Hot Air Balloon Luxor Tour

Have you ever experience a hot air balloon ride?  It is an incredible way to see the world’s largest open-air museum. An early pickup at your hotel will take you to the balloon that will carry over Luxor’s ruins and temples in the beautiful morning light.

Luxor hot air balloon

Pick up from your hotel west bank where is the ( balloon location ) move from hotel to motorboat it takes about 20 minutes depending on the hotel or Nile cruise location, Crossing the River Nile from east to west bank of Luxor takes about 10 minutes. Relocate to the launch sites takes 15 minutes, Inflation takes about 20 minutes and then we are in the air.

The flight is approximately 30:45 minutes depending on the weather and we will climb from this site in front of Hatshepsut Temple to several thousand feet. Once you’re airborne your pilot will point out the spectacular sites of Luxor, from Valleys to the unique west bank of Luxor, to the Nile, Fields absolutely beauty of nature. Our flying area has many wonderful things to see. Once we have landed and the balloons restored away we prepare for our traditional non-alcoholic beverage (water or juice). After this, your guide will drop you back to your hotel with the unforgettable memories of your Activity of Hot Air Balloon.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

  • Cancellation stage: 21 days or more before departure.
  • 25% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 21 days before departure
  • Cancellation stage: 15 to 20 days before departure.
  • 50% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation between 11 to 20 days before departure
  • Cancellation stage: 07 to 15 days or less before departure.
  • 75% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 07 to 14 days before departure
  • Cancellation stage: 7 days or less 24 Hrs before departure.
  • 100% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 10 days before departure
  • Flights Cancellation.
  • For all Domestic / International Flights we will comply with airline cancellation policy.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Pay 50% amount in advance of the total invoice to confirm the booking.
  • All payments have to be clear 30 days prior to the date departure.
  • International tickets will be issued within 24 hours from the time of advance payment.(Except Saturday &

Sunday)

  • Booking voucher and final itinerary will be provided 7 day prior to departure.
  • IML travel will not be responsible for any change in flight schedule and cancellation without prior intimation. The guests must reconfirm the flight schedule at-least 03 Nights prior to the date of departure.
  • IML travel acts just as an agent between the airlines and the traveler, we are not responsible for the check-in services like web check-in. If a guest wishes to do the web check-in they must visit the website of the respective airlines and follow the procedure.
  • All tours involving less than 10 Persons will be considered as FIT or individual tour.
  • All tours involving more than 10 Persons will be considered as group tour.
  • Any monument, activity entry-pass/ passes, Guide Services are not included in individual tour packages, unless specifically mentioned in the inclusions.
  • All transfers are as per itinerary, in the event of guests not turning up at the pick-up point there is no provision of alternative transfer service. In this case guest may request for supplementary transport which will be charged extra. These services can be availed depending on the availability.
  • Full Day tours starts at 0900 Hrs till 1700 Hrs (Maximum 8 Hours).
  • Half Day tours starts at 0900 Hrs till 1300 Hrs OR at 1200 Hrs till 1600 Hrs (Maximum 4 hrs)

IMPORTANT REMARKS

  • All the above is just an offer subject to your acceptance & no booking are done yet, space will be subject to availability while we go through booking.
  • Rate is based on the above mentioned number of travelers, in case there is an increase or decrease in the number of persons or change of date, IML Travel keeps the right to change its rates accordingly.
  • All transfers throughout the entire trip are on private basis by A/C Deluxe Vehicle.
  • All above mentioned sightseeing are on Private basis on Cairo, Luxor and Aswan.
  • Hotels official Check in at 15:00 Hrs& Check out at 12:00 hrs.
  • The Indian meals served at local restaurant in Cairo upon request with extra charge

FORCE MAJEURE

NOTE: 

 

IML Travel shall not be responsible for partial or complete non-performance of It’s obligations hereunder as a result of the impact of circumstances beyond their control and unforeseeable, for example, fire, flood, earthquake, hurricane and other natural calamities, Political unrest epidemics, military and actions of authorities (“Force Majeure”). Under such circumstances, the period for fulfillment of obligations hereunder shall be extended for the period the conditions referred to above persist.
