Payment Policy
- Pay 50% amount in advance of the total invoice to confirm the booking.
- All payments have to be clears 30 days prior to the date departure failing which IML keeps the right to release the bookings.
- International tickets will be issued within 24 hours from the time of advance payment.
- Booking voucher and final itinerary will be provided maximum 7 calendar days prior to the schedules departure.
- IML travel shall not be responsible for any change in flight schedule and cancellation without prior intimation. The guests must reconfirm the flight schedule at-least 03 days prior to the date of departure either directly from the airline or IML helpline number +91 921 3732000.
- All transfers are as per itinerary, in the event of guests not turning up at the pick-up point at the scheduled departure time, there is no provision of alternative transfer arrangement.
- IML Travel shall not be held liable for the partial or complete failure to perform its obligations under this agreement due to circumstances beyond its control and unforeseeable, including but not limited to acts of nature such as fire, flood, earthquake, hurricane, or other natural disasters, political unrest, epidemics, military actions, or actions by governmental authorities (collectively referred to as 'Force Majeure'). In such events, the time period for fulfilling the obligations herein shall be extended for the duration of the Force Majeure conditions.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation stage: 30 days or more before departure. 25% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 30 days or more before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 20 to 29 days before departure. 50% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation between 10 to 29 days before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 10 to 19 days or less before departure. 75% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 07 to 14 days before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 10 days or less before departure. 100% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 10 days or less before departure.
- Flights Cancellation: Domestic/International For all Domestic / International Flights we will comply with airline cancellation policy for standalone flight bookings or packages inclusive of Domestic/International flights.

Day 1 : ARRIVAL AT CAIRO (L)
Your trip to Egypt begins today; on arrival at Cairo Airport you will be greet by our representative, who will escort you to your hotel. Check-in to your hotel and spend the day at leisure. In the evening proceed to attend the Sound and Light Show at the Pyramids area. Later come back to your hotel. Enjoy dinner and comfortable overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 2 : CAIRO (B+L)
After a scrumptious breakfast at the hotel; proceed to visit the Great Pyramid at Giza. It was the tallest man made structure in the world for over 3,800 years. Our expert guide will accompany you to The Pyramids and Sphinx at Giza, and then you will stand in communion with the magnificent treasures of the Egyptian Museum. – including Tutankhamuns fabulously famous Gold Mask,lunch during the tour. Later come back to your hotel and enjoy the dinner. Have a comfortable overnight stay at the hotel
Day 3 : CAIRO –ASWAN (NILE CRUISE) (B+L+D)
After early morning scrumptious breakfast, proceed to Cairo Domestic Airport to board the flight to Aswan. On arrival at Aswan meet our representative and transfer to the city. Start your day with a short trip of Aswan High Dam which is the very amazable attraction of this glorious ancient city. After that proceed to visit Pilahe Temple. Later proceed to embarkation on board Nile Cruise. Spend your day as you want with the magnificent view of Nile River. In the evening explore the Aswan city. Day 4 : NILE CRUISE ASWAN-KOMOMBO (B+L+D)
Free day . Enjoy cruising on the Nile . Proceed to visit the great temple of Abu Simbel. An Optional Nubian Village in Aswan Enjoy and discover the fascinating Nubian Villages situated at the bottom of Elephantine Island. Sandwiched in the heart of the river Nile are two colorful Nubian Villages, Siou and Koti. In the mid of the day visit to Temple of Sobek & Haroreis (Lunch on board while sialing to Komombo). Day 5 : NILE CRUISE EDFU-LUXOR (B+L+D)
Free day . Enjoy cruising on the Nile. Arrival at Edfu and proceed to vist the Temple of Horus. It is the very famous attraction of the Edfu. Later cruise will proceed to Luxor enjoy your lunch at cruise. Later in the evening arrival at luxor, upon arrival visit to Luxor Temple. Spend the day as you please. Day 6 : DISEMBARKATION FROM NILE CRUISE AND DEPARTURE (B+L)
After early morning breakfast at cruise proceed to disembarkation from Nile Cruise. After that if time permittes proceed for a full day tour visiting the Karnak Temple then drive to the West Bank; Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut temple & the Colossi of Memnon.
