Pay 50% amount in advance of the total invoice to confirm the booking.
All payments have to be clears 30 days prior to the date departure failing which IML keeps the right to release the bookings.
International tickets will be issued within 24 hours from the time of advance payment.
Booking voucher and final itinerary will be provided maximum 7 calendar days prior to the schedules departure.
IML travel shall not be responsible for any change in flight schedule and cancellation without prior intimation. The guests must reconfirm the flight schedule at-least 03 days prior to the date of departure either directly from the airline or IML helpline number +91 921 3732000.
All transfers are as per itinerary, in the event of guests not turning up at the pick-up point at the scheduled departure time, there is no provision of alternative transfer arrangement.
IML Travel shall not be held liable for the partial or complete failure to perform its obligations under this agreement due to circumstances beyond its control and unforeseeable, including but not limited to acts of nature such as fire, flood, earthquake, hurricane, or other natural disasters, political unrest, epidemics, military actions, or actions by governmental authorities (collectively referred to as 'Force Majeure'). In such events, the time period for fulfilling the obligations herein shall be extended for the duration of the Force Majeure conditions.

Cancellation stage: 30 days or more before departure. 25% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 30 days or more before departure.

Day 2 : CAIRO (OPTIONAL TOUR)(B)
Early breakfast at the hotel in Cairo then starts a guided tour(Optional tour) to visit one of the Seven Wonders the great Pyramids of Giza; (Cheops, Chephren, and Mycerinus) were reckoned by the Greeks to be one of the Seven Wonders of the World. A single pyramid is built with 2.300.000 blocks, each weighing an average of two and a half tonnes. In the face of such immensity, one cannot help but feel the wonder and awe that so many writers and artists have sought to convey over the centuries. The Cheops Pyramid is more interesting because its interior burial chambers are open for inspection by the public. Not far from the Pyramids is the Great Sphinx of Giza, which dates from the time of Chephren (2620 BC). Hewn from natural yellowish limestone and standing 65 feet high and 187 feet long, this unforgettable statue combines the head of a Pharaoh with a lion’s body. A quick visit to papyrus institute or a perfume shop can be arranged after the visit.
Egyptian Museum was established by the Egyptian government in 1835. The present museum building was built in 1900, in the new classical style by the French architect Marcel Dourgnon. The museum exhibited collections now exceed 120,000 objects ranges from the prehistoric era to the Greco Roman period. It has 107 halls, and the ground floor houses huge statues.
The upper floor houses small statues, jewels, Tutankhamen treasures and the mummies. The museum also comprises of a photography section and large library. A hall for the Royal Mummies was opened at the museum, housing eleven kings and queens.
After the visit to the museum, a short drive through the downtown will take you to Khan El Khalili bazaars; which is one of the most famous worldwide with its amazing narrow alleyways.

Day 3 : CAIRO – ISTANBUL (B)
Upon arrival at Istanbul International Airport, IML Travel representative welcomes you and assists you and transfer by a modern air-conditioned vehicle will take you to the hotel.

Day 4 : ISTANBUL CITY TOUR (B)
Early breakfast at the hotel then Pick up at 08:30 am from your hotel for a day tour of old Istanbul city.
Visit to TOPKAPI PALACE The great palace of the Ottoman sultans from the 15th to the 19th centuries housing an exquisite collection of crystal, silver, and Chinese porcelain, robes worn by the sultans and their families, the famous jewels of the Imperial Treasury, miniatures, the Holy Mantle; enshrining relics of the Prophet Mohammed. Then proceed to ST. SOPHIA This ancient basilica, built by Constantine the Great in the 4th century and reconstructed by Justinian in the 6th century, is one of the architectural marvels of all time. SULTANAHMET IMPERIAL MOSQUE Across from St. Sophia built in the 16th century by the architect Mehmet, is known as the BLUE MOSQUE because of its magnificent interior decoration of blue Iznik tiles. HIPPODROME Ancient Hippodrome, the scene of chariot races, with the three monuments; the Obelisk of Theodosius, the bronze Serpentine Column and the Column of Constantine. Lunch break at 13:00 pm. After lunch, we will then take you to the GRAND COVERED BAZAAR In this
labyrinth of streets and passages are more than 4,000 shops with each trade having its own area: the goldsmiths’ street, the carpet sellers, Turkish arts and crafts, such as hand-painted ceramic plates, hand-honed copperware, brassware and trays, water ewers, onyx-ware, and meerschaum pipes. After the tour transfer back to your hotel.Overnight in Istanbul.

Day 5 : ISTANBUL BOSPHORUS CRUISE AND SHOPPING TOUR (B)
Early breakfast at the hotel then Pick up at 08:30 am from the hotel and depart for the Istanbul Bosphorus Cruise and Shopping Tour. Visit the SPICE BAZAAR (Egyptian Bazaar) The air here is filled with the enticing aromas of cinnamon, caraway, saffron, mint, thyme and every other conceivable herb and spice.
BOSPHORUS BY BOAT a traditional excursion by boat along the waterway separating Europe and Asia. The shore is lined with old wooden villas, palaces of marble, fortresses, and small fishing villages. During the excursion, you will see the magnificent sights of the following attractions from your boat. See Dolmabahce Palace, and further along, the parks and imperial pavilions of Yildiz Palace. On the coastal edge of this park, is Ciragan Palace, 300 meters of its marble facade faces the shore. At Ortakoy a great variety of artists gather every Sunday to display their work along the street. Ortakoy is a symbol of tolerance with a church, a mosque and a synagogue existing side by side for centuries.
RUMELI FORTRESS Built by Mehmet the Conqueror in 1452 prior to the conquest of Istanbul was completed in only four months to control and protect the infamous Bosphorus passage. It is one of the most beautiful works of military architecture anywhere in the world. BEYLERBEYI PALAS (PALACE) The summer residence of Ottoman sultans exists in its original renovated glory featuring original antique furniture and magnificent gardens with the Harem on the Asian side of Istanbul.

CAMLICA HILL the highest point in Istanbul. At the top of it, you can rest and admire the magnificent panorama of Istanbul and the Bosporus from the beautiful gardens, landscaped in traditional Turkish Ottoman style. SHOPPING TOUR (after the cruise) Experience the traditional silk weaving skills of Turkish women at the carpet weaving courses provided by The Ministry of National Education. You will get the opportunity to see jewelry, handcrafts center and a modern leatherwear show. Day 6 : ISTANBUL –> BAKU (B)
Morning Breakfast and get ready to catch your flight to Baku. Arrival at Baku International Airport. Meet and greet with a tour guide and transfer to the hotel. Check-in and afternoon at leisure. In the evening we suggested exploring the city on your own. Back to the hotel. Overnight in Baku.
Day 7 : BAKU-OLD CITY TOUR
After breakfast,t we start sightseeing including enjoying a Panoramic view Baku city and Baku Bay from Highland Park – Martyrs Alley, marvelous view of Flame towers tour at Old City. 1.Old City Baku (History of Maiden Tower, Shirvanshah`s Palace and traditional hammams. Then we will visit ABAD handmade souvenirs shop which is a social project for supporting small family businesses. 2. Haydar Aliyev Museum – Exhibitions 3. Carpet Museum (Entrance fees included) 4. Day 8 : BAKU- GABALA-LAHIZ
After breakfast on the way visit to Diri, We visit Baba Mausoleum in Maraza. Then continue to Juma Mosque, Mausoleum of Yeddi-Gyumbez in Shamakhi city. We drive through Girdimanchay River’s canyon to visit ancient Lahij village. and we visit workshops of blacksmith, potteries, carpet weaving shop, cobbled stone streets. Lahij was one of the main points on Great Silk Road. Also, we visit Nohur Mountain Lake in Nohurgishlag village in Gabala After arrival at Gabala and Check-in at the hotel. we enjoy visiting Tufandag Mountain with mountain cable car Accommodation: Hotel Meals included: Breakfast.
Day 9 : GABALA-SHEKI
After Check-out from the hotel in the morning. On the way to Sheki, we visit Chotari Albanian Church and Udi house in Nij village. After arrival at Sheki and Check-in at the hotel. we’ll visit Kish village: the first church of Caucasus Visiting of Old Sheki: medieval fortress, The Palace of Shaki Khans – a summer residence of Shaki Khans, Historical Museum; Round temple (outside); handicrafts workshop of Shebaka, national musical instruments‟, takalduz And then continue with Sheki Caravanserai – a historical monument in Sheki. Day 10 : SHEKI – BAKU
We start with Visiting local Eastern Bazaar of Sheki and then Continue our trip back to Baku. On the way we will visit Mud Volcanos and Also Gobustan National Park (under UNESCO protection): primary people carved their daily life styles on rocks. We group of 4 gals just came back from our Amazing trip to EGYPT.
IML and Sharique was always there for solving queries which we had before going there and when we were there. Full support from there side in everything - Immigration , Early Hotel Check-in, Lock rooms in hotel, Late Check-outs, support while on Train or Road journey & ON THE SPOT addition of some place. Good Hotels, Cruise , personal tour guides, AC Cab with drivers. Everything was very well executed.
We were going to experience the Cruise for the first time and we were super happy with rooms in cruise, services offered, the parties and scrumptious food.
Sharique started a Whatsapp group before we left India on the tour. So he was available 24x7 for any requirement or solving query. The guides in Cairo, Aswan-Edfu-Luxor : Cruise guide, Co-coordinator in Hurghada , The Sea Dive instructor all were helpful. The guide were knowledgeable and good human beings.
Egypt is famous for its ancient monuments and if we get good information about those monuments, it enhances the beauty of the place.

IML Travel Services has been my go to travel curator for the past 5 years. I cannot help but praise their attention to detail, their regular communication and prompt problem solving skills, even when you're in different timezones. They had made our Egypt and Jordan trip a really wonderful one and the latest Cambodia and Vietnam was perfect as well.
Being travellers, rather than tourists we love to soak in the ambience of the place and meet the locals while partaking of local food. We prefer a more luxurious and individual experience and IML has never disappointed us.
They have a wonderful intinerary, but as we are very clear of what we want to see and how long we want to stay at a particular place, they adjust accordingly. From tickets to hotels to vehicles of transportion and local guides for sightseeing, they do it all. Cambodia was on our bucket list, so we stayed at Siem Reap that is the gateway to the temples of Angkor Wat.
Vietnam on the other hand had Saigon and Hanoi and the beautiful World Heritage Site of Halong Bay.
Everything went smoothly and we enjoyed the sites as well as the delicious local food served in beautiful restaurants. On request, we even had the novel experience of a Food Walk, to enjoy street food in the fantastic French Quarter, where we were staying in Hanoi.
Kudos to the team for making this, such a memorable experience.
At this very moment we will be travelling to Hampi and Chikmagalur, and IML is as meticulous with domestic tourism as they are with international ones.

Dream holiday with IML Travels

It was peak Christmas week; I was not able to get booking in any of the star cruises and IML got us booked on M/s Alyssa which turned out to be better than other boats. John who was the manager of Alyssa was very gracious to upgrade us to a suite without any extra changes. Staff on the boat as well as the guide who accompanied us for all the day tours were very courteous and warm. Anand was the relationship manager from IML and he was very responsive and available on Whatsapp 24/7 even during the trip. There was a slight hitch - the boat changed its schedule the previous week and since I was not aware about this, we ended up missing Abu Simbel. The only two reasons why I have not given 5 rating are (1) the language issue of the guide in Luxor/ Azwan and (2) Representative at Cairo names Mahmoud who was extreamely greedy trying to maximuize his cut by taking us to suboptimal restaurants , booking us in wrong trains to save hotel costs and kept haggling on the tips.

IML Travel provided us with a wonderful experience of Cairo. I booked with Anand who was superbly helpful in making all reservations from beginning till end. They are very responsible and take care of all things - visa, flights, hotel, sight seeing, immigration process at airports. The Egypt representatives were well mannered and very courteous. Anand was available all the time on whatsapp to help in case we needed something.
However, I will still point out some things that can be improved:
1. More flight options should be provided. Kuwait airways can prove to be not so good if leaving from Chennai. The airlines is very disorganized and Kuwait airport by itself lacks many facilities. A stopover at any other airport apart from Kuwait city can be fine
2. We missed out on seeing Abu Simbel due to a little bit of miscommunication between the operators. Our local Egypt representative (from excel travels) was unable to coordinate properly. Some times, things depend a lot on local travel representatives. Ours was a very disorganized albeit courteous person Hesham who required more explanations every time we needed to modify the trip, a bit
3. Egypt, like US, requires travelers to tip a lot everywhere. All these gratuities should be included within the initial package cost itself. It is very cumbersome to withdraw money and carry small bills everywhere to tip guides, drivers, local representatives etc.
All the above points apart, our trip was very comfortable and IML travels have done their best to accommodate our wishes as much as possible. I will certainly recommend all family and friends to book through them.

I took a 9D 8N tour of Egypt. The tour was awesome. And the team in Delhi headed by Mr Vineet was always available. He insisted that I spent two extra days in Hurghada which most Indians do not opt for .I took his advice and it was one of the best experiences of my life. The Sunny Days resort was great. But more than anything ,the water sports on offer ie Scuba Diving, snorkeling, banana ride was out of this world. Thanks team IML.

As a surprise, my husband decided on a trip to Egypt. Vineet helped us put together a fabulous itinerary in a days time and was always available and patiently explained procedures and details about the trip. While in Egypt, he was constantly in touch with me and made sure that everything went smoothly.
In Egypt, we had exceptional guides who were extremely professional and had vast knowledge about history. The places chosen for our stay was really good and we loved the Alyssa cruise. We went right in the middle of Egyptian summer but the siteseeing was planned in the mornings due to which the summer never bothered us, this really showed good planning from the IML team. I'm grateful that I chose you'll cos me and my family love history and you'll covered everything exceptionally well.
When I landed in Egypt, my son's luggage was lost by the airline. Vineet made sure that the people on Egypt supported me and helped me get my luggage. I wouldn't have been able to do so if I was on my own as language would have been a barrier.

For all our previous holidays abroad, we had done all our bookings ourselves. A friend advised us to use a tour operator, but we had initial reservations. We thought it would be a group tour, and we would have to go by the schedule of the group. But we were pleasantly surprised after interacting with IML. We were provided all help and guidance to customize our tour as per our needs, and we had an exclusive guide and vehicle wherever we went.
We were given multiple options to choose from while planning, and enough information about various options to help us decide. The staff was extremely responsive and helpful, and we would receive answers to our queries within minutes. We were also informed of the custom of tipping that is prevalent in Egypt and not included in the package, and advised beforehand how much to pay the guides & drivers. Being a local custom, this was obviously beyond control.
The agency took care of everything, from visa to booking of air tickets. We were met at the airport and assisted through immigration. The guides were very knowledgeable, and helpful. We had a dedicated vehicle wherever we went, and all meals were taken care of. Even while we were there, people from IML kept checking back with us, and were most helpful and accommodating to take care of any minor changes we required.
On the whole, it was a wonderful, hassle free experience. We'd strongly recommend their services.

I had a chat conversation with on of there executive and next day I received a call from an travel expert and he suggested me to take a tour packages for Egypt I asked for the quotation as I wanted to take my mother for a vacation.
