Tourist Visa

Original passport which should be valid for 06 months from the date of arrival. (Old passport if any.) Passports which are issued within the previous 10 years should not exceed the validity of 10 years. It must have 2 blank pages. Photocopies of passport all pages.
Visa Application forms.
2 photographs of 35 X 45 mm with white background and matte finish, 80% face size.
A Covering letter from the applicant mentioning in detail the purpose of the visit. All cover letters must include details of any other accompanying persons as well.
Hotel bookings for the entire duration of stay.

Travel Insurance.
Copy Pan card.
Income tax returns or Form 16 for last 3 years. If IT returns have not been filed, submit a letter of explanation.
Last 1 year (original) updated Saving Bank Statements with bank seal & seal on each and every page if applying from Mumbai Consulate. If you’re applying from Delhi, then bank statements for last 3 months is required.
Salary Slips for last 6 months – if employed
Original Leave Letter from Employer/School/College.
If retired, then Retire proof or Pension order
Student id and bonafide letter – if student
If applying/travelling along with spouse, then Marriage Certificate is required. (Both Original + Photocopy.)
If child is travelling along with his/her parents or without parents, then Birth Certificate is required. (Both Original + Photocopy.)

Note-

In case, you are not able to present original documents, kindly submit the photocopy of the same legalized before a Notary public.
If the documents are in any regional language, they must be translated to English or Spanish by any language institute with official stamp and signature of the translation institute/agency.

Visa Fees for SPAIN VISA

Visa Fees: INR 5851/- per person.

Time Required: 10 – 15 Working Days. All applications must be submitted at least 15 days prior to the proposed date of travel.

Note – Applicants personally need to go for submission with prior appointment, if he/she is applying for first time to Schengen Country after 2nd November 2015.

Business Visa

Original passport which should be valid for 06 months from the date of arrival in Spain. (Old passport if any.) Photocopies of all the pages of passport.
Visa Application forms. Either filled in Blue pen or printed online.
3 photographs of 35 mm X 45 mm with white background and matte finish, 80% face size.
Covering letter stating the purpose of travel, dates of travel, must include details of any other accompanying persons as well. This includes family members, friends or business associates travelling.
An Invitation letter from the Spanish company (in Spanish language or both in English and Spanish). Letters issued only in English will not be accepted. This will be an obligatory requirement. (If asked embassy may say to submit Original Invitation letter also.)
Travel Insurance.
Hotel Voucher.
Confirm Return ticket.
Day to Day Detailed Itinerary.

Last 6 months (original) updated Saving Bank Statements with sufficient balanceand bank seal & sign on each and every page. Internet statement is not allowed.
Salary Slips for last 3 months – if employed.
Company registration proof.

For minor applicants:

In case the minor is travelling with either of the parents, affidavit from the other parent is required.
Photocopy of the passport to both the parents.
In case the minor is travelling with another person, affidavit from both the parents is required.

Documents if Invited by friend/family:

Invitation letter issued by “Policia Nacional de España”. (submit in original along with a photocopy )
Attested copy of the passport and the DNI or residence card of the person living in Spain.

Documents of visa received before 5:30pm will be processed on the same calender day. All documents received after 05:30pm will be processed on the next working day.
It must be noted that grant or refusal of visa is at the sole discretion of the Embassy and IML Travel is neither involved in the process nor is liable or responsible in any manner.
The Embassy/ consulate also reserves the right to ask for further documentation / personal appearance at any time during the processing of the application.
We will not be liable for the Delay in processing by the Consulate/Embassy.
Visa fees/charges are non-refundable of the mostly countries. Whatsoever, the applicant accepts that IML Travel Services is not responsible for any delay in processing or granting or rejection of the visa application by the Embassy
