- Whatever not mentioned in inclusions.
Payment Policy
- Pay 50% amount in advance of the total invoice to confirm the booking.
- All payments have to be clears 30 days prior to the date departure failing which IML keeps the right to release the bookings.
- International tickets will be issued within 24 hours from the time of advance payment.
- Booking voucher and final itinerary will be provided maximum 7 calendar days prior to the schedules departure.
- IML travel shall not be responsible for any change in flight schedule and cancellation without prior intimation. The guests must reconfirm the flight schedule at-least 03 days prior to the date of departure either directly from the airline or IML helpline number +91 921 3732000.
- All transfers are as per itinerary, in the event of guests not turning up at the pick-up point at the scheduled departure time, there is no provision of alternative transfer arrangement.
- IML Travel shall not be held liable for the partial or complete failure to perform its obligations under this agreement due to circumstances beyond its control and unforeseeable, including but not limited to acts of nature such as fire, flood, earthquake, hurricane, or other natural disasters, political unrest, epidemics, military actions, or actions by governmental authorities (collectively referred to as 'Force Majeure'). In such events, the time period for fulfilling the obligations herein shall be extended for the duration of the Force Majeure conditions.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation stage: 30 days or more before departure. 25% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 30 days or more before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 20 to 29 days before departure. 50% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation between 10 to 29 days before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 10 to 19 days or less before departure. 75% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 07 to 14 days before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 10 days or less before departure. 100% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 10 days or less before departure.
- Flights Cancellation: Domestic/International For all Domestic / International Flights we will comply with airline cancellation policy for standalone flight bookings or packages inclusive of Domestic/International flights.

Day 1 : ARRIVAL IN INDIA & AGRA TOUR
On arrival, you will be welcomed by our representative at New Delhi station/airport. Depart for the historical and romantic city tour of Agra. In Agra, you will visit ‘Taj Mahal’, the epitome of romance, built by Mughal emperor Shah Jahan for his beloved wife, Mumtaz, and is one of the Seven Wonders of the World. You will also visit the majestic Agra fort– where the Mughal emperor Shah Jahan spent his last few years. Check-in the hotel.
Have a comfortable overnight stay at the hote
Day 2 : AGRA-MATHURA (1hr 30mins -58kms)
After breakfast, proceed for a full day excursion at Mathura City. Once reached, start your Mathura Tour and visit Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi temple, a Hindu temple where Lord Krishna was born, Government Museum or Mathura Museum, an archaeological museum. Later in the evening, visit Iskcon Temple and enjoy the famous musical fountain show at Prem Mandir Vrindavan. After the show is over, come back to Agra.

Day 3 : AGRA-DELHI (4hrs 15mins – 230kms)
After early morning breakfast, check-out from your hotel and drive back to Delhi. On this 3rd day of Mathura Tour, arrive at the hotel and check-in. Then, proceed for the sightseeing tour of “The Heart of India”, Delhi. Start your day with tour of Raj Ghat. If time permits, shop in the local market of Chandni Chowk. In the afternoon, visit India Gate, Qutub Minar and the Lotus Temple. Drive past the President’s House, Parliament House and the Government Secretariat Buildings. You will be given dinner reservations in Parikrama-The Revolving Restaurant. Enjoy fine dining in the revolving rooftop restaurant. You will then be escorted to Hauz Khas Village which is the clubbing hub of Delhi. Get a glimpse of the Delhi nightlife in here.
Enjoy overnight stay in the hotel at Delhi.
Day 4 : DEPARTURE FROM INDIA
After breakfast, check-out from the hotel. Our representative will escort you to the airport. Board your flight back home with beautiful and pleasant memories.
