Payment Policy
- Pay 50% amount in advance of the total invoice to confirm the booking.
- All payments have to be clears 30 days prior to the date departure failing which IML keeps the right to release the bookings.
- International tickets will be issued within 24 hours from the time of advance payment.
- Booking voucher and final itinerary will be provided maximum 7 calendar days prior to the schedules departure.
- IML travel shall not be responsible for any change in flight schedule and cancellation without prior intimation. The guests must reconfirm the flight schedule at-least 03 days prior to the date of departure either directly from the airline or IML helpline number +91 921 3732000.
- All transfers are as per itinerary, in the event of guests not turning up at the pick-up point at the scheduled departure time, there is no provision of alternative transfer arrangement.
- IML Travel shall not be held liable for the partial or complete failure to perform its obligations under this agreement due to circumstances beyond its control and unforeseeable, including but not limited to acts of nature such as fire, flood, earthquake, hurricane, or other natural disasters, political unrest, epidemics, military actions, or actions by governmental authorities (collectively referred to as 'Force Majeure'). In such events, the time period for fulfilling the obligations herein shall be extended for the duration of the Force Majeure conditions.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation stage: 30 days or more before departure. 25% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 30 days or more before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 20 to 29 days before departure. 50% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation between 10 to 29 days before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 10 to 19 days or less before departure. 75% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 07 to 14 days before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 10 days or less before departure. 100% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 10 days or less before departure.
- Flights Cancellation: Domestic/International For all Domestic / International Flights we will comply with airline cancellation policy for standalone flight bookings or packages inclusive of Domestic/International flights.

Day 1 : DUBAI
Welcome to Dubai, one of the most unique, and vibrant destinations in the world!
In a single day, you can experience everything from rugged mountains and awe-inspiring sand dunes to sandy beaches and lush green parks, from dusty villages to luxurious residential districts and from ancient houses with wind towers to ultra-modern shopping malls.
Your Dubai Tour Starts On arrival at Dubai International Airport, you will be met by the Silver “Marhaba” meet and greet multi-lingual airport representatives, who will escort you swiftly and efficiently through immigration and customs formalities and deliver you into the capable hands of our IML Travel Representatives, who will transfer you to your hotel in your luxury car.
Day 2 : CITY TOUR AND DHOW CRUISE
City Tour: Take a half day city tour of Dubai on seat-in-coach basis. Visit the Dubai Museum, and stop to take pictures at Burj Al Arab, Jumeirah Mosque, Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall, among others.
Dhow Cruise: Spend the evening cruising the Dubai Creek on a dhow cruise, with music and lights – a signature experience that cannot be missed while in Dubai. This is a one hour evening cruise that includes dinner on the Dhow itself.
Day 3 : DAY AT LEISURE
Spend the day at Leisure. You can spend the day visiting the various places around town, or shop to your heart’s content at the magnificent malls in Dubai. You can also buy optional tours from us or our local representatives.
Day 4 : DAY AT LEISURE OR OPTIONAL ACTIVITIES
Spend the day at your leisure or buy Optional Tour from us or our local tour operator.
Day 5 : CHECK-IN AT ATLANTIS, THE PALM
After early morning breakfast, you will be transferred to the most amazing Atlantis, The Palm Hotel. Enjoy your day at the Aquaventure Water Park and Lost Chambers with complimentary access during your stay in Atlantis. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 6 : DEPART TO ONWARD/RETURN DESTINATION
Enjoy a lavish buffet in Atlantis and check-out at noon.
