Tourist Visa

  • Original passport which should be valid for 06 months from the date of arrival. (Old passport if any.)
  • Visa application form.
  • 2 photographs of 35 X 45 mm with white background and Matte finish, 80% face size.
  • A Covering letter stating the purpose, duration & itinerary of the visit in brief.
  • Confirm Air Tickets
  • Hotel reservation vouchers
  • Last 6 months (original) updated Saving Bank Statements with sufficient balance
  • Original leave letter from Employer/University/School.

Fees for MONGOLIA VISA

Visa Fees: INR 1500/-pp

Visa processing Time: 5-8 Working Days

 

NOTE – Urgent Visa processing in between 24-48 hours with an extra fees of INR 2000/- is charged extra.

Business Visa

  • Original passport which should be valid for 06 months from the date of arrival. Photocopy of the applicant’s passport (first and last page).
  • Two visa form (photocopy allowed).
  • Two latest passport-size photographs.
  • A Covering letter mentioning  the purpose and duration of the visit. The letter should be addressed to the Visa Consular – Embassy of Mongolia.
  • Confirmed onward/ return air ticket.
  • Invitation letter from the Ministry of Mongolia in case of Business purpose.
  • Last 6 months (original) updated Saving Bank Statements with sufficient balance
