The nearest airport to Pushkar is Jaipur Airport. (140kms away)

Once reached, hire a cab or taxi to Pushkar.
Take a train to Ajmer and then take a 30-minute drive to Pushkar. The railway station is very well connected with major Indian cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Jaipur, Allahabad, Lucknow, Kolkata, Bhopal and Bangalore.
Driving to Pushkar can be easy if you live nearby like in Delhi or Jaipur. Also, vehicles are only allowed in certain areas in Pushkar.
It is a holy lake and is gains much importance among spiritual travelers. People come here to take holy dip. Moreover, it is believed that a single holy dip is equivalent to meditation and prayer for hundred years.

Savitri temple is one of the most visited temples in Pushkar. Also, it is one of the few temples dedicated to Goddess Savitri, the first wife of Lord Brahma.
