Payment Policy
- Pay 50% amount in advance of the total invoice to confirm the booking.
- All payments have to be clears 30 days prior to the date departure failing which IML keeps the right to release the bookings.
- International tickets will be issued within 24 hours from the time of advance payment.
- Booking voucher and final itinerary will be provided maximum 7 calendar days prior to the schedules departure.
- IML travel shall not be responsible for any change in flight schedule and cancellation without prior intimation. The guests must reconfirm the flight schedule at-least 03 days prior to the date of departure either directly from the airline or IML helpline number +91 921 3732000.
- All transfers are as per itinerary, in the event of guests not turning up at the pick-up point at the scheduled departure time, there is no provision of alternative transfer arrangement.
- IML Travel shall not be held liable for the partial or complete failure to perform its obligations under this agreement due to circumstances beyond its control and unforeseeable, including but not limited to acts of nature such as fire, flood, earthquake, hurricane, or other natural disasters, political unrest, epidemics, military actions, or actions by governmental authorities (collectively referred to as 'Force Majeure'). In such events, the time period for fulfilling the obligations herein shall be extended for the duration of the Force Majeure conditions.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation stage: 30 days or more before departure. 25% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 30 days or more before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 20 to 29 days before departure. 50% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation between 10 to 29 days before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 10 to 19 days or less before departure. 75% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 07 to 14 days before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 10 days or less before departure. 100% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 10 days or less before departure.
- Flights Cancellation: Domestic/International For all Domestic / International Flights we will comply with airline cancellation policy for standalone flight bookings or packages inclusive of Domestic/International flights.

Day 1 : ARRIVAL AT BEIJING (B)
WELCOME TO BEIJING!
On Arrival meet and Greet by our IML Travel representative at the airport after clearing all the immigration formalities. Transfer to the hotel and Check-in. Relax yourself with a short sleep to hail your tiredness of long journey. In the evening enjoy delicious dinner at hotel/restaurant.

Day 2 : BEIJING CITY TOUR (B)
After early morning breakfast; at your hotel lobby our IML Travel representative will welcome you. Proceed for a full day tour of this capital city. Your 1st would be Great wall at Juyong pass later proceed for other sights like Jade factory after that take a Photo stop at Olympic stadium and capture the beautiful moments of your tour to cheer your memories. In the afternoon have lunch to recharge yourself and after completion of your tour you may opt to visit local markets nearby your hotel.
Rest of the day at leisure. Dinner and overnight stay in Beijing.
Day 3 : BEIJING (B)
Enjoy a healthy breakfast at hotel and proceed for the historical sites tour of the city to know the insight history of China. You will be welcomed by our IML Travel representative at your hotel lobby, who will take you to an amazing historic journey of the city. Your first stop will be “Tiananmen Square” which is famous for The 1989 Tiananmen Square protests, commonly known in mainland China as the June Fourth Incident, were student-led demonstrations in Beijing in 1989. More broadly, it refers to the popular national movement inspired by the Beijing protests during that period. After that continue your journey to the Forbidden City, summer palace & Silk Factory. These all sites will surely mesmerize you by their unique things. Evening proceed for shopping in Xiushui market, buy some souvenirs for you or your beloved. After completion of all the activities come back to your hotel to have a delicious dinner.

Day 4 : BEIJING TO XI’AN (B)
After a heartiest breakfast at your hotel, check –out and get transfer to the Beijing Train Station to board high speed train to Xi’an. Upon arrival at Xi’an you will be greet and assist by our IML Travel representative who will guide you about your onwards tour schedule. Get transfer to your hotel in Xi’an, check-in and get relax. Later get ready to visit Wild Goose Pagoda or Big Wild Goose Pagoda, which is a Buddhist pagoda located in southern Xi’an, Shaanxi province, China. It was built in 652 during the Tang dynasty and originally had five stories later enjoy Fountain Show. In the evening come back to your hotel, have a delicious dinner and comfortable overnight stay in Xi’an.
Day 5 : XI”AN
After early morning breakfast; you will be welcomed by our IML Travel representative at your hotel lobby. Today proceed for a full day exploration tour of this cultural city of China, your first stop will be Xi’an City Wall which is the famous landmark of the city, after that we will proceed to Terracotta Warriors and pottery workshop where you will get a chance to learn how to make a pottery figure. Later have a delicious lunch at an Indian/Chinese restaurant (as per the arrangements). Evening free for leisure. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.
Day 6 : XI’AN TO SHANGHAI (B)
After early breakfast at hotel; meet our IML Travel representative and get transferred to train station for high speed train to Shanghai. Arrive in Shanghai and transfer to your hotel with our representative. Rest of the day at leisure or you may opt to do shopping in the local streets or to enjoy the savor of delicious Chinese street foods. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel in Shanghai.
Day 7 : SHANGHAI (B)
After early morning breakfast; your will be welcomed by our IML Travel representative at your hotel lobby who will brief you about today’s tour schedule. Embark on an exciting journey of the most modern city of China. Your first stop will be People’s Square which is a largest public square in the Huangpu District of Shanghai. After that proceed to the pearl Factory and purchase something later continue your tour to Shanghai Museum, the 88th Floor of the Jinmao Tower, Bund area, Nanjing Road for free
shopping. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel in Shanghai.
Day 8 : SHANGHAI – INDIA (B)
Grab a healthy breakfast at hotel and complete the check-out formalities. Later transfer to the Shanghai International airport to board your flight to come back to INDIA. Arrive with Amazing Experiences and Everlasting Memories.
