Payment Policy
- Pay 50% amount in advance of the total invoice to confirm the booking.
- All payments have to be clears 30 days prior to the date departure failing which IML keeps the right to release the bookings.
- International tickets will be issued within 24 hours from the time of advance payment.
- Booking voucher and final itinerary will be provided maximum 7 calendar days prior to the schedules departure.
- IML travel shall not be responsible for any change in flight schedule and cancellation without prior intimation. The guests must reconfirm the flight schedule at-least 03 days prior to the date of departure either directly from the airline or IML helpline number +91 921 3732000.
- All transfers are as per itinerary, in the event of guests not turning up at the pick-up point at the scheduled departure time, there is no provision of alternative transfer arrangement.
- IML Travel shall not be held liable for the partial or complete failure to perform its obligations under this agreement due to circumstances beyond its control and unforeseeable, including but not limited to acts of nature such as fire, flood, earthquake, hurricane, or other natural disasters, political unrest, epidemics, military actions, or actions by governmental authorities (collectively referred to as 'Force Majeure'). In such events, the time period for fulfilling the obligations herein shall be extended for the duration of the Force Majeure conditions.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation stage: 30 days or more before departure. 25% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 30 days or more before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 20 to 29 days before departure. 50% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation between 10 to 29 days before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 10 to 19 days or less before departure. 75% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 07 to 14 days before departure.

Day 1 : GOA ARRIVAL (L+D)
On arrival , you will be welcomed by our representative at Goa Airport, who will escort you to the hotel whereby you’ll be checked-in. Later in the day, indulge in activities; we suggest you to head out to Anjuna Beach, famous for its white sand and red laterite rocks for a relaxing afternoon. If you wish to indulge in a late lunch, visiting Curlie’s, a shack on the beach strip. To prolong the laid back ambience, you can stop over at Vagator Beach, and enjoy a picturesque sunset. However, if you plan to spend the night partying, a visit to Arambol Beach would be ideal. Later, shop till you drop in the very famous Anjuna Flea Market. You will then go to try the indigenous drink of Goa “Cashew Feni”. It is a spirit produced exclusively in Goa. Later, when you wish to relax, you can hire a cab (own expense) and get driven to your hotel for a comfortable overnight stay in Goa.
Day 2 : AGUADA FORT - CHURCHES - BEACHES (B+L+D)
On the second day of your holiday after having early morning breakfast at the hotel, you will visit to another side of Goa, which does not include beaches then hire a self-driven vehicle (own expense) and head out to Fort Aguada, constructed in 1612 to protect Goa from enemy attacks. The fort and its lighthouse, the first ever in Asia would be an ideal place to take beautiful pictures. Later in the day, you can visit the two most famous churches – Basilica of Bom Jesus and Lady of Immaculate Conception – and go for Go-Karting near Verna. Top the day off with drinks and dinner at King’s Pub. Once you wish to relax, you can hire a cab (own expense) and return to your hotel for a comfortable night stay in Goa.
Day 3 : SINQUERIM BEACH - CANDOLIM BEACH (B+L+D)
On the third day of your holiday after having early morning breakfast at the hotel, you will get your adrenaline pumping. Take an afternoon trip to Sinquerim Beach and enjoy a myriad of water sports. You can try water skiing, parasailing, banana rides along with deep sea diving. Later, you can return to your hotel to change into comfortable clothes and can leave to visit Candolim Beach, the party hum of Goa. Sinq, a chic night club in Candolim, would be an ideal place to witness the nightlife of Goa. Once you are tired, hire a cab (own expense) and return to your hotel for a comfortable overnight stay in Goa.
Day 4 : PANJIM - COCHIN (B+L+D)
On the last day in Goa after having early morning breakfast at the hotel, check-out from your hotel as per the hotel policies and plan your day according to the time of your flight. You can spend the day relaxing at a nearby beach or you can wake up early and visit Panjim, a place ideal for a lazy morning. It is here that the Portuguese influence can be seen strongly and you can take it all in as you relax and walk the streets with white washed churches, colonial buildings and backstreet bars. If you wish to try Goan cuisine, you can visit The Fisherman’s Wharf and indulge in exotic seafood dishes in a rustic atmosphere. Once it is time for you to leave, a chauffeur driven car will pick you from your hotel lobby and will escort you to the airport. Board your flight to Cochin for your next journey to Kerala. On arrival, our representative will greet you on board a luxury AC car, who will escort you to the hotel. Check-in to your hotel and spend the day at leisure. Have a comfortable overnight stay at Cochin.
Day 5 : COCHIN - MUNNAR (145kms) (B+L+D)
After early morning breakfast at the hotel, embark on a magnificent journey to the famous hill station of Munnar dubbed as the Kashmir of Kerala. En route, you can halt for refreshments and enjoy the surroundings. Visit Valara Waterfalls en route Munnar. Arrive and check-in at the hotel. Visit the tea plantations in the evening at Devikulam. Enjoy dinner and stay overnight in the hotel at Munnar.
Day 6 : MUNNAR (B+L+D)
After early morning breakfast at the hotel, proceed for a local sightseeing, covering Maatupetty Dam and Echo Point. Later, pay a visit to the Tata Tea Museum. Spend the evening at leisure. Enjoy dinner and stay overnight in the hotel at Munnar.
Day 7 : MUNNAR - THEKKADY (105kms) (B+L+D)
After early morning breakfast at the hotel, proceed to Thekkady. En route, visit Nedumkandam Chillies Spice Garden. Take a brief spice plantation tour. Arrive in Thekkady and check-in to your hotel. In the afternoon, proceed for a boat ride on Periyar Lake situated inside the Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary. Have dinner and stay overnight in the hotel at Thekkady.
Day 8 : THEKKADY - ALLEPEY (135kms) (B+L+D)
After having early morning breakfast at the hotel, drive all the way to Alleppey. Check-in to your house boat and enjoy the ride in the backwaters of world famous Alleppey, the house boat serves you with the finest food you could imagine on a mesmerizing trip on the water. Day 9 : ALLEPEY - COCHIN - DELHI (B+L+D)
After having early morning breakfast at the hotel, go for a half day tour of Alleppey. After the tour of Alleppey, it’s time to bid adieu to Kerala and cherish these memories forever. Get transferred to the Cochin Airport to catch a flight to Delhi. On arrival at Delhi airport our representative will meet you and escort you to the hotel. Day 10 : DELHI - AGRA (3hrs 39 mins - 233kms) (B+L+D)
After early morning breakfast at the hotel, depart for the historical and romantic city of Agra. In Agra, you will visit ‘Taj Mahal’, the epitome of romance, and one of the most visited monuments in the world. You will also visit the majestic Agra fort- where the Mughal emperor Shah Jahan spent his last few years. Overnight stay in the hotel at Agra.
Day 11 : AGRA - JAIPUR (4hrs 10 mins - 239kms) (B+L+D)
After early morning breakfast at the hotel, proceed to the Pink City “Jaipur”, which is around five hours away from Agra. En route visit Fatehpur Sikri – once the capital of Mughal Emperor Akbar. The monuments at Fatehpur, with all the stories and anecdotes they hold are a must visit. On arrival at Jaipur, check into your hotel. The rest of the day is free to explore this vibrant and colorful city. Overnight stay in hotel.
Day 12 : JAIPUR (B+L+D)
After early morning breakfast at the hotel, proceed for the sightseeing tour of the city to familiarize yourself with the culture and versatile nature of the city. Drive to Fort Amber, the former capital of Kachhwaha Rajputs. On the way, you will stop to visit the city’s landmark: the Hawa Mahal (Palace of the Winds). Built during the 18th century, the five-storey building features 953 windows and niches from which the royal women observed the procession in the street without being seen. Next you will visit Amber Fort, which lies on a 400-ft-tall hill and is surrounded by the chain of mountains known as Aravali. Later you will visit the Pink City Jaipur. The City Palace built in 1734, lies in the center of Jaipur and is now the residence of the royal family of Jaipur and a beautiful museum which includes the Chandra Mahal and Mubarak Mahal, palaces and other buildings. After that you will visit Jantar Mantar, an astronomical observatory. It was built in the 18th century by the city founder Jai Singh II. The instruments are carved out of stone and marble serving to the sky observation. You will even be taught how to tie a Jaipuri turban by special turban masters. Learn to tie a Jaipuri turban in a variety of ways and go home with a brand new knowledge gained in incredible India. Evening you may be taken to The Historical Walk which leads guests through the whims of the princess, the romance of princesses, the impeccable pride and craft of royal artisans, the passion of artists and two and a half centuries of royal lives and times. Day 13 : JAIPUR - DELHI (4hrs - 248kms) (B+L+D)
After early morning breakfast at the hotel, check-out from your hotel, drive back to Delhi. On arrival at capital, check-in to your hotel and spend the day at leisure. Have a comfortable overnight stay in the hotel.
Day 14 : DELHI (B+L+D)
After early morning breakfast at the hotel, proceed for the sightseeing tour of “The Heart of India”, Delhi. Start your day with tour of Raj Ghat, drive past Jama Masjid and the Red Fort. If time permits, shop in the local market of Chandni Chowk– the oldest market in Delhi. In the afternoon, visit Qutub Minar, India Gate, and the Lotus Temple.
