Payment Policy
- Pay 50% amount in advance of the total invoice to confirm the booking.
- All payments have to be clears 30 days prior to the date departure failing which IML keeps the right to release the bookings.
- International tickets will be issued within 24 hours from the time of advance payment.
- Booking voucher and final itinerary will be provided maximum 7 calendar days prior to the schedules departure.
- IML travel shall not be responsible for any change in flight schedule and cancellation without prior intimation. The guests must reconfirm the flight schedule at-least 03 days prior to the date of departure either directly from the airline or IML helpline number +91 921 3732000.
- All transfers are as per itinerary, in the event of guests not turning up at the pick-up point at the scheduled departure time, there is no provision of alternative transfer arrangement.
- IML Travel shall not be held liable for the partial or complete failure to perform its obligations under this agreement due to circumstances beyond its control and unforeseeable, including but not limited to acts of nature such as fire, flood, earthquake, hurricane, or other natural disasters, political unrest, epidemics, military actions, or actions by governmental authorities (collectively referred to as 'Force Majeure'). In such events, the time period for fulfilling the obligations herein shall be extended for the duration of the Force Majeure conditions.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation stage: 30 days or more before departure. 25% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 30 days or more before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 20 to 29 days before departure. 50% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation between 10 to 29 days before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 10 to 19 days or less before departure. 75% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 07 to 14 days before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 10 days or less before departure. 100% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 10 days or less before departure.
- Flights Cancellation: Domestic/International For all Domestic / International Flights we will comply with airline cancellation policy for standalone flight bookings or packages inclusive of Domestic/International flights.

Day 1 : ARRIVAL AT BEIJING
WELCOME TO BEIJING!
On Arrival meet and Greet by our IML Travel representative at the airport after clearing all the immigration formalities. Transfer to the hotel and Check-in. Relax yourself with a short sleep to hail your tiredness of long journey. Have a comfortable overnight stay in Beijing.
Day 2 : BEIJING (B)
After early morning breakfast at your hotel, Proceed for a full day tour of this capital city. Your 1st Visit would be Great wall at Badaling later proceed for other sites like Jade factory after that take a Photo stop at Olympic stadium and capture the beautiful moments of your tour to cheer your memories. Afternoon is free for leisure.

Day 3 : BEIJING (B)
Enjoy a healthy breakfast at hotel and proceed for the historical sites tour of the city to know the insight history of China. Your first stop will be “Tiananmen Square” which is famous for The 1989 Tiananmen Square protests, commonly known in mainland China as the June Fourth Incident, were student-led demonstrations in Beijing in 1989. More broadly, it refers to the popular national movement inspired by the Beijing protests during that period. Later continue your journey to the Forbidden City, Summer Palace, Silk Factory and The Temple of Heaven at Beijing. Later spend your time indulging in shopping experience in the Xiushui market. All these sites will surely mesmerize you by their uniqueness. After
completion of these activities return back to your hotel.

Day 5 : BEIJING TO HARBIN (B)
After a heartiest breakfast at your hotel, check – out and get transfer to the Beijing Train Station to board high speed train to Harbin. Upon arrival at Harbin you will assisted and transferred by our IML Travel representative, who will guide you about your onwards tour schedule. Get transfer to your hotel in Harbin, check-in and relax. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 6 : HARBIN (B)
After breakfast at hotel Your English speaking tour guide picks you up from your centrally located hotel in Harbin city in the early morning at 9:00am. Firstly, visit Zhongyang pedestrian street, walk to Harbin Flood Control Memorial Tower, then continue to walk along the Songhua River side. Spend some time in Sidalin Park where to see elder locals’ daily life there. Arrive at Jiuzhan Park to watch ice swimming show, after show go to enjoy a Harbin Ropeway ride on beautiful Songhua River to overlook the city, and Russian town, after these go to Saint Sophia Cathedral, you will have a lunch there (at your own cost). In the afternoon, go to dragon tower (LongTa tower) the top 289 meters to watch the whole Harbin and some other activities in Tongta tower. then go to Laodaowai (old Harbin street) at last go to Harbin Ice Lantern Show at Zhaolin Park (subject to availability) or Wanda International Ice Lantern World.

Day 7 : HARBIN (B)
After breakfast at hotel meet again in your hotel lobby at 9:00am and head up to Sun Island Snow Festival (Fair), you will see many snow building, and art works in Sun Island. After this go to Siberian Tiger park. You will sit in tiger park bus to see wild tigers before visiting the younger tigers and other animals, such as white tigers, lions and etc.. Take a lunch break, then continue go to Harbin Polarland, watching the world unique show beluga show, and polar animals, like polar bear, penguin, snow wolf and fox… and visit Harbin Ice and Snow World at night time and you will be able to enjoy night time Ice Festival there. When your entire tour is finished, you will be transferred back to your hotel.
Day 8 : HARBIN TO XI’AN (B)
After a heartiest breakfast at your hotel, check –out and get transfer to the Harbin Airport to Xi’an. Upon arrival at Xi’an you will assisted and transferred by our IML Travel representative, who will guide you about your onwards tour schedule. Get transfer to your hotel in Xi’an, check-in and relax. Later get ready for a Photostop at Wild Goose Pagoda, which is a Buddhist pagoda located in southern Xi’an, Shanghai province, China. It was built in 652 during the Tang dynasty and originally had five stories later enjoy Fountain Show. Come back to your hotel.

Day 9 : XI’AN (B)
After early morning breakfast gather at the hotel Lobby. Day 12 : CHENGDU (B)
After a heartiest breakfast at your hotel proceed for visit two of Chengdu’s most photo-worthy sites on this full-day tour – the UNESCO-listed Grand Buddha in Leshan and the Chengdu Panda Base. Start your day getting close to China’s adorable native pandas, with the chance to spot Giant Pandas, Red Pandas and baby pandas. After lunch at a local restaurant, make the most of your guide as you explore the Great Buddha temple and stand in awe before the world’s largest stone Buddha.

Day 13 : CHENGDU TO SHANGHAI (B)
