Payment Policy
- Pay 50% amount in advance of the total invoice to confirm the booking.
- All payments have to be clears 30 days prior to the date departure failing which IML keeps the right to release the bookings.
- International tickets will be issued within 24 hours from the time of advance payment.
- Booking voucher and final itinerary will be provided maximum 7 calendar days prior to the schedules departure.
- IML travel shall not be responsible for any change in flight schedule and cancellation without prior intimation. The guests must reconfirm the flight schedule at-least 03 days prior to the date of departure either directly from the airline or IML helpline number +91 921 3732000.
- All transfers are as per itinerary, in the event of guests not turning up at the pick-up point at the scheduled departure time, there is no provision of alternative transfer arrangement.
- IML Travel shall not be held liable for the partial or complete failure to perform its obligations under this agreement due to circumstances beyond its control and unforeseeable, including but not limited to acts of nature such as fire, flood, earthquake, hurricane, or other natural disasters, political unrest, epidemics, military actions, or actions by governmental authorities (collectively referred to as 'Force Majeure'). In such events, the time period for fulfilling the obligations herein shall be extended for the duration of the Force Majeure conditions.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation stage: 30 days or more before departure. 25% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 30 days or more before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 20 to 29 days before departure. 50% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation between 10 to 29 days before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 10 to 19 days or less before departure. 75% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 07 to 14 days before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 10 days or less before departure. 100% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 10 days or less before departure.
- Flights Cancellation: Domestic/International For all Domestic / International Flights we will comply with airline cancellation policy for standalone flight bookings or packages inclusive of Domestic/International flights.

Day 1 : WELCOME TO GEORGIA
Upon arrival at Tbilisi International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed and transferred to your hotel, which is approximately a 30- minute drive from the airport. After checking in, you will have the rest of the day to relax and settle in. Overnight stay in Tbilisi.
Day 2 : TBILISI CITY TOUR (B)
After breakfast at the hotel, enjoy a guided tour of Old Tbilisi. Visit the historic Metekhi Church, offering panoramic views of the Mtkvari River. Stroll down Chardin Street, filled with charming cafés and art galleries, and see the famous Sulfur Baths with their iconic red brick domes. Take a ride on the Narikala Cable Car for stunning views of the city. End your city exploration at the contemporary Peace Bridge, symbolizing the connection between old and modern Tbilisi. Later, visit the monumental Chronicles of Georgia, an impressive structure on Keeni Hill near the Tbilisi Sea. This unfinished monument features towering bronze pillars depicting Georgian royalty and biblical stories. Overnight in Tbilisi.
Day 3 : ANANURI – GUDAURI – KAZBEGI TOUR (B)
After breakfast, head north towards the Caucasus Mountains. En route, visit the scenic Zhinvali Reservoir and the Ananuri Fortress, a historic castle complex overlooking the water. Witness the stunning merging point of the black and white Aragvi Rivers. Continue your journey to Gudauri, stopping at the iconic Friendship Monument, offering dramatic views of the mountain landscapes. Reach Kazbegi (Stepantsminda) and enjoy a thrilling 4x4 jeep ride to the breathtaking Gergeti Trinity Church, located at an altitude of 2,200 meters. The church offers mesmerizing views of Mount Kazbek and the surrounding peaks. Overnight stay in Kazbegi.
Day 4 : TRANSFER TO KAKHETI (B)
After breakfast, transfer to the Kakheti region, Georgia’s premier wine-producing area. Enjoy a wine tasting experience at the KTW wine factory, savoring local varietals. Explore Sighnaghi, known as the "City of Love", with its cobbled streets and picturesque hilltop views. You’ll also visit the Bodbe Monastery, the final resting place of St. Nino, who introduced Christianity to Georgia. Free time to roam around this romantic town. Overnight stay in Kakheti.
Day 5 : TRANSFER TO BATUMI VIA MARTVILI CANYON (B)
After an early breakfast, begin your transfer to Batumi (approx. 5 hours). On the way, explore the stunning Martvili Canyon – once a royal bathing place, now a natural wonder with turquoise rivers, limestone cliffs, and lush greenery. Enjoy the peaceful, refreshing atmosphere of this hidden gem. Continue to Batumi and check in to your hotel. Overnight stay in Batumi.
Day 6 : DEPARTURE (B)
After breakfast at the hotel, you’ll be transferred to Tbilisi Airport. Catch your flight to India. Board your flight from there and come back to your home with the cheerful memories of your wonderful trip.
