Payment Policy
- Pay 50% amount in advance of the total invoice to confirm the booking.
- All payments have to be clears 30 days prior to the date departure failing which IML keeps the right to release the bookings.
- International tickets will be issued within 24 hours from the time of advance payment.
- Booking voucher and final itinerary will be provided maximum 7 calendar days prior to the schedules departure.
- IML travel shall not be responsible for any change in flight schedule and cancellation without prior intimation. The guests must reconfirm the flight schedule at-least 03 days prior to the date of departure either directly from the airline or IML helpline number +91 921 3732000.
- All transfers are as per itinerary, in the event of guests not turning up at the pick-up point at the scheduled departure time, there is no provision of alternative transfer arrangement.
- IML Travel shall not be held liable for the partial or complete failure to perform its obligations under this agreement due to circumstances beyond its control and unforeseeable, including but not limited to acts of nature such as fire, flood, earthquake, hurricane, or other natural disasters, political unrest, epidemics, military actions, or actions by governmental authorities (collectively referred to as 'Force Majeure'). In such events, the time period for fulfilling the obligations herein shall be extended for the duration of the Force Majeure conditions.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation stage: 30 days or more before departure. 25% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 30 days or more before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 20 to 29 days before departure. 50% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation between 10 to 29 days before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 10 to 19 days or less before departure. 75% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 07 to 14 days before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 10 days or less before departure. 100% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 10 days or less before departure.

Day 1 : ARRIVAL AT SHANGHAI
Welcome to Shanghai. After your arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel. Shanghai, is China’s largest city and a global financial hub. Its heart is the Bund, a famed waterfront promenade lined with colonial-era buildings.

Day 2 : SHANGHAI – CHONQING
After breakfast, we drive to the airport for our flight to Chongqing. On arrival, we proceed to the wharf to board the scenic Yangtze River cruise.

Day 3 : EXCURSION OF SHORE
Today, enjoy breakfast on board. Relax on the deck and enjoy the scenic beauty as your cruise ship sails through Shibaozhai. Enjoy a shore excursion of Shibaozhai. Have an enjoyable time at Captain’s Welcome Party as your ship anchors at Wanxian for the night.

Day 4 : BOARD YANGTZE RIVER CRUISE
Today, as you enjoy breakfast, we pass through Qutang Gorge and Wu Gorge. Proceed for a shore excursion of the Shennong Gorges. Later we sail into the west section of the third gorge of the Yangtze River – The Xiling Gorge after which your ships passes through the 5 stage shiplock.

Day 5 : THREE GORGES DAM
Today, we will visit the cruise and visit the Three Gorges Dam. Later we drive to Yichang to board our bullet train to Shanghai. Overnight in Shanghai.
Day 6 : SHANGHAI
After breakfast, you will be taken on a guided city tour of Shanghai with photo stops at the Oriental Pearl TV Tower with its distinctive pink spheres and at the Yu Yuan Garden, a traditional Chinese park with beautiful pavilions, miniature lakes and bridges. You will visit the famous Jade Buddha Temple, which was built in 1882. This temple has two Jade statues of the Sakyamuni Buddha and houses various ancient sculptures, rare paintings and Buddhist scriptures. In the evening prepare to be spellbound by witnessing the Acrobatic show, showcasing the traditional martial art.

Day 7 : SHANGHAI – XIAN
This morning you take a flight to Xian.On arrival in Xian, there is a stop for a photo opportunity of the City Wall of Xi’an, built during the Tang dynasty. You are also driven past the Big Wild Goose Pagoda (also called Giant Wild Goose Pagoda). As the symbol of the old-line Xian, this Pagoda is a well-preserved ancient building and a holy place for Buddhists. Overnight in Xi’an.
Day 8 : XIAN
Today begins with a tour of Xi’an. Visit the Terracotta Warriors, a collection of over 6000 terracotta moulded soldiers, officers, horses and wagons depicting the army of Qin Shi Huang, the first Emperor of China. The Terracotta Army was constructed beside the tomb of China’s First Emperor as an afterlife guard for the Emperor. Overnight in Xi’an.
Day 9 : XIAN – BEIJING
Today you board your bullet train ,one of the best ways to travel to Beijing, the capital of the People’s Republic of China and the world’s second most populous city. On arrival we check-in to your hotel (after 1500 hrs). Overnight in Beijing.
Day 10 : BEIJING
Today you are taken on a tour of the Great Wall of China at the Badaling section, Badaling is the only place on the Great Wall that you can take a cable car which offers you a panoramic view of this majestic structure. This 3,946-mile wall is a symbol of China’s ancient civilization and ranks among the greatest monuments in history. In the afternoon, your tour continues to the Summer Palace and its immense gardens, where the imperial court resided during summer. Overnight in Beijing.
Day 11 : BEIJING
Today you go on a guided city tour of Beijing, which is conducted by an English-speaking guide. The first stop is at the Temple of Heaven – the temple where emperors of the Ming and Qing dynasties came to worship the God of Heaven and pray for good harvests. The highlight of this tour is the blue tile-roofed Hall of Prayer. Later we also experience the Taichi, it lets you practice tai chi in the grand surroundings of the Temple of Heaven and explore some of the country’s best-preserved classical designs .You will also see Tiananmen Square, the largest square in the world and you will then visit the Forbidden City, an awesome 250-acre complex of palaces, pavilions and gardens. Later there is a stop for a photo opportunity at the ‘Olympic Park’ – the symbolic stadium where the 2008 Olympics were held. Overnight in Beijing.
Day 12 : DEPARTURE
Enjoy a lavish buffet breakfast in at your Hotel; later complete your check-out formalities and embark on a journey to International Airport to catch your flight to India. Board your flight from there and come back to your home with the cheerful memories of your wonderful trip.
