- Bank transmitting fees/wire charges.
- The package cannot be combined with any other offer.
- Camera fee (still / video).
- Whatever not mentioned in inclusions.
Payment Policy
- Pay 50% amount in advance of the total invoice to confirm the booking.
- All payments have to be clears 30 days prior to the date departure failing which IML keeps the right to release the bookings.
- International tickets will be issued within 24 hours from the time of advance payment.
- Booking voucher and final itinerary will be provided maximum 7 calendar days prior to the schedules departure.
- IML travel shall not be responsible for any change in flight schedule and cancellation without prior intimation. The guests must reconfirm the flight schedule at-least 03 days prior to the date of departure either directly from the airline or IML helpline number +91 921 3732000.
- All transfers are as per itinerary, in the event of guests not turning up at the pick-up point at the scheduled departure time, there is no provision of alternative transfer arrangement.
- IML Travel shall not be held liable for the partial or complete failure to perform its obligations under this agreement due to circumstances beyond its control and unforeseeable, including but not limited to acts of nature such as fire, flood, earthquake, hurricane, or other natural disasters, political unrest, epidemics, military actions, or actions by governmental authorities (collectively referred to as 'Force Majeure'). In such events, the time period for fulfilling the obligations herein shall be extended for the duration of the Force Majeure conditions.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation stage: 30 days or more before departure. 25% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 30 days or more before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 20 to 29 days before departure. 50% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation between 10 to 29 days before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 10 to 19 days or less before departure. 75% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 07 to 14 days before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 10 days or less before departure. 100% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 10 days or less before departure.
- Flights Cancellation: Domestic/International For all Domestic / International Flights we will comply with airline cancellation policy for standalone flight bookings or packages inclusive of Domestic/International flights.

Day 1 : 20th DEC 25 - ARRIVAL AT BALI - POTATO HEAD BEACH CLUB (D)
Welcome to the tropical island of Bali! Upon arrival at Ngurah Rai International Airport, meet our local representative and proceed to your hotel. Transfer time is approx. 30–40 minutes. Hotel check-in around 14:00 hrs. Relax and freshen up after your journey. In the evening, around 18:00 hrs, get ready to experience the chic vibe of Seminyak as you visit the famous Potato Head Beach Club. With its beachfront setting, infinity pool, lounge music, and lively crowd, it offers the perfect atmosphere to kick off your holiday. Enjoy a delightful dinner at 19:00 hrs at the beach club before heading back to your hotel. Overnight stay in Bali.
Day 2 : 21st DEC 25 - KINATAMANI VILLAGE TOUR WITH CELUK & MAS VILLAGE - TEGENUNGAN WATERFALL - BALI DESA SWING (B+L+D)
Start your day with a hearty breakfast at the hotel at 07:00 hrs. At 08:00 hrs, depart for a full-day scenic excursion to Bali’s highlands. On the way, visit Celuk Village, famous for its exquisite gold and silver jewelry, and Mas Village, known for its traditional woodcarving craftsmanship—both offering a glimpse into Bali’s rich artistic heritage. Continue the journey to Kintamani Viewpoint to enjoy breathtaking views of Mount Batur and Lake Batur. Then proceed to the Bali Desa Swing, where you can enjoy unlimited swings including single, couple, sky bed, and love nest options with stunning jungle backdrops. Around 14:00 hrs, savor a delicious local lunch at the swing location in a serene natural setting. After lunch, explore a nearby tea and coffee plantation, where you can sample various flavors and learn about the famous Luwak coffee. Conclude the afternoon with a visit to the picturesque Tegenungan Waterfall, ideal for relaxation and photography. At 19:30 hrs, enjoy dinner at a nearby Indian restaurant, followed by a return to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 3 : 22nd DEC 25 - TRANSFER TO GILI ISLAND (B+L+D)
Enjoy a delightful breakfast at the hotel by 07:00 hrs. After check-out, proceed to Serangan or Sanur Port, from where you will board a fast ferry to Gili Trawangan — the most popular of the Gili Islands. The ferry journey takes approximately 3 to 4 hours, offering beautiful views of the sea along the way. Upon arrival at Gili Trawangan Port, you will be transferred to your hotel by Cidomo (traditional horse cart), as motorized vehicles are not allowed on the island to preserve its eco-friendly and peaceful environment. Check-in to your resort and unwind in the serene atmosphere of the island. At 13:30 hrs, enjoy a delicious lunch at a local restaurant near the resort. In the evening, take a leisurely walk along the beach to witness a spectacular sunset, one of Gili Trawangan’s most enchanting experiences. Dinner will be served at 19:00 hrs at a nearby local restaurant. Overnight stay at your resort on Gili Island.
Day 4 : 23rd DEC 25 - GILI ISLAND (B+L+D)
After enjoying breakfast at the hotel at 07:00 hrs, the day is free for leisure, allowing you to relax and enjoy the island at your own pace. You may choose to unwind at the resort or engage in optional activities such as snorkeling, glass-bottom boat rides, or paddleboarding—available on a direct payment basis and easily arranged locally. At around 14:00 hrs, enjoy a leisurely lunch at a local restaurant. In the evening, indulge in a relaxing spa session, the perfect way to rejuvenate amidst Gili’s calm and serene surroundings. After the spa, proceed for dinner at a local restaurant around 19:00 hrs. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay on Gili Island.
Day 5 : 24th DEC 25 - RETURN TO BALI – ULUWATU TEMPLE & KECAK DANCE (B+L+D)
Begin your day with an early breakfast at the hotel at 07:00 hrs. After check-out, you will be transferred by Cidomo (horse cart) to Gili Trawangan Port, then board a fast ferry back to Bali, arriving at either Padangbai or Serangan Port. The ferry journey takes approximately 03- 04 hours, depending on sea conditions. Upon arrival in Bali, meet your driver and proceed directly for lunch at 14:00 hrs at a local restaurant. Post-lunch; continue your journey to the southern coast to visit the iconic Uluwatu Temple, a stunning sea temple perched atop a steep cliff with breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean. Explore the temple complex and take in the serene surroundings. Around 17:30 hrs, enjoy the mesmerizing Kecak Fire Dance performance, a traditional Balinese show performed at sunset, combining powerful chanting, dance, and folklore. After the performance, proceed for dinner at 19:00 hrs at a nearby local restaurant. Following dinner, check in to your luxurious pool villa resort, where you can relax and unwind after a beautiful day. Overnight stay at the pool villa in Bali.
Day 6 : 25th DEC 25 - TANAH LOT - GOA GAJAH TEMPLE - TIRTA EMPUL - SARI TIMBUL GLASS FACTORY (B+L+D)
Start your day early with a visit to the iconic Tanah Lot Temple around 05:30 AM to witness a breathtaking sunrise over the ocean, creating a peaceful and spiritual start to your morning. Return to the hotel by 07:30 AM for breakfast, followed by a day of cultural exploration. At 09:00 AM, depart for Goa Gajah (Elephant Cave), an ancient archaeological site known for its historic carvings and tranquil surroundings. Continue your journey to the sacred Tirta Empul Temple, where you can witness or take part in traditional water purification rituals. Around 13:30 PM, enjoy lunch at a local restaurant. Post-lunch, visit the Sari Timbul Glass Factory to see the exquisite craftsmanship of Balinese glasswork and shop for unique souvenirs. Return to the hotel in the evening and enjoy dinner at 19:00 PM at a local or Indian restaurant. Overnight stay at the hotel in Bali.
Day 7 : 26th DEC 25 - BALI DEPARTURE (B)
Early morning get recharge with a healthy breakfast at 0700 am. Check-out from your hotel and proceed to Bali International Airport to board your flight to India. Come back to your home with the lovely experiences and cheerful memories of this tour to cheer forever.

First time I am writing a review for any service provider.... In the month of December, I visited first time to any foreign country. I had been searching for a honeymoon package to Thailand or any other country... Randomly I got a call from Mr. Vineet from IML. I was not paying attention earlier but the way he convinced to have a look at his offerings and packages, I got keen to know the best for us.... He offered us Bali as the honeymoon destination. Also, the cost of package was far better than others if we compare the itinerary and inclusions. As we were the first time travellers, we were quite conscious but they provided us the best. The Villa, Guide in Bali, Services, everything was perfectly fine and as same as offered. Guide was so good and she took care of us like her own child. We got a private transfer throughout all 7 days and neither the driver nor the guide misbehaved in any circumstances. They were very very helpful and gentle and guided us well everywhere we had been to. We did not need to contact our travel service provider even at once.... We did not face anyyyyyy kind of problem and got the best Service from IML Travels. They really made our Honeymoon special and memorable. Sharique was the FACE of IML TEAM for only 4 girls of us. Sharique was all the time available to give us BEST service, I am sure because of all IML team. I must say the whole journey was mind blowing only because of IML travels TEAM. The process even before the trip started was handled very well with constant communication from Sharique. Full support from SHARIQUE AND IML TEAM in everything - Immigration, Early Hotel Check-in, Lock rooms in hotel, Late Check-outs, support while on Train or Road journey & ON THE SPOT addition of some place. Good Hotels, Cruise , personal tour guides, AC Cab with drivers. Everything was very well executed. We were going to experience the Cruise for the first time and we were super happy with rooms in cruise, services offered, the parties and scrumptious food. The guides in Cairo, Aswan-Edfu-Luxor : Cruise guide, Co-coordinator in Hurghada , The Sea Dive instructor all were helpful. The guide were knowledgeable and good human beings. Bottom line, never ever try any other travel company for at least EGYPT. AND ALSO, because of our trip experience one of my FRIEND booked INDONESIA, BANGKOK HONEYMOON TRIP From IML and couple was also very very happy.
