Payment Policy
- Pay 50% amount in advance of the total invoice to confirm the booking.
- All payments have to be clears 30 days prior to the date departure failing which IML keeps the right to release the bookings.
- International tickets will be issued within 24 hours from the time of advance payment.
- Booking voucher and final itinerary will be provided maximum 7 calendar days prior to the schedules departure.
- IML travel shall not be responsible for any change in flight schedule and cancellation without prior intimation. The guests must reconfirm the flight schedule at-least 03 days prior to the date of departure either directly from the airline or IML helpline number +91 921 3732000.
- All transfers are as per itinerary, in the event of guests not turning up at the pick-up point at the scheduled departure time, there is no provision of alternative transfer arrangement.
- IML Travel shall not be held liable for the partial or complete failure to perform its obligations under this agreement due to circumstances beyond its control and unforeseeable, including but not limited to acts of nature such as fire, flood, earthquake, hurricane, or other natural disasters, political unrest, epidemics, military actions, or actions by governmental authorities (collectively referred to as 'Force Majeure'). In such events, the time period for fulfilling the obligations herein shall be extended for the duration of the Force Majeure conditions.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation stage: 30 days or more before departure. 25% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 30 days or more before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 20 to 29 days before departure. 50% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation between 10 to 29 days before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 10 to 19 days or less before departure. 75% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 07 to 14 days before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 10 days or less before departure. 100% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 10 days or less before departure.
- Flights Cancellation: Domestic/International For all Domestic / International Flights we will comply with airline cancellation policy for standalone flight bookings or packages inclusive of Domestic/International flights.

Day 1 : ARRIVAL AT COLOMBO (L+D)
Welcome to Sri Lanka. Sri Lanka is renowned for its rich history, stunning landscapes, and vibrant culture. From ancient temples to beautiful beaches, Sri Lanka offers a unique blend of historical significance and natural beauty.
Upon arrival at Colombo International Airport, complete immigration and customs formalities. Our professional driver will pick you up and transfer you to the hotel in Colombo. Check in and relax.
Around 02:00 PM, we will pick you up from the hotel for lunch at a local restaurant. After lunch, enjoy a Colombo city tour, exploring sites such as Gangaramaya Temple, Lotus Tower, Viharamahadevi Park, Galle Face Green & Pettah Floating Market.
In the late evening, have Dinnerat a local restaurant and return to the hotel for overnight stay in Colombo.
Day 2 : COLOMBO – PINNAWALA – DAMBULLA – SIGIRIYA – KANDY (B+L+D)
Early Morning breakfast at the hotel, check out and begin your journey toward Dambulla. En route, visit the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage, where you can observe and interact with rescued elephants in a natural environment.
Your next stop will be the Dambulla Cave Temple, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its ancient rock temples with intricate murals and Buddha statues.
Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant en route.
Continue the journey to Sigiriya and climb the iconic Sigiriya Lion Rock Fortress. This historical rock fortress offers panoramic views from the top and is famous for its frescoes, gardens, and the Mirror Wall.
Later, drive to Kandy through scenic roads. On arrival in Kandy, you will be taken to a local restaurant for dinner. After dinner, check-in at your hotel and relax.
Overnight stay in Kandy.
Day 3 : KANDY - NUWARA ELIYA (B+L+D)
After breakfast, begin a full-day Kandy sightseeing tour. Start with a visit to the Temple of the Tooth Relic, one of Buddhism's most sacred shrines. Then visit the Royal Palace Complex, Kandy Lake&Royal Botanical Garden.
After Lunch, depart for Nuwara Eliya. On the way, stop at Ramboda Falls and visit a tea plantation and tea factory to experience the Ceylon tea-making process.
Arrive at Nuwara Eliya, Dinner and check-in to your hotel. Overnight stay in Nuwara Eliya.
Day 4 : NUWARA ELIYA(B+L+D)
After breakfast at the hotel, begin your pilgrimage to the Sita Amman Temple, a significant site in the Ramayana epic. Following the temple visit, explore the diverse flora at the Hakgala Botanical Garden, renowned for its beautiful landscapes and rare plant species.
After Lunch, enjoy some time at Gregory Lake, ideal for walking or boat rides (Optional). Return to hotel for overnight stay in Nuwara Eliya.
Day 5 : NUWARA ELIYA –ELLA - MIRISSA (B+L+D)
Begin the day with breakfast at the hotel, followed by check-out and travel to Mirissa. On the way, enjoy a scenic drive through the hill country. Stop at Ella for sightseeing including Nine Arches Bridge and Ravana Falls.
Lunch at Resturents in Ella.
Upon arrival at Mirissahotel check in &Spend the day relaxing at the beautiful beach, enjoying the serene atmosphere and picturesque views. Dinner & Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 6 : MIRISSA (B+L+D)
Start early in the morning around 6:00 AM for the whale watching tour in Mirissa. Breakfast will be served before the tour. Enjoy the experience of spotting whales and dolphins in the deep sea.
After the tour, return to the hotel and spend the rest of the day at leisure, relaxing by the beach or exploring on your own.
Overnight stay in Mirissa.
Day 7 : BENTOTA – MADHU RIVER SAFARI & TURTLE HATCHERY VISIT (B+L+D)
After breakfast at the hotel, proceed for a scenic boat ride on the Madhu River, exploring the lush mangroves and spotting local wildlife along the way. Later, visit a Turtle Hatchery, where you can learn about sea turtle conservation and see different species of baby and adult turtles. Return to the hotel and spend the rest of the day at leisure, relaxing by the beach or enjoying hotel facilities. Dinner and overnight stay in Bentota.
Day 8 : DEPARTURE (B)
Early morning get recharge with a healthy breakfast. Check-out from your hotel and proceed to Colombo International Airport to board your flight to India. Come back to your home with the lovely experiences and cheerful memories of your tour to cheer forever.
