Payment Policy
- Pay 50% amount in advance of the total invoice to confirm the booking.
- All payments have to be clears 30 days prior to the date departure failing which IML keeps the right to release the bookings.
- International tickets will be issued within 24 hours from the time of advance payment.
- Booking voucher and final itinerary will be provided maximum 7 calendar days prior to the schedules departure.
- IML travel shall not be responsible for any change in flight schedule and cancellation without prior intimation. The guests must reconfirm the flight schedule at-least 03 days prior to the date of departure either directly from the airline or IML helpline number +91 921 3732000.
- All transfers are as per itinerary, in the event of guests not turning up at the pick-up point at the scheduled departure time, there is no provision of alternative transfer arrangement.
- IML Travel shall not be held liable for the partial or complete failure to perform its obligations under this agreement due to circumstances beyond its control and unforeseeable, including but not limited to acts of nature such as fire, flood, earthquake, hurricane, or other natural disasters, political unrest, epidemics, military actions, or actions by governmental authorities (collectively referred to as 'Force Majeure'). In such events, the time period for fulfilling the obligations herein shall be extended for the duration of the Force Majeure conditions.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation stage: 30 days or more before departure. 25% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 30 days or more before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 20 to 29 days before departure. 50% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation between 10 to 29 days before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 10 to 19 days or less before departure. 75% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 07 to 14 days before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 10 days or less before departure. 100% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 10 days or less before departure.
- Flights Cancellation: Domestic/International For all Domestic / International Flights we will comply with airline cancellation policy for standalone flight bookings or packages inclusive of Domestic/International flights.

Day 1 : INDIA ARRIVAL & AGRA TOUR
On arrival, you will be welcomed by our representative at New Delhi station/airport. Depart for the historical and romantic city tour of Agra. In Agra, you will visit ‘Taj Mahal’, the epitome of romance, built by Mughal emperor Shah Jahan for his beloved wife, Mumtaz, and is one of the Seven Wonders of the World. You will also visit the majestic Agra fort– where the Mughal emperor Shah Jahan spent his last few years. Check-in the hotel.

Day 2 : AGRA-JAIPUR (4hrs 15mins -240kms)
Have breakfast at the hotel. Check-out and drive towards Jaipur. En route, visit Fatehpur Sikri – which was once the capital of Mughal Emperor Akbar. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Centre and it is visited by tourists from all over the world throughout the year. The monuments at Fatehpur, with all the stories and anecdotes they hold, are a must visit. After sightseeing at Fatehpur Sikri complete your journey to Jaipur. Check-in the hotel. The rest of the day is free to explore this vibrant and colorful city.

Day 3 : JAIPUR
After early morning breakfast, proceed for the full day tour of the city. Drive to Fort Amber, the former capital of Kachhwaha Rajputs. On the way, you will stop to visit the city’s landmark: the Hawa Mahal (Palace of the Winds). Built during the 18th century, the five-storey building features 953 windows from where the royal women used to see the processions. Next you will visit Amber Fort, which lies on a 400-ft-tall hill and is surrounded by the chain of mountains known as Aravali. The City Palace built in 1734, lies in the center of Jaipur and is now the residence of the royal family of Jaipur and includes the Chandra Mahal and Mubarak Mahal, palaces and other buildings. After that you will visit Jantar Mantar, an astronomical observatory. The instruments are carved out of stone and marble serving to the sky observation. You will also learn to tie a Jaipuri turban in a variety of ways. Come back to the hotel.

Day 4 : JAIPUR-DELHI (5hrs 30mins -290kms)
After early morning breakfast, check-out from your hotel and drive back to Delhi. On arrival, check-in to your hotel and proceed for the sightseeing tour of “The Heart of India”, Delhi. Start your day with tour of Raj Ghat. If time permits, shop in the local market of Chandni Chowk. In the afternoon, visit India Gate, Qutub Minar and the Lotus Temple. Drive past the President’s House, Parliament House and the Government Secretariat Buildings. You will be given dinner reservations in Parikrama-The Revolving Restaurant. Enjoy fine dining in the revolving rooftop restaurant. You will then be escorted to Hauz Khas Village which is the clubbing hub of Delhi. Get a glimpse of the Delhi nightlife in here.

Day 5 : DELHI- BENGALURU
After breakfast, board your flight to Bengaluru International Airport. You will be welcomed by our representative on the airport who will escort you to the hotel. Check-in to the hotel. Send your full day at leisure. Visit local market places nearby your hotel.

Day 6 : BENGALURU-MYSORE (3hrs 30mins -150kms)
After early morning breakfast, embark with a journey to ‘City of Palaces’. On your way to the Mysore City, visit Srirangpattanam – the capital of Hyder Ali and his son Tipu Sultan. On arrival, check into the hotel. In the evening, indulge in to the amazingly beautiful and decorated Brindavan Gardens. While in Mysore, a KRS Dam also known as Krishna Raj Sagar Dam designed by the Great engineer Sir M Visvesvaraya, is a must visit. As the day falls come back to your hotel.

Day 7 : MYSORE-COORG (3hrs – 110kms)
After early morning breakfast, proceed on an excursion to visit one of the best-preserved Hoysala Temples at Somnathpur. In the afternoon come back to Mysore and visit the famous Mysore Palace – also known as Ambavilas Palace, official residence of the Wadiyar Dynasty. Thereafter, checkout from your hotel & embark on a drive to Coorg. On arrival at the city, check-in to your hotel and spend the evening at leisure.

Day 8 : COORG
After early morning breakfast, proceed for a sightseeing tour of Kodagu and enjoy a half-day tour, with visits to coffee plantations, orange orchards and paddy field in Mercara – the largest town in Coorg. The town has a sprawling fortress built by the Rajas of Coorg on a hill. Nearby stands a temple of Lord Omkareshwara (one of the twelve Jyotirlinga), which shows an unusual combination of the Hindu and Islamic styles of architecture.

Day 9 : COORG-TALA KAVERI- BYLAKUPPE -COORG
After early morning breakfast, proceed for a day excursion of the Tala Kaveri which is an hour drive from Coorg city. Tala Kaveri is situated in the lap of nature. Tala Kaveri is the source point of the great river Kaveri – it constitutes a magnificent view into the nature. The drive from Coorg City to Tala Kaveri is quite an experience in itself as it offers a magnificent insight to the coffee plantation and the nature. After Tala Kaveri proceed for Bylakuppe which is a two hour drive from Tala Kaveri.
Bylakuppe – home to several Tibetan settlements. Ingalakere is the largest lake in Mysore district and is one of the main attractions in Bylakuppe. Visit Namdroling Monastery or Golden Temple which is the largest teaching center of Nyingma lineage of Tibetan Buddhism in the world.
Evening return to the Coorg City, Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 10 : DEPARTURE FROM INDIA
