Payment Policy
- Pay 50% amount in advance of the total invoice to confirm the booking.
- All payments have to be clears 30 days prior to the date departure failing which IML keeps the right to release the bookings.
- International tickets will be issued within 24 hours from the time of advance payment.
- Booking voucher and final itinerary will be provided maximum 7 calendar days prior to the schedules departure.
- IML travel shall not be responsible for any change in flight schedule and cancellation without prior intimation. The guests must reconfirm the flight schedule at-least 03 days prior to the date of departure either directly from the airline or IML helpline number +91 921 3732000.
- All transfers are as per itinerary, in the event of guests not turning up at the pick-up point at the scheduled departure time, there is no provision of alternative transfer arrangement.
- IML Travel shall not be held liable for the partial or complete failure to perform its obligations under this agreement due to circumstances beyond its control and unforeseeable, including but not limited to acts of nature such as fire, flood, earthquake, hurricane, or other natural disasters, political unrest, epidemics, military actions, or actions by governmental authorities (collectively referred to as 'Force Majeure'). In such events, the time period for fulfilling the obligations herein shall be extended for the duration of the Force Majeure conditions.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation stage: 30 days or more before departure. 25% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 30 days or more before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 20 to 29 days before departure. 50% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation between 10 to 29 days before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 10 to 19 days or less before departure. 75% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 07 to 14 days before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 10 days or less before departure. 100% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 10 days or less before departure.
- Flights Cancellation: Domestic/International For all Domestic / International Flights we will comply with airline cancellation policy for standalone flight bookings or packages inclusive of Domestic/International flights.

Day 1 : ARRIVAL AT SHANGHAI
Meet our representatives at Indira Gandhi International Airport, Delhi as per their scheduled flight departure time and proceed to Shanghai.
Day 2 : SHANGHAI
Today we explore the city of Shanghai. We visit the famous Jade Buddha Temple, Shanghai Urban Town Planning Museum, Yu Yuan Garden. Later we visit the Bund Waterfront and take an Electro mobile ride which takes us through Huangpu River Tunnel. Later we also enjoy the spectacular Shanghai Circus.
Day 3 : SHANGHAI-XIAN
Today we enjoy the Jin Mao Tower and admire the amazing view of Shanghai city from its Observatory deck. Later we fly to Xian – A city famous for its historical sites and rich cultural relics.
Day 4 : XIAN
We visit the famous Terracotta Warrior Museum and Factory. Life size terracotta figures depicting warriors and horses are arranged in battle formations. These are the star features at the museum. Later we see a film show and enjoy the one-way battery car. In the evening we shall enjoy the Tang Dynasty Show.
Day 5 : XIAN-BEIJING
Today proceed to Beijing by a Bullet train. On arrival, we visit Tian’anmen Square, Forbidden City. Later we visit Temple of the Heaven.
Day 6 : BEIJING
Today we visit Jade Factory, take a cable car ride (Subject to operation) to one of the 7 wonders – Great Wall of China, considered to be the only man-made project visible from Moon. We get a chance to walk on this amazing structure. Later we drive through the Bird’s Nest – 2008 Olympic stadium.
Day 7 : BEIJING-HARBIN
Today we fly to Harbin. On arrival, we visit St. Sophia Church – largest Eastern Orthodox Church in the Far East. In the evening stroll around Central Street.
Day 8 : HARBIN
Today we visit Stalin Park, which stands as evidence of the friendship between the world’s two most powerful communist countries at that time. Later we drive to the Sun Island, where the Sun Island International Snow Sculpture Art Expo is held every winter. You can see various awesome snow sculptures Then proceed to the Siberian Tiger Park to enjoy a safari style trip to see the tigers and lions. In the evening we explore the highlight of the festival – Ice and Snow World which features ice/snow sculptures, illuminated full-size buildings from blocks of ice and interesting winter activities.
Day 9 : HARBIN
Enjoy a lavish buffet breakfast in at your Hotel; later complete your check-out formalities and embark on a journey to International Airport to catch your flight to India. Board your flight from there and come back to your home with the cheerful memories of your wonderful trip.
