Payment Policy
- Pay 50% amount in advance of the total invoice to confirm the booking.
- All payments have to be clears 30 days prior to the date departure failing which IML keeps the right to release the bookings.
- International tickets will be issued within 24 hours from the time of advance payment.
- Booking voucher and final itinerary will be provided maximum 7 calendar days prior to the schedules departure.
- IML travel shall not be responsible for any change in flight schedule and cancellation without prior intimation. The guests must reconfirm the flight schedule at-least 03 days prior to the date of departure either directly from the airline or IML helpline number +91 921 3732000.
- All transfers are as per itinerary, in the event of guests not turning up at the pick-up point at the scheduled departure time, there is no provision of alternative transfer arrangement.
- IML Travel shall not be held liable for the partial or complete failure to perform its obligations under this agreement due to circumstances beyond its control and unforeseeable, including but not limited to acts of nature such as fire, flood, earthquake, hurricane, or other natural disasters, political unrest, epidemics, military actions, or actions by governmental authorities (collectively referred to as 'Force Majeure'). In such events, the time period for fulfilling the obligations herein shall be extended for the duration of the Force Majeure conditions.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation stage: 30 days or more before departure. 25% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 30 days or more before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 20 to 29 days before departure. 50% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation between 10 to 29 days before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 10 to 19 days or less before departure. 75% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 07 to 14 days before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 10 days or less before departure. 100% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 10 days or less before departure.
- Flights Cancellation: Domestic/International For all Domestic / International Flights we will comply with airline cancellation policy for standalone flight bookings or packages inclusive of Domestic/International flights.

Day 1 : Arrival in Tbilisi
Upon arrival at Tbilisi International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our representative and transferred to your hotel in the city. After check-in, take some time to relax and settle in. The evening is free at leisure to explore the surroundings at your own pace. Overnight stay in Tbilisi.
Day 2 : Tbilisi City Tour
After breakfast at the hotel, embark on a guided tour of Tbilisi, starting with the historic Metekhi Church, built in the 5th century by King Vakhtang Gorgasali, majestically located on a cliff above the Mtkvari River. Continue with a scenic cable car ride to Narikala Fortress, an ancient citadel offering sweeping views of the city. Stroll down the lively Chardin Street, lined with cafes, art salons, and galleries, before heading to the Sulfur Baths District, famous for its red-brick domes and natural hot springs dating back to the 17th century. Later, transfer to Mtatsminda Park, set high above the city, and enjoy another breathtaking panorama of Tbilisi. In the evening, return to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 3 : Tbilisi to Kazbegi (via Ananuri & Gudauri)
After breakfast, drive towards the spectacular Kazbegi region (approx. 3 hours). En route, stop at the stunning Zhinvali Reservoir and explore the Ananuri Fortress Complex, a medieval stronghold with towers and churches overlooking the Aragvi River. Witness the merging point of the black and white Aragvi rivers, then continue towards Gudauri to visit the famous Friendship Monument, offering dramatic mountain views. Upon reaching Kazbegi, take a jeep ride to the iconic Gergeti Trinity Church, located at 2,200 meters above sea level. This 14th-century church stands against the backdrop of Mount Kazbegi and is one of Georgia’s most photographed landmarks. After enjoying the breathtaking scenery, return to Tbilisi for an overnight stay.
Day 4 : Leisure in Tbilisi
After breakfast, enjoy a full day of leisure in Tbilisi. You may relax at the hotel or explore the city on your own—walk through the charming streets, shop for souvenirs, or taste traditional Georgian cuisine. Overnight stay in Tbilisi.
Day 5 : Departure
After breakfast at the hotel, check out and transfer to Tbilisi International Airport for your departure flight. Bid farewell to Georgia with wonderful memories of its history, culture, and stunning landscapes.
