Payment Policy
- Pay 50% amount in advance of the total invoice to confirm the booking.
- All payments have to be clears 30 days prior to the date departure failing which IML keeps the right to release the bookings.
- International tickets will be issued within 24 hours from the time of advance payment.
- Booking voucher and final itinerary will be provided maximum 7 calendar days prior to the schedules departure.
- IML travel shall not be responsible for any change in flight schedule and cancellation without prior intimation. The guests must reconfirm the flight schedule at-least 03 days prior to the date of departure either directly from the airline or IML helpline number +91 921 3732000.
- All transfers are as per itinerary, in the event of guests not turning up at the pick-up point at the scheduled departure time, there is no provision of alternative transfer arrangement.
- IML Travel shall not be held liable for the partial or complete failure to perform its obligations under this agreement due to circumstances beyond its control and unforeseeable, including but not limited to acts of nature such as fire, flood, earthquake, hurricane, or other natural disasters, political unrest, epidemics, military actions, or actions by governmental authorities (collectively referred to as 'Force Majeure'). In such events, the time period for fulfilling the obligations herein shall be extended for the duration of the Force Majeure conditions.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation stage: 30 days or more before departure. 25% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 30 days or more before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 20 to 29 days before departure. 50% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation between 10 to 29 days before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 10 to 19 days or less before departure. 75% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 07 to 14 days before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 10 days or less before departure. 100% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 10 days or less before departure.
- Flights Cancellation: Domestic/International For all Domestic / International Flights we will comply with airline cancellation policy for standalone flight bookings or packages inclusive of Domestic/International flights.

Day 1 : ARRIVAL AT PARO & PROCEED TO THIMPHU (B)
In the morning, board your flight to Paro. On arrival, you will meet and greet by our representative, who will be briefing you about the whole tour plan and do’s and don’ts in Bhutan. Post this you will leave for Thimphu. The road from Paro to Thimphu has some amazing scenic views of mountains and river flowing along. On reaching Thimphu, check-in to your Hotel, and rest of day is at leisure. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 2 : THIMPHU (B)
After early morning breakfast at your hotel, proceed for sightseeing covering some of the major attractions of Thimphu: Simtokha Dzong: monastery was built in 1627 by Zhabdrung Ngawang Namgyal. It houses the Institute for Language and Cultural Studies. The carvings behind the prayer wheel in the courtyard are a major attraction of this temple.
Memorial Chorten: also known as the Thimphu Chorten, is a chorten in Thimphu, Bhutan, located on Doeboom Lam in the southern-central part of the city near the main roundabout and Indian military hospital. You will visit more places like Buddha View Point: Another place from where you can get a good overview of the Thimphu valley is from the Buddha point (Kuensel Phodrang). You can pay your obeisance and offer prayers to the Buddha, the largest statue in the country and then walk around and take a glimpse of the valley.
Now have lunch in some of the local restaurants in Market on your own.
Post lunch, leave for some more sightseeing: National Library,Textile Museum,Trashi Chhoe Dzong.
In the evening, return to your hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 3 : THIMPHU - PUNAKHA (B)
After early morning breakfast at your hotel, proceed to Punakha.
Dochula view point stop: The first stop after leaving Thimphu is Dochula pass at 3100m. Only about 45 minutes from Thimphu, it offers visitors their first glimpse of the Himalayan range. As before reaching Punakha visit the Chimi Lhakhang (Fertility Temple): Situated on a hillock in the centre of the valley is the yellow-roofed Chimi Lhakhang, It’s a pleasant 20 minute walk across fields from the road at Sopsokha to the temple. It crosses an archery ground before making a short climb to the temple Punakha Dzong: Majestically standing on an island between the confluence of the Pho Chhu and Mo Chhu rivers, the city’s dzong is one of the most photogenic of all Bhutan’s ancient fortresses, and you will see pictures of it hanging in hotels and restaurants throughout the country. The dzong is joined to the mainland by an arched wooden bridge, and contains many precious relics from the days when successive kings reined the kingdom from this valley.

Day 4 : PUNAKHA - PARO (B)
After early morning breakfast at your hotel check-out of the hotel and proceed to Paro. On reaching Paro, have lunch on your own in local restaurants in market and later proceed for sightseeing.
National Museum of Paro: Housed inside the revamped Ta-dzong building in Paro, National Museum of Bhutan is a cultural museum that has put on display the antique items gathered from different parts of the country. Kyichu Lhakhang: Built in 659 by the Tibetan King Songtsen Gampo. It is believed to be one of the 108 temples built to subdue a demoness residing in the Himalyas and is also one of the oldest temple in Bhutan. In the evening, return to your hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 5 : PARO (B)
After early morning breakfast at the hotel, hike up the hill to visit famous Tiger’s nest temple:
Taksang Monastery (Tiger’s Nest Temple): The most famous of Bhutanese monasteries. It is said that Guru Rinpoche arrived here on the back of a tigress and meditated at this monastery hence it is called Tiger’s Nest. This monastery creates an impressive sight, and is the unofficial symbol of Bhutan. It is about 2 hour up-hill hike or ride a horse from the parking lot to the monastery. If the full hike sounds a bit tough you can hike for 1 hour to the cafetaria, a wooden tea-house restaurant which offers a good view of the monastery.
In the evening, return to your hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 6 : DEPARTURE (B)
After early morning breakfast at the hotel, you will be transferred to Paro Airport to board your flight back home with sweet memories.
