• Original passport which should be valid for 06 months from the date of arrival. (Old passport if any.)

• 2 photographs of 35 X 45 mm with white background and Matte finish, 80% face size.

• Day to Day detailed Itinerary.

• Income tax papers for last 03 yrs or Form 16.
• Last 6 months (original) updated Saving Bank Statements with sufficient balance
• Salary Slips for last 3 months – if employed
• Business Registration of Indian Company
• Invitation letter from Invitee company

• Confirm Return ticket.
• Overseas Travel Insurance
• Income tax returns / Form 16 for last 3 years.
• Last 6 months (original) updated Saving Bank Statements with sufficient balance  and bank seal & sign on it. (Statement should show NOK 500 per day/person).
• Salary Slips for last 3 months – if employed
• Original Leave Letter from Employer/School/University.
• If self-employed, then Business Registration is needed for eg. Shop act / MOA/Deed – if self employed.
• If retired, then Retire proof or Pension order
• Student/College id card OR Bonafide letter – if student

Documents required from Family/friend –

1. Invitation letter stating the details of the traveler and visit information.
2. Passport and Visa copy
3. Relationship proof certificate if visiting Family members in Norway.
4. The original UDI guarantee form for visit (attested by the police in Norway) if the reference is guaranteeing for the cost of travel and stay.

For applicant under 18:

• If travelling alone, then an original and a copy of letter of consent signed by both parents and legalized is required.
• If travelling with only one of parents, then original and a copy of letter of consent from the other parent and legalized is required.
• If the parent travelling with has single custody, then shown original and a copy of certificate of single custody is required.
