Payment Policy
- Pay 50% amount in advance of the total invoice to confirm the booking.
- All payments have to be clears 30 days prior to the date departure failing which IML keeps the right to release the bookings.
- International tickets will be issued within 24 hours from the time of advance payment.
- Booking voucher and final itinerary will be provided maximum 7 calendar days prior to the schedules departure.
- IML travel shall not be responsible for any change in flight schedule and cancellation without prior intimation. The guests must reconfirm the flight schedule at-least 03 days prior to the date of departure either directly from the airline or IML helpline number +91 921 3732000.
- All transfers are as per itinerary, in the event of guests not turning up at the pick-up point at the scheduled departure time, there is no provision of alternative transfer arrangement.
- IML Travel shall not be held liable for the partial or complete failure to perform its obligations under this agreement due to circumstances beyond its control and unforeseeable, including but not limited to acts of nature such as fire, flood, earthquake, hurricane, or other natural disasters, political unrest, epidemics, military actions, or actions by governmental authorities (collectively referred to as 'Force Majeure'). In such events, the time period for fulfilling the obligations herein shall be extended for the duration of the Force Majeure conditions.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation stage: 30 days or more before departure. 25% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 30 days or more before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 20 to 29 days before departure. 50% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation between 10 to 29 days before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 10 to 19 days or less before departure. 75% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 07 to 14 days before departure.

Day 1 : ARRIVAL AT CAIRO
Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport, IML Travel representative welcomes you and assists you through the immigration process. Escorted transfer by a modern air-conditioned vehicle, which will take you to the hotel through Old Cairo to enjoy the panoramic view of the citadel with the towering mosque of Mohamed Ali pass by Sultan Hassan & El Refaie mosques. Check in the hotel upon arrival & free time to refresh, Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 2 : CAIRO (OPTIONAL TOUR)(B)
Early breakfast at the hotel in Cairo then starts a guided tour(Optional tour) to visit one of the Seven Wonders the great Pyramids of Giza; (Cheops, Chephren, and Mycerinus) were reckoned by the Greeks to be one of the Seven Wonders of the World. A single pyramid is built with 2.300.000 blocks, each weighing an average of two and a half tonnes. In the face of such immensity, one cannot help but feel the wonder and awe that so many writers and artists have sought to convey over the centuries. The Cheops Pyramid is more interesting because its interior burial chambers are open for inspection by the public. Not far from the Pyramids is the Great Sphinx of Giza, which dates from the time of Chephren (2620 BC). Hewn from natural yellowish limestone and standing 65 feet high and 187 feet long, this unforgettable statue combines the head of a Pharaoh with a lion’s body. A quick visit to papyrus institute or a perfume shop can be arranged after the visit.
Egyptian Museum was established by the Egyptian government in 1835. The present museum building was built in 1900, in the new classical style by the French architect Marcel Dourgnon. The museum exhibited collections now exceed 120,000 objects ranges from the prehistoric era to the Greco Roman period. It has 107 halls, and the ground floor houses huge statues.
The upper floor houses small statues, jewels, Tutankhamen treasures and the mummies. The museum also comprises of a photography section and large library. A hall for the Royal Mummies was opened at the museum, housing eleven kings and queens.
After the visit to the museum, a short drive through the downtown will take you to Khan El Khalili bazaars; which is one of the most famous worldwide with its amazing narrow alleyways.

Day 3 : TRAIN – ASWAN – CRUISE (B+L+D)
Breakfast onboard the train and meet & assist upon arriving at Aswan Station and transfer to the Nile cruise. Meet & assist upon arrival Aswan is one of the world’s best-known winter resorts. Start a guided tour to visit the Old Dam (just passing over it) and the High Dam, which provides irrigation and electricity to the whole Egypt and then a motorboat ride, will take you to the beautiful Temple of Philae on Isis Island then transfer to the Nile Cruise & Check-in.
Lunch will be served onboard the cruise then afternoon relax. Dinner and Overnight in Aswan.
Day 4 : ASWAN- KOM OMBO- EDFU (B+L+D)
Very early wakeup call & breakfast box will be ready to start an excursion by coach to the great Temples of Abu Simbel(Optional) flanked by four giant stone statues of Ramses II. The Temple was reclaimed from the dam to rescue from the rising water of Lake Nasser and reconstructed in its present site.
Sail to KomEmbo upon returning from Abu Simbel. Visit The Ptolemaic Temple Shared by Two Gods, Sobek, and Heroeris in KomEmbo. Alternatively, you can spend your time in leisure onboard your Nile river cruise and savor to the delicious cuisine served.
Sail to Edfu&Enjoy your dinner onboard the Nile river cruise, overnight on board the Nile River cruise.
Day 5 : EDFU -LUXOR (B+L+D)
Transfer by Kalesh or horse-drawn carriage to the Temple of Horus to visit then back to the Nile Cruise and sail to Esna / Luxor. Visit Karnak temple upon arrival & overview Luxor temple from outside as it is like an open museum from outside as it is like an open museum.

Day 6 : WEST BANK – SLEEPING TRAIN (B+D)
Early breakfast & check out then start a visit to the west bank in Luxor to the Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut temple&colossi of Memnon. These are some of the best examples of the magnificence of ancient Egyptian architecture and its cultural spirits. Later drive back to the Nile cruise & check out from the cruise, take the Luggage and get transferred to back Cairo Dinner and Overnight in the sleeping train.
Day 7 : CAIRO à ISTANBUL (B)
Upon arrival at Istanbul International Airport, IML Travel representative welcomes you and assists you and transfer by a modern air-conditioned vehicle will take you to the hotel.

Day 8 : ISTANBUL CITY TOUR (B)
Early breakfast at the hotel then Pick up at 08:30 am from your hotel for a day tour of old Istanbul city.
Visit to TOPKAPI PALACE The great palace of the Ottoman sultans from the 15th to the 19th centuries housing an exquisite collection of crystal, silver, and Chinese porcelain, robes worn by the sultans and their families, the famous jewels of the Imperial Treasury, miniatures, the Holy Mantle; enshrining relics of the Prophet Mohammed. Then proceed to ST. SOPHIA This ancient basilica, built by Constantine the Great in the 4th century and reconstructed by Justinian in the 6th century, is one of the architectural marvels of all time. SULTANAHMET IMPERIAL MOSQUE Across from St. Sophia built in the 16th century by the architect Mehmet, is known as the BLUE MOSQUE because of its magnificent interior decoration of blue Iznik tiles. HIPPODROME Ancient Hippodrome, the scene of chariot races, with the three monuments; the Obelisk of Theodosius, the bronze Serpentine Column and the Column of Constantine. Lunch break at 13:00 pm. Day 9 : ISTANBUL BOSPHORUS CRUISE AND SHOPPING TOUR (B)
Early breakfast at the hotel then Pick up at 08:30 am from the hotel and depart for the Istanbul Bosphorus Cruise and Shopping Tour. Visit the SPICE BAZAAR (Egyptian Bazaar) The air here is filled with the enticing aromas of cinnamon, caraway, saffron, mint, thyme and every other conceivable herb and spice.
BOSPHORUS BY BOAT a traditional excursion by boat along the waterway separating Europe and Asia. The shore is lined with old wooden villas, palaces of marble, fortresses, and small fishing villages. During the excursion, you will see the magnificent sights of the following attractions from your boat. See Dolmabahce Palace, and further along, the parks and imperial pavilions of Yildiz Palace. On the coastal edge of this park, is Ciragan Palace, 300 meters of its marble facade faces the shore. At Ortakoy a great variety of artists gather every Sunday to display their work along the street. Day 11 : ATHENS CITY TOUR (B)
Early breakfast & pick up from the hotel for Athens city tour. You’ll see the Panathenaic Stadium where the first Olympic Games of modern times were held in 1896 (shortstop). Continue and pass by the Prime Minister’s residence (Ex Royal Palace) guarded by the Evzones in their colourful uniform, the Temple of Olympian Zeus, the Hadrian’s Arch, the Parliament and the memorial to the Unknown Soldier, the Academy, the University, the National Library, The Constitution Square (Syntagma). Arrive in the Plaka area and visit the Acropolis museum. Continue and visit the Architectural Masterpieces of Golden Age of Athens: The Propylaea, the Temple of Athena Nike, the Erechtheion and finally “the harmony between material and spirit”, the Monument that “puts an order in the mind”, the Parthenon. Day 12 : ATHENS – SANTORINI (B)
After breakfast at the hotel, you will be transferred to Mykonos port and sailing to Santorini. Arrive at Santorini Island. Santorini is an awesome island with magnificent views and places to be. The afternoon is free at leisure. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 13 : SANTORINI FULL DAY CALDERA CRUISE –VOLCANO – HOT SPRINGS – THERESIA (B)
Today after breakfast you will enjoy a Half Day Caldera cruise with the below itinerary. The bus will pick you up from your village’s meeting point going to Athinios port! The first stop of the excursion is the volcano of Santorini in Nea Kameni Island!
