When it is held?
This beautiful Pushkar Fair is held every year in the months of October and November.
If we talk about this year “2018”, then it will:
Begin on Thursday, 15 November and
Ends on Friday, 23 November.

As I told you earlier, that it will make adrenaline rush in your body. But you will say that for the rush, you can go to an adventure park or something. Right? Wrong.
This is a lifetime experience, an opportunity that you really don’t want to miss! Trust me on that!
It is so colorful, vibrant, captivating, impressive, magnificent and what not!
Highlight: The most fun and exciting part of this Pushkar Fair is the CAMEL RACE! It itself draws a large number of crowd from all over the world.
To begin with, when I was experiencing this, I literally started jumping in excitement and I am sure the people sitting around me thought that I was crazy!
Moreover, when the beautiful Rajasthani ladies on traditional songs started to entertain us, I went with full energy, singing Rajasthani songs on top my lungs and I danced with a big smile on my face. Surprisingly, they were enjoying it too! And in my head I thought my parents were so proud of me! 😛
You can be a part of so many competitions in this camel fair and win some exciting prices!
And the choice of accommodation is up to you, whether you want to stay in luxury properties or experience old-school style camps! It is really fun, I have tried it myself.
Oh, I forget to tell you about the aaaaamazing fusion bands of India!!! You get to listen and watch some of the coolest music of India. They perform so well that it grabs everybody attention. I mean common, who doesn’t like music?
Did You Know?
Some 330 gods and goddesses of Hindu culture gathered at Pushkar Lake on the day of Poornima (full moon night) to bless the lake. This is exactly the reason that numerous pilgrims visit the lake for a holy bath to wash away their sins and pay their respects at the Brahma Mandir, the only one of its kind in India.
I was stunned after watching the most beautiful handicrafts ever! You can buy these handmade crafts and decorate your house. And I bet everyone visiting your house will definitely ask you about them!
