Payment Policy
- Pay 50% amount in advance of the total invoice to confirm the booking.
- All payments have to be clears 30 days prior to the date departure failing which IML keeps the right to release the bookings.
- International tickets will be issued within 24 hours from the time of advance payment.
- Booking voucher and final itinerary will be provided maximum 7 calendar days prior to the schedules departure.
- IML travel shall not be responsible for any change in flight schedule and cancellation without prior intimation. The guests must reconfirm the flight schedule at-least 03 days prior to the date of departure either directly from the airline or IML helpline number +91 921 3732000.
- All transfers are as per itinerary, in the event of guests not turning up at the pick-up point at the scheduled departure time, there is no provision of alternative transfer arrangement.
- IML Travel shall not be held liable for the partial or complete failure to perform its obligations under this agreement due to circumstances beyond its control and unforeseeable, including but not limited to acts of nature such as fire, flood, earthquake, hurricane, or other natural disasters, political unrest, epidemics, military actions, or actions by governmental authorities (collectively referred to as 'Force Majeure'). In such events, the time period for fulfilling the obligations herein shall be extended for the duration of the Force Majeure conditions.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation stage: 30 days or more before departure. 25% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 30 days or more before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 20 to 29 days before departure. 50% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation between 10 to 29 days before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 10 to 19 days or less before departure. 75% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 07 to 14 days before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 10 days or less before departure. 100% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 10 days or less before departure.
- Flights Cancellation: Domestic/International For all Domestic / International Flights we will comply with airline cancellation policy for standalone flight bookings or packages inclusive of Domestic/International flights.

Day 1 : ARRIVAL AT INDIA – DELHI (D)
Welcome to INDIA “The land of Vibrant Culture”!
Your tour of India begins today; on arrival at Delhi, Airport you will be greeted by our representative, who will escort you to your hotel. Check-in and take rest to hail the tiredness of your long exhausting journey. Day at leisure, Enjoy overnight stay in Delhi.
Day 2 : DELHI – AHMEDABAD – SASAN GIR (GIR NATIONAL PARK) (B+L+D)
Get recharge with a healthy breakfast and transfer to the airport to board your flight to Ahmedabad. On arrival, you will be welcomed by our IML Travel representative at Airport, Transfer to the Gir National Park. Upon arrival check into the hotel and take rest to hail the tiredness of your long journey. Dinner and night halt in Sasan Gir.
Day 3 : SASAN GIR (B+L+D)
Early morning after breakfast depart for Jungle safari in Sasan Gir Forest by Jeep to see the Asiatic Lion later return from the safari and after lunch depart for local sightseeing in Jungle. Visit Devalia park, some of the rare species birds which can be easily viewed here include partridges, woodpeckers, sand grouse, cuckoos, bush quail, paradise flycatcher, eagles, parrots, and many more later return to your hotel for to enjoy your dinner and overnight stay.
Day 4 : SASAN GIR (B+L+D)
Early morning after breakfast depart for Jungle safari in Sasan Gir Forest by Jeep to see the Asiatic Lion later return from the safari and after lunch depart for local sightseeing in Jungle. Visit Devalia park, later return to your hotel to enjoy your dinner and overnight stay.
Day 5 : SASAN GIR – BHAVNAGAR(B+L+D)
Early morning after breakfast; checkout from your hotel and depart for Bhavnagar. En route has a delicious lunch and continue your journey to your onward destination. Upon arrival check-in to your hotel and get relax. Evening free at leisure. Dinner and night halt at Bhavnagar.
Day 6 : BHAVNAGAR(B+L+D)
Early morning after breakfast; get ready to proceed Velavadar park for Safari, which is a large piece of flat land with a lot of grass! Ideal for the Blackbucks and Nilgais (India’s largest antelope). The Wolf is the main predator in the area. The Striped Hyena often steals a kill from the wolf. The Jackal roams about and is an opportunist. The Indian fox and the Jungle cat are also common in the area. Blackbucks are “Antelopes” found mainly in India. They are fast and are known to reach speeds of up to 80 km/hr. The male bucks are a distinctive black and white and have long twisted horns, while females are fawn colored with no horns. In the afternoon take a pause to have your lunch and continue your safari after that. Evening return to the resort, enjoy bird watching in the resort. Dinner and night halt in Bhavnagar.
Day 7 : BHAVNAGAR(B+L+D)
Early morning after breakfast; get ready to proceed Velavadar park for Safari, same schedule as last day. Enjoy the activities of Blackbucks and the main predators of this park wild wolf. Evening return to the resort/hotel. Dinner and night halt in Bhavnagar.
Day 8 : BHAVNAGAR – NALSAROVAR (B+L+D)
Get recharge with a healthy breakfast and transfer to the airport to board your flight to Ahmedabad. On arrival, you will be welcomed by our IML Travel representative at Airport, check into the hotel and after freshening up depart for Gandhinagar for INDRODA PARK and in the evening Visit Kankaria Lake, Dinner and night halt in Ahmedabad.
Day 9 : NALSAROVAR (B+L+D)
Early morning at 5:00 AM depart for Nal Sarovar where the birds have traveled 3500 km from its nesting ground in Central Europe to spend the winter at Nalsarovar in Nal Sarovar. Clouds upon clouds of more than 200 types of birds land in this lake having made an equally long journey to escape the harsh winter of their nesting areas. At 9:30 AM depart for Ahmedabad take breakfast and visit Gandhi Ashram, Adalaj stepwell, and Sarkhej Roza and an evening return to the hotel after dinner depart for a local market visit at night, return to hotel and night halt in Ahmedabad.
Day 10 : NALSAROVAR (B+L+D)
Early morning after breakfast; and proceed to the Nalsarovar Sanctuary. Enjoy Full safari over there in the afternoon have a delicious lunch and Evening come back to the hotel. After lothal sightseeing departs for Velavadar. Reach velavadar by evening and night halt in Gir.
Day 11 : NALSAROVAR – AHMEDABAD – DELHI (B+L+D)
After early morning breakfast checkout from your hotel and get transfer to the Ahmedabad airport to board your flight back to Delhi. In the evening take 2 hours shopping tour of Old Delhi, Chandni Chowk. Later transfer for a delicious dinner treat in Parikrama-The Revolving Restaurant. Enjoy fine dining in the revolving rooftop restaurant. After that come back to your hotel, Enjoy overnight stay in Delhi.
Day 12 : DEPARTURE FROM INDIA (B+L)
After early morning breakfast checkout from your hotel and get transfer to the Delhi International airport to board your flight back to your onwards destination with the cherished memories of your tour.
