Job Description

We are hiring a Travel Sales Executive for a full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru,Karnataka. The role involves providing expert travel consultation, creating customised holiday packages, managing bookings and itineraries, assisting with visa processing, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will build strong client relationships, achieve sales targets, and collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless travel experience.

Requirements

* Demonstrated success in travel sales with a consistent record of achieving business targets.
* Expertise in designing customised domestic and international travel experiences.
* Experience managing end-to-end travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, visas, transfers, and travel insurance.
* Strong understanding of global travel regulations, visa processes, and destination requirements.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and consultative selling skills.
* Ability to build trust, maintain client relationships, and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
* Proficiency in CRM tools, travel reservation systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client requests simultaneously.
* Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
* Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
* Previous experience in a travel agency, tour operator, OTA, or destination management company is an advantage.

Responsibilities

* Deliver personalized travel consultation by understanding customer preferences and designing bespoke travel experiences.
* Handle end-to-end travel planning, including itinerary creation, reservations, visa assistance, and post-booking support.
* Maintain long-term client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service.
* Drive revenue growth by converting inquiries into bookings and consistently achieving sales objectives.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and travel partners to ensure operational excellence and customer delight.
