These Terms of Use and any transactions carried out through IML Travel shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including those related to payments processed through our payment gateway, shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.


Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, users are encouraged to first contact IML Travel’s customer support team to seek an amicable resolution.

If the issue remains unresolved, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the applicable laws of India. The arbitration proceedings shall take place in New Delhi and shall be conducted as per the rules of the Court of Arbitration of New Delhi.

The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on all parties involved.
