Allahabad Fort stands tall on the banks of river Yamuna. However, the great Mughal Emperor Akbar built this fort in the year 1583.

Not to mention, this fort was the largest fort built by Akbar. In the old golden days, this fort was considered among the best structures built in the entire Mughal Empire.

In addition,Saraswati Kund is the main attractions of this fort.  It was made as the source of the mythical river Saraswati. Also, people love to see its design element.

Furthermore, Ashoka Pillar is the most picturesque and interesting part which was earthed by the order of the great Mauryan King, Ashoka in 232 BC.

The Jodhabai Mahal is another very interesting structure inside the Mahal. The architecture of the Mahal is a fusion of Hindu and Islamic styles.

Archaeological Survey of India recognised it as a monument of national importance.

“I am that person who dropped her B.Tech (really!) and chose to travel, specifically travel blogging. I’m Manmeet Kaur, a crazy, fun loving and adventurous person from Delhi. I knew I had an interest in writing since I was in school. I didn’t want to be an engineer, doctor or I would say a teacher. My plans were different. I wanted to travel which I guess no one,  specially girl had chosen to do in my family for a living. And like other human beings on this planet I have big dreams too. But my ultimate dream is to travel the world and share my experiences through writing and blogging.” 🙂
