Payment Policy
- Pay 50% amount in advance of the total invoice to confirm the booking.
- All payments have to be clears 30 days prior to the date departure failing which IML keeps the right to release the bookings.
- International tickets will be issued within 24 hours from the time of advance payment.
- Booking voucher and final itinerary will be provided maximum 7 calendar days prior to the schedules departure.
- IML travel shall not be responsible for any change in flight schedule and cancellation without prior intimation. The guests must reconfirm the flight schedule at-least 03 days prior to the date of departure either directly from the airline or IML helpline number +91 921 3732000.
- All transfers are as per itinerary, in the event of guests not turning up at the pick-up point at the scheduled departure time, there is no provision of alternative transfer arrangement.
- IML Travel shall not be held liable for the partial or complete failure to perform its obligations under this agreement due to circumstances beyond its control and unforeseeable, including but not limited to acts of nature such as fire, flood, earthquake, hurricane, or other natural disasters, political unrest, epidemics, military actions, or actions by governmental authorities (collectively referred to as 'Force Majeure'). In such events, the time period for fulfilling the obligations herein shall be extended for the duration of the Force Majeure conditions.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation stage: 30 days or more before departure. 25% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 30 days or more before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 20 to 29 days before departure. 50% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation between 10 to 29 days before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 10 to 19 days or less before departure. 75% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 07 to 14 days before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 10 days or less before departure. 100% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 10 days or less before departure.
- Flights Cancellation: Domestic/International For all Domestic / International Flights we will comply with airline cancellation policy for standalone flight bookings or packages inclusive of Domestic/International flights.

Day 1 : Arrival Srinagar – Local sightseeing (Mughal Gardens) (B)
Upon arrival at Srinagar Airport, you will be welcomed by our representative/driver at the airport and transfer you to Hotel. Half day tour of world famous Mughal Gardens i.e. Nishat Garden, Shalimar Garden and Cheshma Shahi. In the late Evening Shikara Ride on dal lake Upto 1 Hour. Dinner & overnight in Srinagar at Hotel.
Day 2 : Srinagar – Pahalgam – Srinagar (B)
After breakfast leave from Srinagar and drive towards Pahalgam. Pahalgam 2440 Mtrs above sea level (Valley of Shepherds) on the way visit Saffron fields, Avantipur ruins and Anantnag sulpher spring. Pahalgam is the most famous place for Indian Film Industry. Enjoy the nature charm of the valley. One can visit Betaab Valley, Chandanwari and Aru Valley in Pahalgam (Direct payment basis). In the evening return back to Srinagar. Dinner & overnight in Srinagar at Hotel.
Day 3 : Srinagar – Gulmarg – Srinagar (B)
After breakfast leave from Srinagar and drive towards Gulmarg. Gulmarg (2730 Mtrs Above sea Level) (“Meadow of Flowers”) is a town, a hill station, a popular skiing destination during winters. Gulmarg is famous because of its “Gulmarg Gondola,” one of the highest cable cars in the world (Direct Payment Basis). In the evening return back to Srinagar. Dinner & overnight in Srinagar at Houseboat.
Day 4 : DEPARTURE TO ONWARDS DESTINATION (B)
After early morning breakfast at hotel; enjoy your day at leisure and explore the area around your hotel till your flight time. Later transfer to Srinagar Airport before 1-2 Hrs from flight time. Board your flight from there and come back to your home with amazing and everlasting memories of your Kashmir Tour.
