Payment Policy
- Pay 50% amount in advance of the total invoice to confirm the booking.
- All payments have to be clears 30 days prior to the date departure failing which IML keeps the right to release the bookings.
- International tickets will be issued within 24 hours from the time of advance payment.
- Booking voucher and final itinerary will be provided maximum 7 calendar days prior to the schedules departure.
- IML travel shall not be responsible for any change in flight schedule and cancellation without prior intimation. The guests must reconfirm the flight schedule at-least 03 days prior to the date of departure either directly from the airline or IML helpline number +91 921 3732000.
- All transfers are as per itinerary, in the event of guests not turning up at the pick-up point at the scheduled departure time, there is no provision of alternative transfer arrangement.
- IML Travel shall not be held liable for the partial or complete failure to perform its obligations under this agreement due to circumstances beyond its control and unforeseeable, including but not limited to acts of nature such as fire, flood, earthquake, hurricane, or other natural disasters, political unrest, epidemics, military actions, or actions by governmental authorities (collectively referred to as 'Force Majeure'). In such events, the time period for fulfilling the obligations herein shall be extended for the duration of the Force Majeure conditions.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation stage: 30 days or more before departure. 25% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 30 days or more before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 20 to 29 days before departure. 50% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation between 10 to 29 days before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 10 to 19 days or less before departure. 75% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 07 to 14 days before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 10 days or less before departure. 100% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 10 days or less before departure.
- Flights Cancellation: Domestic/International For all Domestic / International Flights we will comply with airline cancellation policy for standalone flight bookings or packages inclusive of Domestic/International flights.

Day 1 : Delhi-Nagpur
Your wildlife tour begins today upon arrival at Nagpur Airport. You will greet with our tour guide and transfer to resort. After lunch at resort, you will be taken for first jungle safari, the safari ends by late evening and you will be taken to resort. Dinner is served in the resort. Overnight in resort.
Day 2 : Nagpur-Kanha National Park (280 Kms/ 05 Hrs drive)
Early morning board to open 04WD jeep t start your wilderness of Kanha national park. 04*04 are accompanied by experienced naturalists are allowed into the park at fixed timings. Since the jeep follows the routes the animals are unduly disturbed. Sighting kanha is exciting. All the animals are wild. After jeep safari come back to your resort; Rest. The afternoon gets ready another jeep safari for tiger reserve; evening back to your resort. Dinner & overnight at resort.
Day 3 : Kanha National Park
Very early morning will give you a wakeup call and take you from the resort for a game drive in area for tiger for 3 hours. After finishing you will back to your resort. Check out from resort drive to resort. On arrival at pench check into the resort. The evening is at leisure, you can enjoy a nature walk around the resort. Dinner & overnight at resort.
Day 4 : Pench National Park
Early morning you will be taken to elephant safari looking for tigers jackals deer. one of the most fun ways to explore the beauty of this park. It is an absolutely delightful experienced to climb the back of this pachyderm and be walked around soaking in the gorgeousness of this national park. If you are lucky you might also spot a few tigers on the ride. Explore the flora and fauna with an expert naturalist. After riding back to resort, free time for leisure. At evening you can embark on visiting popular attractions. Dinner and stay overnight at resort.
Day 5 : Pench National Park-Leave for Nagpur
Early morning will give you a wakeup call and take you from the resort for last memorable jungle safari of Kanha Reserve; After finishing jeep safari; drop back to resort. Have your healthy breakfast and prepare for check out from the resort to Nagpur airport to board a flight for onward destination. Come back to your home with a destination with the lovely experiences & cheerful memories of this wildlife tr to cheer forever.
