Start your journey with a morning hotel pickup in Luxor by your friendly guide and driver. Your tour begins with a visit to the Necropolis of Thebes and the Valley of the Kings, a stunning royal burial site from the New Kingdom (18th-20th dynasties). Payment Policy
  • Pay 50% amount in advance of the total invoice to confirm the booking.
  • All payments have to be clear 30 days prior to the date departure.
  • International tickets will be issued within 24 hours from the time of advance payment.(Except Saturday & Sunday)
  • Booking voucher and final itinerary will be provided 7 day prior to departure.
  • IML travel will not be responsible for any change in flight schedule and cancellation without prior intimation. The guests must reconfirm the flight schedule at-least 03 Nights prior to the date of departure.
  • IML travel acts just as an agent between the airlines and the traveler, we are not responsible for the check-in services like web check-in. If a guest wishes to do the web check-in they must visit the website of the respective airlines and follow the procedure.
  • All tours involving less than 10 Persons will be considered as FIT or individual tour.
  • All tours involving more than 10 Persons will be considered as group tour.
  • Any monument, activity entry-pass/ passes, Guide Services are not included in individual tour packages, unless specifically mentioned in the inclusions.
  • All transfers are as per itinerary, in the event of guests not turning up at the pick-up point there is no provision of alternative transfer service. In this case guest may request for supplementary transport which will be charged extra. These services can be availed depending on the availability.
  • Full Day tours starts at 0900 Hrs till 1700 Hrs (Maximum 8 Hours).
  • Half Day tours starts at 0900 Hrs till 1300 Hrs OR at 1200 Hrs till 1600 Hrs (Maximum 4 hrs)
Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellation stage: 21 days or more before departure.
  • 25% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 21 days before departure
  • Cancellation stage: 15 to 20 days before departure.
  • 50% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation between 11 to 20 days before departure
  • Cancellation stage: 07 to 15 days or less before departure.
  • 75% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 07 to 14 days before departure
  • Cancellation stage: 7 days or less 24 Hrs before departure.
  • 100% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 10 days before departure
