
    • Original Valid Passport
    • 2 Recent Photos
    • Covering letter mentioning the nature of business and companies to be visited in Uganda.
    • Original letter from employer : Designation, Period of employment and leave date granted. If self employed – a letter from an agent who is authorized by the mission.
    • Invitation
    • 3 months bank statement and 3 year IT return.
    • Return confirmed Ticket (Printout of the booking must with ticket)
    • Letter from Chamber of Commerce
    • Original International certificate of vaccination for yellow fever
    • Hotel reservation

     

    Fees for UGANDA VISA

     

    Visa Fees: INR 7000/- pp

    Time Required: 4 Working Days

    • Visa fees/charges are non-refundable of the mostly countries. Whatsoever, the applicant accepts that IML Travel Services is not responsible for any delay in processing or granting or rejection of the visa application by the Embassy
