Covering letter stating the details of the visit and applicants travelling.
Hotel Voucher for the entire duration of Stay.
Certificate of the travel agency that confirms the booking of an organised trip or any other appropriate document that indicates the envisaged travel plans.
Original guarantee letter authenticated by the Administrative Unit in Slovenia.

Income tax returns / Form 16 for last 3 years.
Last 6 months (original) updated Saving Bank Statements with sufficient balance
Salary Slips for last 3 months – if employed.
Original Leave Letter from Employer / School/ University.
Retire proof /Pension order- if retired.
If self-employed, then Business Registration is needed eg Shop Act / MOA / Deed.
Student/College ID card / Bonafide Letter – if student.

Minors:

If the minor travels with one parent only, then written consent certified by public notary of the other parent or guardian is needed. Except in cases of a parent having the care or custody alone.
If the minor is travelling without parents: written consent certified by public notary of both parents or guardians having the care and custody of the applicant is needed;
Passport copies of the parents. If not applicable, birth certificate of the applicant and copies of the ID cards of the parents.

Visa Processing Time: 10-15 Working Days.

Original passport which should be valid for 06 months from the date of arrival IN Slovenia. (Old passport if any.) It must have at least two blank visa pages. Passports which are issued within the previous 10 years should not exceed the validity of 10 years.

Original Overseas Insurance with must inclusion of

(1) repatriation because of health reasons,

(2) first medical aid or

(3) hospitalization;

Confirm Air Tickets. If travelling to several Schengen States, proof of domestic flight reservation, train itinerary or car rental is required.
Confirm Hotel Bookings.
Last 6 months (original) updated Saving Bank Statements with sufficient balance and bank seal & sign on each and every page.
Income Tax / Form 16 for last 3 years.
Employment contract or proof.
Original leave letter from Employed / School/ College.
If self-employed, then Business Registration is needed, eg. Shop Act, MOA etc.
Salary Slips for last 6 months – if employed.
If retired, then Retire proof or Pension order

Minor travelers:

a minor travelling by one parent shall provide an Original notarized NOC by the other parent with copies of parents passports or signature ID proof.
a minor is travelling alone, then he/she shall provide a Original notarized NOC by both parents / legal guardians, plus copies of parents passports or signature ID proof.

The charges quoted above are provisional and subject to change without notice.
Documents of visa received before 5:30pm will be processed on the same calender day. All documents received after 05:30pm will be processed on the next working day.
It must be noted that grant or refusal of visa is at the sole discretion of the Embassy and IML Travel is neither involved in the process nor is liable or responsible in any manner.
The Embassy/ consulate also reserves the right to ask for further documentation / personal appearance at any time during the processing of the application.
We will not be liable for the Delay in processing by the Consulate/Embassy.
Visa fees/charges are non-refundable of the mostly countries. Whatsoever, the applicant accepts that IML Travel Services is not responsible for any delay in processing or granting or rejection of the visa application by the Embassy
