Payment Policy
- Pay 50% amount in advance of the total invoice to confirm the booking.
- All payments have to be clears 30 days prior to the date departure failing which IML keeps the right to release the bookings.
- International tickets will be issued within 24 hours from the time of advance payment.
- Booking voucher and final itinerary will be provided maximum 7 calendar days prior to the schedules departure.
- IML travel shall not be responsible for any change in flight schedule and cancellation without prior intimation. The guests must reconfirm the flight schedule at-least 03 days prior to the date of departure either directly from the airline or IML helpline number +91 921 3732000.
- All transfers are as per itinerary, in the event of guests not turning up at the pick-up point at the scheduled departure time, there is no provision of alternative transfer arrangement.
- IML Travel shall not be held liable for the partial or complete failure to perform its obligations under this agreement due to circumstances beyond its control and unforeseeable, including but not limited to acts of nature such as fire, flood, earthquake, hurricane, or other natural disasters, political unrest, epidemics, military actions, or actions by governmental authorities (collectively referred to as 'Force Majeure'). In such events, the time period for fulfilling the obligations herein shall be extended for the duration of the Force Majeure conditions.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation stage: 30 days or more before departure. 25% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 30 days or more before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 20 to 29 days before departure. 50% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation between 10 to 29 days before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 10 to 19 days or less before departure. 75% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 07 to 14 days before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 10 days or less before departure. 100% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 10 days or less before departure.

Day 1 : PATNA – (290 Kms/07 hrs)
Arrive at Patna airport, meet and assistance on arrival check in hotel after fresh n up visit Museum Return to hotel for dinner and overnight stay at hotel.
After lunch visit Nalanda – the ruins of world oldest University. Return to hotel for dinner and overnight stay at hotel.
Day 2 : PATNA – RAJGIR-NALANDA-BODHGAYA (150 KMS/ 4 ½ HRS) (B)
After early breakfast proceed to Bodhgaya en route visit Rajgir Nalanda and Rajgir. Nalanda an ancient centre for studies thrived from the 5th century AD to the late 12th century AD and attracted thousands of scholars from all over India as well as from far away countries. Nalanda was the world’s first residential universities accommodating over 10,000 students and 2,000 teachers. Bakhtiyar Khilji with his Muslim army destroyed this and burnt the library. The number of books was so huge that they burnt for months. Huen Tsiang, the famous Chinese traveler has left glowing account of the activities of this great seat of learning. There is an array of monasteries and temples and museum with collection of antiquities recovered from the site. Rajgir earlier known as Rajgrih means the House of the King. This was the first capital of the kingdom of Magadha and goes back to more than 1000 BC. Rajgir is sacred to both the Buddhists and Jains. This is where Gautama Buddha held the “Atanatiya” conference at the Gridhra-kuta. Lord Mahavir spent fourteen years of his life at Rajgir and Nalanda. Rajgir is also sacred to Hindus due to its hot water springs, known as Brahmakund. The important places here are the Bimbisar’s Jail, the Ajatshatru’s Fort, the Jarasandh’s Akhara and Rajgir Heritage Museum. Later you will drive to Bodhgaya. On arrival check in to the hotel. Overnight Bodhgaya.
Day 3 : BODHGAYA LOCAL (B)
Morning visit Mahabodhi Temple & Bodhi Tree where Lord Buddha attained enlightenment, Great Buddha Statue, Observe Sill. Afternoon visit Niranjana River, Sujata Temple – which is across the Niranjana river & it’s 30 minutes’ walk. And Dungeshwari caves. Back to Hotel Dinner and overnight stay at Bodhgaya.
Day 4 : BODHGAYA – GAYA
Morning visit Vishnu Path, perform Rituals if any, International Temples and Monasteries have dinner and overnight stay at hotel Bodhgaya.
Day 5 : BODHGAYA TO VARANASI (B)
After early breakfast drive to Varanasi. On arrival check in at hotel. After lunch visit Sarnath along with Pirith Ceremony (where Lord Buddha delivered his first sermon). Also visit Sarnath Museum and Stupa. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.
Day 6 : VARANASI LOCAL (B)
Early morning view Sunrise & enjoy Boat Ride. Later visit Lord Vishwanath Temple, Durga Temple, Tulsi Manas Mandir, Banaras Hindu University, Sarnath Museum Dinner and overnight stay at Varanasi hotel.
Day 7 : VARANASI – CHITRAKOOT – ALLAHABAD (B)
Early morning after breakfast proceed to Chitrakoot visit Hanuman Dhara ,Kamath Giri Mandir,Gupta Godavari River, Ram Ghat, Sfatic Sheela, Janki Kundl, after lunch proceed to Allahabad night Stay in Allahabad.
Day 8 : DEPARTURE FROM INDIA (B)
Morning visit ,have a sacred bath in Triveni Sangam, visit Ananda Bhawan and Hanuman Temple Proceed to Varanasi and departure to Airport / Railway Station. Tour concludes.
