Payment Policy
- Pay 50% amount in advance of the total invoice to confirm the booking.
- All payments have to be clears 30 days prior to the date departure failing which IML keeps the right to release the bookings.
- International tickets will be issued within 24 hours from the time of advance payment.
- Booking voucher and final itinerary will be provided maximum 7 calendar days prior to the schedules departure.
- IML travel shall not be responsible for any change in flight schedule and cancellation without prior intimation. The guests must reconfirm the flight schedule at-least 03 days prior to the date of departure either directly from the airline or IML helpline number +91 921 3732000.
- All transfers are as per itinerary, in the event of guests not turning up at the pick-up point at the scheduled departure time, there is no provision of alternative transfer arrangement.
- IML Travel shall not be held liable for the partial or complete failure to perform its obligations under this agreement due to circumstances beyond its control and unforeseeable, including but not limited to acts of nature such as fire, flood, earthquake, hurricane, or other natural disasters, political unrest, epidemics, military actions, or actions by governmental authorities (collectively referred to as 'Force Majeure'). In such events, the time period for fulfilling the obligations herein shall be extended for the duration of the Force Majeure conditions.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation stage: 30 days or more before departure. 25% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 30 days or more before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 20 to 29 days before departure. 50% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation between 10 to 29 days before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 10 to 19 days or less before departure. 75% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 07 to 14 days before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 10 days or less before departure. 100% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 10 days or less before departure.
- Flights Cancellation: Domestic/International For all Domestic / International Flights we will comply with airline cancellation policy for standalone flight bookings or packages inclusive of Domestic/International flights.

Day 1 : ARRIVAL AT DUBAI (D)
Welcome to Dubai, one of the most unique, and vibrant destinations in the world!
In a single day, you can experience everything from rugged mountains and awe-inspiring sand dunes to sandy beaches and lush green parks, from dusty villages to luxurious residential districts and from ancient houses with wind towers to ultra-modern shopping malls.
On arrival at Dubai International Airport, you will be welcomed by our IML Travel Representatives, who will transfer you to your hotel in your luxury car. Check-in to your hotel and spend the day at leisure.

Day 2 : CITY TOUR + BURJ KHALIFA (B)
After early morning breakfast at the hotel; get ready to proceed for a half day city tour of Dubai on a seat-in-coach basis. During this tour, you will get an amazing opportunity to visit many magnificent monuments, wonderful architectural creation buildings and famous landmarks of the city like Dubai Museum, Burj Al Arab, etc.
After completion of the city tour Grab a healthy lunch at a local restaurant and transfer to the Hotel to get relax. In the evening ready to proceed for the famous attraction of Dubai “Burj Khalifa”. Enjoy your evening under this symbol of world-class modern architecture.
After that return to your hotel enjoy dinner and comfortable overnight stay.
Day 3 : DUBAI MALL & UNDERWATER ZOO + DESERT SAFARI (B+D)
After early morning breakfast; explore the city as you want. Later in the afternoon get transferred to the Desert Safari in the latter half of the noon (14:00 Hrs), accompanied by barbeque dinner.
The desert safari is an amazing experience and a must for the tourists visiting Dubai. Enjoy the camel ride, Sandboarding and the sand dune bashing you will get a chance to experience the most charming belly dance and henna designing followed by the barbeque dinner.

Day 4 : ABU DHABI GRAND MOSQUE & FERRARI WORLD EXCURSION – Optional (150Kms) (B)

After the visit to Grand Mosque continues your tour and gets the transfer for the visit world-famous Ferrari world, it’s once in a lifetime experience to visit the Ferrari world.
Ferrari World Abu Dhabi is an amusement park located on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
