Payment Policy
- Pay 50% amount in advance of the total invoice to confirm the booking.
- All payments have to be clears 30 days prior to the date departure failing which IML keeps the right to release the bookings.
- International tickets will be issued within 24 hours from the time of advance payment.
- Booking voucher and final itinerary will be provided maximum 7 calendar days prior to the schedules departure.
- IML travel shall not be responsible for any change in flight schedule and cancellation without prior intimation. The guests must reconfirm the flight schedule at-least 03 days prior to the date of departure either directly from the airline or IML helpline number +91 921 3732000.
- All transfers are as per itinerary, in the event of guests not turning up at the pick-up point at the scheduled departure time, there is no provision of alternative transfer arrangement.
- IML Travel shall not be held liable for the partial or complete failure to perform its obligations under this agreement due to circumstances beyond its control and unforeseeable, including but not limited to acts of nature such as fire, flood, earthquake, hurricane, or other natural disasters, political unrest, epidemics, military actions, or actions by governmental authorities (collectively referred to as 'Force Majeure'). In such events, the time period for fulfilling the obligations herein shall be extended for the duration of the Force Majeure conditions.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation stage: 30 days or more before departure. 25% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 30 days or more before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 20 to 29 days before departure. 50% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation between 10 to 29 days before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 10 to 19 days or less before departure. 75% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 07 to 14 days before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 10 days or less before departure. 100% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 10 days or less before departure.

On arrival after clearing the immigration formality, meet and greet by BugFree Travel representatives at the Delhi airport in a traditional Indian fashion. Day 14 : GOA- AURANGABAD
Post Breakfast at the hotel proceed to the Dabolim airport in Goa to catch a flight to Aurangabad, on arrival at the Aurangabad airport get transferred to the hotel and check-in. Evening free in leisure. Overnight stay at the hotel in Aurangabad.
Day 15 : AURANGABAD- DELHI
Today you will check-out early from the hotel and embark on a day excursion to the famous Ajanta Caves with you guide, you will get your breakfast packed from the hotel itself. The Ajanta caves present you the testament of the glorious past of India.
Here you will get to see 30 Rock cut Buddhist monuments. The caves include paintings and sculptures described by the government Archaeological Survey of India as “the finest surviving examples of Indian art, particularly painting”, which are masterpieces of Buddhist religious art, with figures of the Buddha and depictions of the Jataka tales.
Meanhile your drive to Ajanta you will also get a chance to visit Ellora caves as well, Hindu, Buddhist and Jain rock-cut temples and viharas and mathas were built between the 5th century and 10th century here.
Later get transferred to the Aurangabad airport to catch a flight to Delhi. On arrival, check-in to a hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel at Delhi.
Day 16 : DELHI- JAIPUR
After breakfast check-out from your hotel embark on a royal voyage to the city of Royal lineages, The Pink city of Jaipur will be ready to welcome you with both hands wide open.
On arrival at Jaipur check-in to a hotel and after a brief rest proceed to visit the famous Hawa Mahal, The Albert hall and the old city of Jaipur, evening free for shopping and leisure. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 17 : JAIPUR
After breakfast proceed to visit the Amber Fort, City Palace and the Jal Mahal it will be a full day Guided city tour. Evevning free inn leisure and shopping. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 18 : JAIPUR- AGRA- DELHI
After breakfast check-out from your hotel and procees for 5 Hrs drive to the city of love Agra, and experience the greatest monument erected by a man in the memory of his love. The Taj mahal is one the seven man made wonders of the worls a world heritage site and one of the most visited destination in India.
