Payment Policy
- Pay 50% amount in advance of the total invoice to confirm the booking.
- All payments have to be clears 30 days prior to the date departure failing which IML keeps the right to release the bookings.
- International tickets will be issued within 24 hours from the time of advance payment.
- Booking voucher and final itinerary will be provided maximum 7 calendar days prior to the schedules departure.
- IML travel shall not be responsible for any change in flight schedule and cancellation without prior intimation. The guests must reconfirm the flight schedule at-least 03 days prior to the date of departure either directly from the airline or IML helpline number +91 921 3732000.
- All transfers are as per itinerary, in the event of guests not turning up at the pick-up point at the scheduled departure time, there is no provision of alternative transfer arrangement.
- IML Travel shall not be held liable for the partial or complete failure to perform its obligations under this agreement due to circumstances beyond its control and unforeseeable, including but not limited to acts of nature such as fire, flood, earthquake, hurricane, or other natural disasters, political unrest, epidemics, military actions, or actions by governmental authorities (collectively referred to as 'Force Majeure'). In such events, the time period for fulfilling the obligations herein shall be extended for the duration of the Force Majeure conditions.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation stage: 30 days or more before departure. 25% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 30 days or more before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 20 to 29 days before departure. 50% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation between 10 to 29 days before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 10 to 19 days or less before departure. 75% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 07 to 14 days before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 10 days or less before departure. 100% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 10 days or less before departure.
- Flights Cancellation: Domestic/International For all Domestic / International Flights we will comply with airline cancellation policy for standalone flight bookings or packages inclusive of Domestic/International flights.

Day 1 : ARRIVAL IN VIENNA
Your Europe Tour begins today, on arrival at Vienna you will be welcomed by our representative on Airport who will escort you to your hotel, check-in to your hotel and get refresh to hail your tiredness. Spend your full day at leisure. Have a comfortable overnight stay in Vienna.
Day 2 : VIENNA CITY TOUR AND A VISIT TO SCHONBRUNN PALACE (B)
After early morning scrumptious breakfast, proceed for a city tour of Vienna where you will see the City Hall, Hofburg Palace, Ring Boulevard, St. Stephens Cathedral and Belvedere Palace. Later visit to Schönbrunn Palace which is the former imperial summer residence Baroque Palace with 1,441 rooms one of the most important historical monument of the country. After that move to the city center where you can enjoy the splendors and beauty of this place and also spend some time to do shopping form bizarre marketplaces of this beautiful city. As the day falls come back to your hotel and proceed to grab a delightful dinner at hotel.

Day 3 : VIENNA-SALZBURG DAY EXCURSION (B)
Grab a healthy breakfast at your hotel, after that you will proceed to Salzburg where you will definietly enjoy the picturesque site of the country.
After arrival at Salzburg proceed to view famous touristic attractions of the city start your day with the visit of Hellbrunn Palace after that move ahed to visit other destinations of the city Mirabell Gardens, Mozart’s birthplace, Residenz Fountain, Mondsee Cathedral. Later in the evening when you are free from visit of all places you will be embark on your back journey to Vienna with our representative. On arrival in Vienna at your hotel proceed to take a lucious dinner and spend the evening at leisure.

Day 4 : BUDAPEST (B)
After a delicious breakfast, you will be taken to Budapest – a city known for its wondrous landscape, architectural beauty and world-famous parties!
After you have had lunch, you will be taken for the famous Danube River Cruise – there is really no better way to experience the beauty of Budapest other than on this tranquil cruise!
Post the cruise, you will be taken for dinner and then dropped off to your hotel for a comfortable overnight stay.
For those who wish to experience Budapest’s nightlife, you can do so after dinner it but you will have to find your own way back to the hotel.
Day 5 : BUDAPEST TO BRATISLAVA(B)
After a delicious breakfast, you will be taken to Bratislava. The orientation tour includes places such as the St. Martins Cathedral, Bratislava Castle, Franciscan Square, the main square, Michalska Street, Michael’s Gate, Old Town, Venturska Street, Primacialny Palace.
You will then have some at leisure to enjoy this beautiful place post which you will be taken for a delicious Indian meal and then taken to your hotel for a comfortable overnight stay.
Day 6 : BRATISLAVA TO PRAGUE (B)
After breakfast, you will be taken to Prague – the hottest and hippest emerging destination in Eastern Europe!
We hope you enjoy the scenery and splendor en-route. You have the rest of the day at leisure to enjoy what all Prague has to offer.
Later on in the evening, you will be taken for dinner to an Indian restaurant and then transferred to your hotel for a comfortable overnight stay.
Day 7 : PRAGUE (B)
Post breakfast, you will begin with an orientation tour which includes a view of the Astronomical Clock, Charles Bridge, St. Vitus Cathedral, Wenceslas Square, Jewish Quarter, Mala Strana, Old Town Square, Free time in Centre.
Post this, you will be taken to the famous Prague Castle – this historic monument which was built in the 9th century is now the official residence of the President of the Czech Republic.
Post this, you will be taken for a delicious Indian dinner and then to your hotel for a comfortable overnight stay.
Day 8 : DEPARTURE FROM EUROPE (B)
