Payment Policy
- Pay 50% amount in advance of the total invoice to confirm the booking.
- All payments have to be clears 30 days prior to the date departure failing which IML keeps the right to release the bookings.
- International tickets will be issued within 24 hours from the time of advance payment.
- Booking voucher and final itinerary will be provided maximum 7 calendar days prior to the schedules departure.
- IML travel shall not be responsible for any change in flight schedule and cancellation without prior intimation. The guests must reconfirm the flight schedule at-least 03 days prior to the date of departure either directly from the airline or IML helpline number +91 921 3732000.
- All transfers are as per itinerary, in the event of guests not turning up at the pick-up point at the scheduled departure time, there is no provision of alternative transfer arrangement.
- IML Travel shall not be held liable for the partial or complete failure to perform its obligations under this agreement due to circumstances beyond its control and unforeseeable, including but not limited to acts of nature such as fire, flood, earthquake, hurricane, or other natural disasters, political unrest, epidemics, military actions, or actions by governmental authorities (collectively referred to as 'Force Majeure'). In such events, the time period for fulfilling the obligations herein shall be extended for the duration of the Force Majeure conditions.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation stage: 30 days or more before departure. 25% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 30 days or more before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 20 to 29 days before departure. 50% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation between 10 to 29 days before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 10 to 19 days or less before departure. 75% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 07 to 14 days before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 10 days or less before departure. 100% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 10 days or less before departure.
- Flights Cancellation: Domestic/International For all Domestic / International Flights we will comply with airline cancellation policy for standalone flight bookings or packages inclusive of Domestic/International flights.

Day 1 : ARRIVAL AT KUALA LUMPUR – HALF DAY PUTRAJYA CITY TOUR (L+D)
Upon arrival at Kuala Lumpur Airport, clear immigration and baggage formalities. Our professional driver will meet you at the airport and transfer you to the hotel for check-in. In the afternoon, begin your Putrajaya City Tour. Explore the majestic Palace of Justice, the beautiful Putra Mosque, and take a scenic boat cruise along the serene canals. Visit Putra Square, see the Prime Minister's Office, Millennium Monument, and enjoy a drive past the Seri Perdana (PM's residence). Capture memorable photos of this modern architectural city before returning to Kuala Lumpur. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 2 : HALF DAY CITY TOUR WITH KL & PATREON TOWER (B+L+D)
After early morning breakfast; proceed for panoramic city tour of Kuala Lumpur to get a closer look at Kuala Lumpur's most famous landmarks, like the King's Palace, National Monument, National Mosque, Jamed Mosque, Merdeka Square and National Museum. Admire Malaysia's most renowned structure, the world famous Petronas Twin Towers and enjoy a photo stop. See the magnificent Menara K L Tower - the tallest tower in Southeast Asia. Evening you can shop around at lowyat plaza, Lot 10 or Bukit bintang area of the city. Rest of the day is at Leisure. Overnight at hotel.
Day 3 : GENTING HIGHLAND + BATU CAVES (B+L+D)
After the heartiest breakfast at your hotel; proceeds for experience an amazing an excursion of Batu Caves. The statue of Lord Murugan greets you at the stairway to the Temple Cave; your guide will share fascinating tales and walk with you up the steep stairs toward the Ramayana Cave. Explore this limestone wonder at your own pace and descend for a refreshing coconut drink when you’re ready. After that continue your tour to enjoy Selayang hot springs where you can soak your tired feet in the healing mineral waters. It's a popular place frequented by locals. Then continue on to Kanching Falls for a look at the impressive seven-tiered waterfall. You decide how long you'd like to linger in the shade, scramble on the boulders, or take a refreshing dip. After the completion of your tour come back to your hotel enjoy dinner and comfortable overnight stay at hotel.
Day 4 : KUALA LUMPUR – SINGAPORE BY ROAD – NIGHT SAFARI (B+L+D)
After breakfast at the hotel, check out and transfer to Kuala Lumpur bus terminal for your road journey to Singapore. On arrival, proceed to the hotel and check in while enjoying lunch. In the evening, visit the famous Night Safari, where you’ll explore the world’s first nocturnal zoo and observe wildlife in their natural nighttime habitats. After dinner, return to the hotel. Overnight stay in Singapore.
Day 5 : SINGAPORE CITY TOUR + MBS & GARDENS BY THE BAY (B+L+D)
Enjoy a lavish buffet breakfast in at your Hotel; After breakfast proceed for a day tour of Singapore city covering the orientation of the City, a visit to the famous Sentosa Island where you will get a chance to visit the amazing Sea Aquarium, it is one of the top attraction of Singapore as well as the best kept aquarium across Asia. Later proceed to hop over the Singapore Giant wheel. Transfer back to your hotel for an overnight sleep. Overnight stay at your hotel.
Day 6 : FULL DAY UNIVERSAL STUDIO + SEA AQUARIUM (B+L+D)
Enjoy a lavish buffet breakfast in at your Hotel and proceed to visit the dreamy Universal Studio with a single day visit pass and enjoy some of the soul thrilling joy rides and indulge in a memorable photography sessions with some of the popular Hollywood characters. Later you can optionally choose to visit the Singapore Cable Car on direct pay basis, After Lunch you will visit Sea Aquarium. Dinner & Come back to Hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 7 : DEPARTURE (B)
Breakfast at hotel, check out then transfer yoi ti Singapore Airport (Visit Jewel Rain Vortex) Later catch your flight to India. Board your flight from there and come back to your home with the cheerful memories of your wonderful trip.
