Payment Policy
- Pay 50% amount in advance of the total invoice to confirm the booking.
- All payments have to be clears 30 days prior to the date departure failing which IML keeps the right to release the bookings.
- International tickets will be issued within 24 hours from the time of advance payment.
- Booking voucher and final itinerary will be provided maximum 7 calendar days prior to the schedules departure.
- IML travel shall not be responsible for any change in flight schedule and cancellation without prior intimation. The guests must reconfirm the flight schedule at-least 03 days prior to the date of departure either directly from the airline or IML helpline number +91 921 3732000.
- All transfers are as per itinerary, in the event of guests not turning up at the pick-up point at the scheduled departure time, there is no provision of alternative transfer arrangement.
- IML Travel shall not be held liable for the partial or complete failure to perform its obligations under this agreement due to circumstances beyond its control and unforeseeable, including but not limited to acts of nature such as fire, flood, earthquake, hurricane, or other natural disasters, political unrest, epidemics, military actions, or actions by governmental authorities (collectively referred to as 'Force Majeure'). In such events, the time period for fulfilling the obligations herein shall be extended for the duration of the Force Majeure conditions.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation stage: 30 days or more before departure. 25% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 30 days or more before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 20 to 29 days before departure. 50% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation between 10 to 29 days before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 10 to 19 days or less before departure. 75% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 07 to 14 days before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 10 days or less before departure. 100% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 10 days or less before departure.

Day 1 : ARRIVAL AT CAIRO (B)
Your trip to Egypt begins today; on arrival at Cairo Airport you will be greet by our representative, who will escort you to your hotel. Check-in to your hotel and spend the day at leisure. In the evening proceed to attend the Sound and Light Show at the Pyramids area (Optional). Later come back to your hotel.
Enjoy dinner and comfortable overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 2 : CAIRO (B)
After a scrumptious breakfast at the hotel; proceed for a full day city tour at 0900 hrs. Visit to the Great Pyramid at Giza. It was the tallest man made structure in the world for over 3,800 years. Our expert guide will accompany you to The Pyramids and Sphinx at Giza, and then you will stand in communion with the magnificent treasures of the Egyptian Museum. – including Tutankhamuns fabulously famous Gold Mask,lunch during the tour. Later come back to your hotel (1700 Hrs) and get ready for cruise dinner. Enjoy dinner at cruise after that come back to your hotel for a comfortable overnight stay.
Day 3 : CAIRO – ALEXANDRIA TOUR (B)
After early morning scrumptious breakfast, Around 07:00 transfer in an air-conditioned deluxe vehicle to Alexandria for a full day tour. Arrive Alexandria around 10:00 and start the tour to visit the Catacomb , the Pompey’s pillar , the Roman amphitheater and both the library and qait bay fortress from outside with local English speaking guide Finish around 16:30 and transfer back to hotel in Cairo Arrive around 19:30 and overnight stay at hotel.
Day 4 : CAIRO – ASWAN (B)
After early morning breakfast at the hotel; check out and Transfer to Cairo domestic airport for morning flight to Aswan. Arrive Aswan and start a half day tour to visit the Philae temple , the unfinished obelisk and the high dam with local English speaking guide Transfer to hotel and check in Rest of day at leisure

Day 5 : ASWAN – LUXOR (B)
After early morning breakfast at the hotel and check out from your hotel around 09:00 and Transfer in an air-conditioned deluxe vehicle to your hotel in luxor. Arrive Luxor around 12:30 and transfer to hotel Check in and time to refresh. Around 1600 Hrs transfer to half day tour to visit the east bank Karnak and Luxor temples. After the tour transfer back to hotel and overnight stay at luxor.
Day 6 : LUXOR SIGHTSEEING (B)
After early morning breakfast at the hotel around 0800 Hrs start a half day tour to visit the west bank valley of the kings , temple of Hatshepsut at el deir el bahari and colossi of Memnon with local English speaking guide. Finish around 12:00 and transfer back to hotel for a comfortable overnight stay.
Day 7 : DEPARTURE TO ONWARDS DESTINATION (B)
