Hauz Khas Village – History, Deer Park, Timings | Party Place in New Delhi

Hauz Khas Village or HKV is the perfect combination of its glorious past with the stunning and reviving present. Located in South Delhi it is a very famous destination especially for teenagers to hangout. It has a mosque and a reservoir which are a perfect example of architecture of Delhi Sultanate. On the other hand, it is among the best party places in town.

At the entry of the amazing reservoir is the Deer Park. Here you will find peacocks, deer, and a variety of birds, animals and insects that adds to the beauty of this garden. Also the light and sound show is organised every evening by the Tourism Department which provides an insight to the history and architecture of the place.

There are a lot of pubs, cafes, restaurants and clubs where people like to hangout till late night. But you can visit at any time of the day. You can easily take a metro to Green Park or many cabs and autos are available that will take you to Hauz Khas.
