Payment Policy
- Pay 50% amount in advance of the total invoice to confirm the booking.
- All payments have to be clears 30 days prior to the date departure failing which IML keeps the right to release the bookings.
- International tickets will be issued within 24 hours from the time of advance payment.
- Booking voucher and final itinerary will be provided maximum 7 calendar days prior to the schedules departure.
- IML travel shall not be responsible for any change in flight schedule and cancellation without prior intimation. The guests must reconfirm the flight schedule at-least 03 days prior to the date of departure either directly from the airline or IML helpline number +91 921 3732000.
- All transfers are as per itinerary, in the event of guests not turning up at the pick-up point at the scheduled departure time, there is no provision of alternative transfer arrangement.
- IML Travel shall not be held liable for the partial or complete failure to perform its obligations under this agreement due to circumstances beyond its control and unforeseeable, including but not limited to acts of nature such as fire, flood, earthquake, hurricane, or other natural disasters, political unrest, epidemics, military actions, or actions by governmental authorities (collectively referred to as 'Force Majeure'). In such events, the time period for fulfilling the obligations herein shall be extended for the duration of the Force Majeure conditions.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation stage: 30 days or more before departure. 25% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 30 days or more before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 20 to 29 days before departure. 50% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation between 10 to 29 days before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 10 to 19 days or less before departure. 75% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 07 to 14 days before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 10 days or less before departure. 100% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 10 days or less before departure.
- Flights Cancellation: Domestic/International For all Domestic / International Flights we will comply with airline cancellation policy for standalone flight bookings or packages inclusive of Domestic/International flights.

Day 1 : WELCOME TO GEORGIA
Upon arrival at Tbilisi International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed and transferred to your hotel, which is approximately a 30- minute drive from the airport. After checking in, you will have the rest of the day to relax and settle in. Overnight stay in Tbilisi.
Day 2 : TBILISI CITY TOUR & MTSKHETA EXCURSION (B)
After breakfast at the hotel, embark on a guided tour of Old Tbilisi. Visit the historic Metekhi Church, perched above the Mtkvari River and originally built in the 5th century by King Vakhtang Gorgasali. Take a cable car ride to Narikala Fortress and stroll through Chardin Street, one of the city’s oldest and most vibrant areas. Experience the unique charm of the Sulfur Baths district, known for its red brick domes and healing hot springs. Later in the day, enjoy an excursion to Mtskheta, Georgia’s spiritual and historical capital, where you’ll explore UNESCO-listed landmarks. Return to Tbilisi for an overnight stay.
Day 3 : UPLISTSIKHE CAVE TOWN & CHRONICLES OF GEORGIA MONUMENT (B)
Start your day with breakfast at the hotel, followed by a visit to Uplistsikhe, an ancient cave town carved into rock, dating back to the 6th century BC. Explore its ancient dwellings, ceremonial halls, and wine cellars. Later, head to the Chronicles of Georgia monument, located on Keeni Hill near the Tbilisi Sea. This towering structure, designed by Zurab Tsereteli, features 16 massive pillars depicting scenes from Georgian history and the life of Christ. Nearby, visit the Grapevine Cross of St. Nino and a small chapel. Return to the hotel in Tbilisi for an overnight stay.
Day 4 : KAKHETI WINE REGION & SIGHNAGHI TOUR (B)
After breakfast, depart for the picturesque Kakheti region, known for its winemaking traditions. Enjoy a wine tasting session and then continue to Sighnaghi, also called the City of Love. Set against the backdrop of the Caucasus Mountains, this charming hilltop town is full of romantic alleys and historical charm. Explore the area at your own pace. Visit the Bodbe Monastery, the final resting place of St. Nino, the 4th-century saint who introduced Christianity to Georgia. In the evening, return to Tbilisi and stay overnight.
Day 5 : TRANSFER TO BATUMI VIA MARTVILI CANYON (B)
Enjoy breakfast and then begin your journey to Batumi, with a scenic stop at Martvili Canyon along the way. Known for its emerald-green waters, moss-covered cliffs, and cascading waterfalls, Martvili was once a royal bathing site. Stroll along wooden walkways or take a boat ride to soak in the natural beauty of the canyon. Afterward, continue your drive to Batumi, check into your hotel, and spend the night there.
Day 6 : BATUMI CITY TOUR & BOTANICAL GARDEN VISIT (B)
After breakfast, set out on a walking tour of Batumi, the coastal gem of Georgia. Explore the historic old town and visit highlights such as Batumi Boulevard, the Statue of Medea, Piazza Square, the Batumi Sea Port, and the Alphabetic Tower. Later, enjoy free time at the Batumi Botanical Garden, known for its diverse plant species and breathtaking views of the Black Sea. Return to your hotel in Batumi and spend the night.
Day 7 : GONIO FORTRESS, MAKHUNTSETI WATERFALL & RETURN TO TBILISI (B)
Following breakfast, begin the day with a visit to Gonio Fortress, one of the oldest settlements in Georgia with roots dating back to the 8th century BC. Then head to the Makhuntseti Waterfall, a serene natural retreat tucked into the mountains of Adjara. Visit the nearby King Tamara Bridge and sample local honey or traditional Adjara cuisine at a nearby restaurant. In the afternoon, begin your transfer back to Tbilisi, arriving in the evening. Check into your hotel and stay overnight.
Day 8 : DEPARTURE (B)
After breakfast at the hotel, In the Afternoon, you'll be transferred to Tbilisi Airport. Catch your flight to India. Board your flight from there and come back to your home with the cheerful memories of your wonderful trip.
