Payment Policy
- Pay 50% amount in advance of the total invoice to confirm the booking.
- All payments have to be clears 30 days prior to the date departure failing which IML keeps the right to release the bookings.
- International tickets will be issued within 24 hours from the time of advance payment.
- Booking voucher and final itinerary will be provided maximum 7 calendar days prior to the schedules departure.
- IML travel shall not be responsible for any change in flight schedule and cancellation without prior intimation. The guests must reconfirm the flight schedule at-least 03 days prior to the date of departure either directly from the airline or IML helpline number +91 921 3732000.
- All transfers are as per itinerary, in the event of guests not turning up at the pick-up point at the scheduled departure time, there is no provision of alternative transfer arrangement.
- IML Travel shall not be held liable for the partial or complete failure to perform its obligations under this agreement due to circumstances beyond its control and unforeseeable, including but not limited to acts of nature such as fire, flood, earthquake, hurricane, or other natural disasters, political unrest, epidemics, military actions, or actions by governmental authorities (collectively referred to as 'Force Majeure'). In such events, the time period for fulfilling the obligations herein shall be extended for the duration of the Force Majeure conditions.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation stage: 30 days or more before departure. 25% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 30 days or more before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 20 to 29 days before departure. 50% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation between 10 to 29 days before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 10 to 19 days or less before departure. 75% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 07 to 14 days before departure.

Day 1 : ARRIVAL AT CAIRO (D)
Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport, IML Travel representative welcomes you and assists you through the immigration process. Escorted transfer by a modern air-conditioned vehicle will take you to the hotel through Old Cairo to enjoy the panoramic view of the citadel with the towering mosque of Mohamed Ali pass by Sultan Hassan & El Refaie mosques. Check in the hotel upon arrival & free time to refresh.

Day 2 : PYRAMIDS, SPHINX, MUSEUM, KHAN EL KHALILI (B+L+D)
Early breakfast at the hotel in Cairo then starts a guided tour to visit one of the Seven Wonders the great Pyramids of Giza; (Cheops, Chephren, and Mycerinus) were reckoned by the Greeks to be one of the Seven Wonders of the World. A single pyramid is built with 2.300.000 blocks, each weighing an average of two and a half tonnes. In the face of such immensity, one cannot help but feel the wonder and awe that, so many writers and artists have sought to convey over the centuries. The Cheops Pyramid is more interesting because its interior burial chambers are open for inspection by the public. Not far from the Pyramids is the Great Sphinx of Giza, which dates from the time of Chephren (2620 BC). Hewn from natural yellowish limestone and standing 65 feet high and 187 feet long, this unforgettable statue combines the head of a Pharaoh with a lion’s body. A quick visit to papyrus institute or a perfume shop can be arranged after the visit.
Lunch at an Indian restaurant then start afternoon visit to the Egyptian Museum for another tour Egyptian Museum; was established by the Egyptian government in 1835. The present museum building was built in 1900, in the new classical style by the French architect Marcel Dourgnon. The museum exhibited collections now exceed 120,000 objects ranges from the pre-historic era to the Greco Roman period. It has 107 halls, and the ground floor houses huge statues. The upper floor houses small statues, jewels, Tutankhamen treasures, and the mummies. The museum also comprises of a photography section and large library. A hall for the Royal Mummies was opened at the museum, housing eleven kings and queens.
After the visit to the museum, a short drive through the downtown will take you to Khan El Khalili bazaars; which is one of the most famous worldwide with its amazing narrow alleyways. Drive back to the hotel & free time to refresh. Dinner in an Indian restaurant & drive back to the hotel &overnight at the hotel in Cairo.
Day 3 : CAIRO –> JERUSALEM(B)
Morning Breakfast and get ready to catch your flight to Jerusalem. Arrival at Jerusalem International Airport. Meet and greet with a tour guide and transfer to the hotel. Check-in and afternoon at leisure. In the evening we suggested exploring the city on your own. Back to the hotel. Overnight in Athens.
Day 4 : JERUSALEM – HALF DAY TOUR OF OLD CITY
After breakfast, start the day with a magnificent panoramic view from Mount of Olives.
Drive to the Old City; Visit the Tomb of King David and the Room of Last Supper on Mt. Zion. Enter the walled city and walk through the newly restored Jewish quarter. Visit the Roman Cardo, the Herodian quarter and continue to the Western Wall. Walk along the Via Dolorosa to the Church of Holy Sepulchre. Continue to Bethlehem*; view Rachel’s Tomb and proceed to visit the Church of Nativity and Manger’s Square.

Day 5 : JERUSALEM | CITY TOUR OF NEW CITY
Drive to the Israel Museum; visit the Shrine of the Book, where the Dead Sea scrolls are housed, and the miniature model of Jerusalem as it was during the Second Temple period; Proceed for a tour at the Knesset, Israel’s parliament. Continue to visit Mount Hertzel cemetery and Yad Vashem, the memorial to the Holocaust. Drive through Mea Shearim, the ultra-orthodox neighborhood in Jerusalem and learn about their unique lifestyle. In the evening enjoy a Middle Eastern dinner followed by the spectacular “Sound & Light” show** at the Tower of David Museum.

Day 6 : QUMERAN | MASSADA | DEAD SEA DAY TRIP
After hearty breakfast, drive through the Judean desert to the Dead Sea, the lowest point on earth, almost 1300 feet (400 meters) below sea level. Stop at Qumeran to visit the site where the Dead Sea scrolls were found. Drive along the shores of the Dead Sea to Massada. Ascend by cable car and tour the ancient fortress where the Zealots made their last stand against the Romans before committing mass suicide in 73 AD. Descend by cable car.
Continue to the Dead Sea; Cover yourself with the mineral-rich mud and experience a swim in the Dead Sea** that many believe has its therapeutic effects. Overnight in Jerusalem.
Day 7 : JERUSALEM–> NAIROBI(B)
Morning Breakfast and get ready to catch your flight to NAIROBI. Arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. Meet and greet with a tour guide and transfer to the hotel. Check-in and afternoon at leisure. For your first night, we suggest you an unforgettable Nairobi by night orientation tour followed by folklore dance show and dinner. Back to the hotel. Overnight in Nairobi.
Day 8 : THE GREAT RIFT VALLEY & LAKE BOGORIA
After a hearty breakfast this morning you will depart with picnic lunches for the North side of the Great Rift Valley arriving at the magnificent home of the flamingo, the beautiful Lake Bogoria with its many geysers and hot springs. A lovely drive through Lake Bogoria reserve. Today will be a delight for the ornithologists as you will probably see 60 different species of the lake and riverine birds. After a picnic lunch under a shady tree, return back when you are ready for dinner and Overnight at Lake Elementeita Sentrim Lodge.
Day 9 : THE GREAT RIFT VALLEY TO MASAI MARA
The early rise followed by a hearty breakfast and depart for your next destination, the Masai Mara Game Reserve; the site of one of the most spectacular phenomenon of the natural world -The Great Annual Wildebeest Migration. Fêted as one of the “New Seven Wonders of the World”. After check-in and a lovely lunch, depart for afternoon game drive where you will most likely see the Big Five- lion, rhino, buffalo, leopard, and elephant. Dinner and Overnight at Mara Sentrim Camp
Day 10 : MASAI MARA
A relaxed rise followed by a hearty breakfast and thereafter a full day game drive with picnic lunch to see the varied game of the Masai Mara. This region is Kenya’s most popular game sanctuary where you will have the best opportunity of spotting the Big Five (lion, leopard, buffalo, rhino, and elephant).
