Payment Policy
- Pay 50% amount in advance of the total invoice to confirm the booking.
- All payments have to be clears 30 days prior to the date departure failing which IML keeps the right to release the bookings.
- International tickets will be issued within 24 hours from the time of advance payment.
- Booking voucher and final itinerary will be provided maximum 7 calendar days prior to the schedules departure.
- IML travel shall not be responsible for any change in flight schedule and cancellation without prior intimation. The guests must reconfirm the flight schedule at-least 03 days prior to the date of departure either directly from the airline or IML helpline number +91 921 3732000.
- All transfers are as per itinerary, in the event of guests not turning up at the pick-up point at the scheduled departure time, there is no provision of alternative transfer arrangement.
- IML Travel shall not be held liable for the partial or complete failure to perform its obligations under this agreement due to circumstances beyond its control and unforeseeable, including but not limited to acts of nature such as fire, flood, earthquake, hurricane, or other natural disasters, political unrest, epidemics, military actions, or actions by governmental authorities (collectively referred to as 'Force Majeure'). In such events, the time period for fulfilling the obligations herein shall be extended for the duration of the Force Majeure conditions.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation stage: 30 days or more before departure. 25% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 30 days or more before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 20 to 29 days before departure. 50% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation between 10 to 29 days before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 10 to 19 days or less before departure. 75% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 07 to 14 days before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 10 days or less before departure. 100% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 10 days or less before departure.
- Flights Cancellation: Domestic/International For all Domestic / International Flights we will comply with airline cancellation policy for standalone flight bookings or packages inclusive of Domestic/International flights.

Day 1 : DELHI – DUBAI
Welcome to Dubai – Dubai Family Tour Package, one of the most unique, and vibrant destinations in the world!
In a single day, you can experience everything from rugged mountains and awe-inspiring sand dunes to sandy beaches and lush green parks, from dusty villages to luxurious residential districts and from ancient houses with wind towers to ultra-modern shopping malls.
On arrival at Dubai International Airport, you will be welcomed by our IML Travel Representatives, who will transfer you to your hotel in your luxury car. Check-in to your hotel and spend the day at leisure.
Have a comfortable overnight stay at hotel.
Day 2 : DUBAI BURJ KHALIFA
After early morning breakfast, take a half day city tour of Dubai on seat-in-coach basis. Visit the Dubai Museum, and stop to take pictures at Burj Al Arab. In the evening get ready to precede the famous attraction of Dubai Burj Khalifa with Bronze Ticket. You will be transfer on SIC basis. After the visit of Burj Khalifa come back to hotel and have a comfortable overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 3 : SKI DUBAI & DESERT SAFARI
After early morning breakfast at the hotel you may proceed to visit the famous SKI DUBAI, its world largest indoor snow park, it’s an amazing 3000 square metres covered with snow. In view of the mall the snow park offers tobogganing hills, a bobsled ride, tubing and a snow cavern filled with interactive experience and amazing sight and sounds. It also has a large observation tower, offering a view over Ski Dubai’s main slope.
Later get transferred to the Desert safari in the latter half of the noon (14:00 Hrs), accompanied by barbeque dinner. The desert safari is an amazing experience and a must for the tourists visiting Dubai. Enjoy the camel ride, Sand boarding and the sand dune bashing you will get a chance to experience the most charming belly dance and henna designing followed by the barbeque dinner.

Day 4 : ABU DHABI- FERRARI WORLD EXCURSION (150Kms)
After hearty early morning breakfast proceed for a day excursion of Abu Dhabi for the Grand Mosque on SIC Basis. This mosque is the very famous and ancient time attraction of Abu Dhabi. After the visit of Grand Mosque continue your tour and get transfer for the visit world famous Ferrari world, it’s once in a life time experience to visit the Ferrari world. Ferrari World Abu Dhabi is an amusement park located on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. It is the first and only Ferrari-branded theme park and has the record for the largest space frame structure ever built. Formula Rossa, the world’s fastest roller coaster, is also located here. In the evening time, embark on a return journey for th e smart city Dubai. Come back to your hotel to enjoy Dinner and a comfortable overnight stay.
Day 5 : DUBAI FULL DAY SIGHTSEEING AND DHOW CRUISE
After hearty early morning breakfast proceed for a sightseeing tour of the city. Enjoy your full at leisure or indulge with some activities of Dubai. In the evening we suggest you to take a visit to Dhow Cruise spend the evening cruising the Dubai Creek on a dhow cruise, with music and lights – a signature experience that cannot be missed while in Dubai. This is a one hour evening cruise that includes dinner on the Dhow itself. Later come back to hotel for a comfortable sound sleep.
Day 6 : DEPARTURE TO ONWARDS DESTINATION (B)
Enjoy a lavish buffet breakfast in at your hotel; later complete your check-out formalities and embark on a journey to Dubai International Airport to catch your flight to India. Board your flight from there and come back to your home with the cheerful memories of your wonderful trip of Dubai Family Tour Package.
