Payment Policy
- Pay 50% amount in advance of the total invoice to confirm the booking.
- All payments have to be clears 30 days prior to the date departure failing which IML keeps the right to release the bookings.
- International tickets will be issued within 24 hours from the time of advance payment.
- Booking voucher and final itinerary will be provided maximum 7 calendar days prior to the schedules departure.
- IML travel shall not be responsible for any change in flight schedule and cancellation without prior intimation. The guests must reconfirm the flight schedule at-least 03 days prior to the date of departure either directly from the airline or IML helpline number +91 921 3732000.
- All transfers are as per itinerary, in the event of guests not turning up at the pick-up point at the scheduled departure time, there is no provision of alternative transfer arrangement.
- IML Travel shall not be held liable for the partial or complete failure to perform its obligations under this agreement due to circumstances beyond its control and unforeseeable, including but not limited to acts of nature such as fire, flood, earthquake, hurricane, or other natural disasters, political unrest, epidemics, military actions, or actions by governmental authorities (collectively referred to as 'Force Majeure'). In such events, the time period for fulfilling the obligations herein shall be extended for the duration of the Force Majeure conditions.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation stage: 30 days or more before departure. 25% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 30 days or more before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 20 to 29 days before departure. 50% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation between 10 to 29 days before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 10 to 19 days or less before departure. 75% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 07 to 14 days before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 10 days or less before departure. 100% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 10 days or less before departure.
- Flights Cancellation: Domestic/International For all Domestic / International Flights we will comply with airline cancellation policy for standalone flight bookings or packages inclusive of Domestic/International flights.

Day 1 : Arrive Corbett National Park
Check-in at wildlife resort, relax for a while and have lunch. You can enjoy the luxurious facilities at the resort and the rest of the day at leisure today. Please bring a change of clothes or swimming togs and a towel with you. Spend some pleasant hours in the evening simply sitting at the bank of river Kosi. Nights are very pleasant in Corbett, have dinner underneath the twinkling stars and retire for the night.
Day 2 : Wildlife Resort to Dhikala/Gairal
Today is the day to spice your life in the verdant greens and unspoiled beauty of Corbett National Park. In the morning jeep driver will pick up from the resort and take you to Dhikala /Gairal forest lodge via Dhangarhi gate. Check-in at forest rest house where the room is already booked for you in advance. Take a short break and get ready for the first exciting jeep safari in search of remarkable wildlife of Corbett. We head through one way Shambar road which is famous for spotting the tiger. The 03-hour game drive will pass through the most amazing flora and fauna of the park. Later in the evening, come back to lodge. Don’t be panic as the rest houses have electric fencing that keeps you safe. You can share the thrilling and exciting safari experience with your group members sitting in the verandah area. Have dinner and overnight stay at the lodge.
Day 3 : Enjoy jeep safari Ride & Forest Exploration
Tour to Dhikala is incomplete without an jeep safari ride that gives you an opportunity to amble over the lowlands at an altitude of 09-10 ft. high. Jeep safari takes you to those areas of the forest where you can’t go. It is a great idea to observe the breathtaking view of the valley and jungle. Expert Mahouts takes you inside the deep forest from where some wonderful sights can be seized. After safari come back to lodge have refreshments and take rest. Soon after the lunch get ready for the second jeep safari. Get into the open jeep and figure out the beauty of jungle that is beyond your imagination. Later in the evening come back to lodge and have dinner and retire for the night.
Day 4 : Dhikala/Gairal to onward destination
You can start your day with Yoga & Meditation amidst the jungle. Concentrate at mesmerizing sunrise to revive your mind and body. Today we take you to the final jeep safari in the morning, remember this is the last opportunity to trace the tiger. After you finish safari come back to lodge for breakfast & check out from the lodge. Leaving behind the magic of Corbett, move towards the destination to catch the flight.
