Payment Policy
- Pay 50% amount in advance of the total invoice to confirm the booking.
- All payments have to be clears 30 days prior to the date departure failing which IML keeps the right to release the bookings.
- International tickets will be issued within 24 hours from the time of advance payment.
- Booking voucher and final itinerary will be provided maximum 7 calendar days prior to the schedules departure.
- IML travel shall not be responsible for any change in flight schedule and cancellation without prior intimation. The guests must reconfirm the flight schedule at-least 03 days prior to the date of departure either directly from the airline or IML helpline number +91 921 3732000.
- All transfers are as per itinerary, in the event of guests not turning up at the pick-up point at the scheduled departure time, there is no provision of alternative transfer arrangement.
- IML Travel shall not be held liable for the partial or complete failure to perform its obligations under this agreement due to circumstances beyond its control and unforeseeable, including but not limited to acts of nature such as fire, flood, earthquake, hurricane, or other natural disasters, political unrest, epidemics, military actions, or actions by governmental authorities (collectively referred to as 'Force Majeure'). In such events, the time period for fulfilling the obligations herein shall be extended for the duration of the Force Majeure conditions.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation stage: 30 days or more before departure. 25% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 30 days or more before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 20 to 29 days before departure. 50% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation between 10 to 29 days before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 10 to 19 days or less before departure. 75% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 07 to 14 days before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 10 days or less before departure. 100% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 10 days or less before departure.
- Flights Cancellation: Domestic/International For all Domestic / International Flights we will comply with airline cancellation policy for standalone flight bookings or packages inclusive of Domestic/International flights.

Day 1 : ARRIVAL AT GUWAHATI – KAMAKHYA TEMPLE
Welcome to the “Seven Sisters” destination of India!
Your Assam Meghalaya Tour Package to north east begins today; you will greet by our representative on board a luxury AC vehicle, who will take you to your hotel and guide trough the check-in formalities. After check-in take some rest to feel relax after that proceed to visit adorable Kamakhya Temple, which is the very famous destination of Guwahati. The Kamakhya Temple; also Kamrup-Kamakhya is a Hindu temple dedicated to the mother goddess Kamakhya. It is one of the oldest of the 51 Shakti Pithas. After the visit of temple, spend your full day at leisure. You may visit to some of the local markets like Paltan Bazar, take a savour of delicious food from the streets of Guwahati and do much more things as you want. Later in the evening come back to your hotel for a comfortable overnight stay at hotel.
Day 2 : GUWAHATI-SHILLONG EXCURSION (B)
Grab a scrumptious breakfast at hotel, after that proceed on a excursion of Shillong “The Scotland of the East”. On your way, visit Umium Lake. The gorgeous city offers amazing tourist spots. The city’s own Ward’s Lake is popular for short garden walks & boating. The Botanical Garden offers plethora of indigenous and exotic plants & rare collection of orchids. Lady Hydari Park is a Japanese style landscaped park endowed with streaches of roses & exquisite flowers. The Mini zoo adjacent to the park has about 73 birds, 140 reptiles & mammals. Visit to The State Museum is a display of the lifestyle and heritage of the people of Meghalaya. Shillong and its surrounding is dotted with splendid waterfalls cascading down deep valleys forming misty sparks as they break the silence of the surroundings. Elephant Falls is a mountain stream gorging down two successive falls set in dells of fern covered rocks. As the day falls embark on your return journey to Guwahati for a comfortable overnight stay at hotel.
Day 3 : ARRIVAL AT BAGDOGRA AIRPORT – GANGTOK (B)
After early morning breakfast; get ready to proceed to airport to board your flight to Gangtok. On arrival at Siliguri airport our representative will meet your and take you to your hotel. Check-in to your hotel and take some relax to hail your tiredness. Spend your full day as you want. You may visit to local market places, do shopping and visit other local area attractions of the city. In the evening time come back to your hotel for a comfortable overnight stay at hotel.
Day 4 : GANGTOK-KALIMPONG-DARJEELING (B)
After early morning breakfast, proceed for sightseeing day tour of the city, you will be driven to Rumtek Monastery (24 Kms), Do-drul Chorten or Stupa. Tibetology, Cottage Industry and the Flower Show. Later we enjoy the Rope way ride. Then visit Directorate of Handicraft & Handloom & Flower Show. As the day falls come back to your hotel, for a comfortable overnight stay.
Day 5 : GANGTOK-KALIMPONG-DARJEELING (B)
After early morning breakfast, check-out from your hotel and embark with your next journey to Darjeeling with the middle break of kalimpong. On Arrival proceed for Kalimpong sightseeing visiting Zang Dog Palri Fo Brang Monastery, Mangal Dham and flower nurseries. Later in the evening restart your journey to Darjeeling. On arrival, check-in to your hotel, spend the evening at leisure.

Day 6 : DARJEELING (B)
Early morning (approx. 4.00 AM), you will visit Tiger Hill before the break of dawn, to see the sun rise over Mount Everest, the highest mountain peak in the world (subject to clear weather).
On your way back stop at the Ghoom Monastery, the holiest monastery in Darjeeling and Batasia Loop. Return to hotel for a healthy breakfast. After breakfast, you will be driving to Japanese Temple, Peace pagoda, Himalayan Mountaineering Institute & Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zooogical Park. Later visit to Happy Valley Tea Estate. Evening return to your hotel or walk around the streets of the colonial city Darjeeling. Spend the evening at leisure.
