Payment Policy
- Pay 50% amount in advance of the total invoice to confirm the booking.
- All payments have to be clears 30 days prior to the date departure failing which IML keeps the right to release the bookings.
- International tickets will be issued within 24 hours from the time of advance payment.
- Booking voucher and final itinerary will be provided maximum 7 calendar days prior to the schedules departure.
- IML travel shall not be responsible for any change in flight schedule and cancellation without prior intimation. The guests must reconfirm the flight schedule at-least 03 days prior to the date of departure either directly from the airline or IML helpline number +91 921 3732000.
- All transfers are as per itinerary, in the event of guests not turning up at the pick-up point at the scheduled departure time, there is no provision of alternative transfer arrangement.
- IML Travel shall not be held liable for the partial or complete failure to perform its obligations under this agreement due to circumstances beyond its control and unforeseeable, including but not limited to acts of nature such as fire, flood, earthquake, hurricane, or other natural disasters, political unrest, epidemics, military actions, or actions by governmental authorities (collectively referred to as 'Force Majeure'). In such events, the time period for fulfilling the obligations herein shall be extended for the duration of the Force Majeure conditions.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation stage: 30 days or more before departure. 25% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 30 days or more before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 20 to 29 days before departure. 50% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation between 10 to 29 days before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 10 to 19 days or less before departure. 75% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 07 to 14 days before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 10 days or less before departure. 100% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 10 days or less before departure.
- Flights Cancellation: Domestic/International For all Domestic / International Flights we will comply with airline cancellation policy for standalone flight bookings or packages inclusive of Domestic/International flights.

Day 1 : INDIA ARRIVAL(B)
On arrival , you will be welcomed by our representative on New Delhi station/airport, who will escort you to the hotel whereby you’ll be check-in. Spend your full day at leisure with the visit of some local market places nearby your hotel.

Day 2 : DELHI- JAIPUR (4hrs 30mins- 268 kms) (B)
Your trip to Jaipur begins today,you will be welcomed by our representative on board a Luxury AC Car, who will escort you to the Pink City Jaipur, the heart of Rajasthan. On arrival at Jaipur, proceed to check-in to your hotel. After a brief rest, continue for a city tour of Jaipur. Rest of the day at Leisure where you can interact with locals if you desire and get to know about the culture remotely.

Day 3 : JAIPUR (B)
After early morning breakfast, proceed for the sightseeing tour of the city to familiarize yourself with the culture and versatile nature of the city. Drive to Fort Amber, the former capital of Kachhawaha Rajputs. On the way, you will stop to visit the city’s landmark: the Hawa Mahal (Palace of the Winds) that was built during the 18th century, the five-storey building features 953 windows and niches from which the royal women observed the procession in the street without being seen. Next, you will visit Amber fort, which lies on 400-foot-tall hill and is surrounded by the chain of mountains known as Aravali. Later you will visit the Pink City, Jaipur. The City Palace that was built in 1734 lies in the center of Jaipur and is now the residence of the royal family of Jaipur and a beautiful museum which includes the Chandra Mahal and Mubarak Mahal palaces and other buildings. After that you will visit Jantar Mantar, an observatory. It was built in the 18th century by the city founder Jai Singh II. The instruments are made out of stone and marble and served to the sky observation.
In evening you may be taken to The Historical Walk which will lead you through the whims of the princess, the romance of princesses, the impeccable pride and craft of royal artisans, the passion of artists and two and a half centuries of royal lives of the bygone era. After that return back to the hotel.

After early morning breakfast, our representative will escort you to Agra “The City of Taj”. Upon arrival, proceed for the sightseeing tour to The Taj Mahal, a symbol of love which was erected by a Mughal emperor in the memory of his beloved wife. Later proceed to visit Agra Fort which is situated near by Taj Mahal. Spend the evening at leisure. After that return back to the hotel and have a comfortable overnight stay at the hotel in Agra.
Day 5 : AGRA-FATEHPUR SIKRI-DELHI (3hrs 40mins- 215 kms) (B)
After early morning breakfast, check-out from the hotel & visit some other finest places of “The City of Taj”. Proceed for the sightseeing tour of Fatehpur Sikri which is situated in the west of agra. There are very famous creations of the time period of Mughal emperor Akbar. “Buland Darwaza” (“Gate of Magnificence”) which is very famous for their very big size, it’s the entrance to Jama Masjid mosque. Nearby is the marble Tomb of Salim Chishti. Diwan-E-Khas hall has a carved central pillar. Jodha Bais Palace is a mix of Hindu and Mughal styles, next to the 5-story Panch Mahal that overlooks the site. In the mid of the day, embark with your journey back to delhi. When you will refreshed from your tiredness proceed to view some local sites of the holy city ‘Varanasi’ that is all about mythological temples and spot. We suggest you to visit some of the finest temples of this holy city which are situated on the shore of river Ganga. Apart from that in the explore the city, enjoy the local market places and after that as the day falls return back to the hotel for a comfortable overnight stay
Day 7 : VARANASI (B)
After early morning breakfast at the hotel, proceed for temples sightseeing. Enjoy training session of Rowing a boat in Varanasi. Enjoy boating in Ganges river, after enjoying boating, later visit to Sarnath Temple it is a small holy township, about 10kms form Varanasi. It is a historic place where Lord Buddha gave its first sermon after attaining enlightenment. Here we will visit excavated site having Dhamek Stupa, Dharmarajika Stupa, Ashoka pillar, building bases etc. Also visit Sarnath museum. In addition to this there are many new Buddhist and Jain temples are there. In the evening proceed to attend very famous event of this holy city “The Ganga Aarti”. It is related to religious faiths of people. This is an event where you can see the spirituality and the holiness of river Ganga. After the aarti as you want you will come back to hotel or spend some time on the shore of Ganga to feel the versatility and the waves sound of the river.

Day 8 : VARANASI-KHAJURAHO (B)
After early morning breakfast at the hotel, check out from the hotel and proceed to board your flight/Train from Varanasi to Khajuraho. On arrival at Khajuraho airport, our escort will take you to hotel. Check-in to your hotel and refresh yourself with a brief rest later in afternoon go for a sightseeing tour. Evening proceed to Kandariya Art and Cultural Village where you will get a chance to experience various art forms of folk culture in India. After a sumptuous breakfast at the hotel proceed for a sightseeing tour of the Khajuraho .Here almost every house hold in engaged in some kind of commercial activity. Sightseeing begins with visit to World Heritage Site Western Group of Temples. Later visit to the Kandariya Mahadev Temple, which is the most popular and beautiful massive structure. It is a magnificent peace of artistic sculptural work. Khajuraho temples are more popular for erotic sculptured images but on your visit you will realize that such images are approx. 15% of all images and other images are hindu gods, goddess, nymphs. After this we will drive you to Eastern group of temples. In evening attend light & sound show, organized at Western Group of temples where you will learn the history, Chandela dynasty and associated myths with Khajuraho Temples. You can also capture pictures of Khajuraho temples under artificial night.
