- Bank transmitting fees/wire charges.
- The package cannot be combined with any other offer.
- Camera fee (still / video).
- Whatever not mentioned in inclusions.
Payment Policy
- Pay 50% amount in advance of the total invoice to confirm the booking.
- All payments have to be clears 30 days prior to the date departure failing which IML keeps the right to release the bookings.
- International tickets will be issued within 24 hours from the time of advance payment.
- Booking voucher and final itinerary will be provided maximum 7 calendar days prior to the schedules departure.
- IML travel shall not be responsible for any change in flight schedule and cancellation without prior intimation. The guests must reconfirm the flight schedule at-least 03 days prior to the date of departure either directly from the airline or IML helpline number +91 921 3732000.
- All transfers are as per itinerary, in the event of guests not turning up at the pick-up point at the scheduled departure time, there is no provision of alternative transfer arrangement.
- IML Travel shall not be held liable for the partial or complete failure to perform its obligations under this agreement due to circumstances beyond its control and unforeseeable, including but not limited to acts of nature such as fire, flood, earthquake, hurricane, or other natural disasters, political unrest, epidemics, military actions, or actions by governmental authorities (collectively referred to as 'Force Majeure'). In such events, the time period for fulfilling the obligations herein shall be extended for the duration of the Force Majeure conditions.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation stage: 30 days or more before departure. 25% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 30 days or more before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 20 to 29 days before departure. 50% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation between 10 to 29 days before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 10 to 19 days or less before departure. 75% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 07 to 14 days before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 10 days or less before departure. 100% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 10 days or less before departure.
- Flights Cancellation: Domestic/International For all Domestic / International Flights we will comply with airline cancellation policy for standalone flight bookings or packages inclusive of Domestic/International flights.

Day 1 : ARRIVAL AT PUSHKAR
Welcome to the Pushkar City!
Pushkar Fair Tour begins today; you will be welcomed by our representative at Ajmer Station, on board a luxury A/c vehicle. Embark on a journey for the glimpse of Pushkar fair. Upon arrival Check-in to your Luxury tents which will be arranged nearby the fair ground. Take some rest to hail your tiredness and get refresh to continue your amazing tour. In the mid of the day proceed to the fair grounds to explore the bizarre and various things of the fair. Spend your full day as you like on the fair ground or exploring the city.
Later in the evening proceed to attend Brahma Aarti which is held at Pushkar Lake in front of the Brahma temple. This Aarti is a way to offer prayer and take blessings of Lord Brahma who is the creator of this universe. After the completion of your full day activities come back to your tents, for a comfortable overnight stay.
Day 2 : GLIMPSE OF THE FAIR (B)
After early morning breakfast; proceed to the ancient time world famous temple of Lord Brahma’s and before the visit of this temple you may also take a holy dip in the sacred lake. According to the Hindu religion and believers, a dip in the sacred lake is believed to cleanse sins and cure skin diseases. This temple and Lake of Pushkar are the symbol of religious faith of the followers of Hindu religion. After the worship; spend your full day at leisure, explore everything in your own way at fair, you can choose various types of things during this amazing fair of Pushkar. You can indulge into the folk activities; can take part in the sports like camel ride, horse race, etc. There are lots of things which will attract you to join them and provide an amazing and cheerful experience of this event. In the evening time you may opt out to visit some local markets and do some shopping and purchase souvenirs for your friends and relatives. You may also take savour of the local street food from the famous street food stalls of Pushkar. After the completion of your full day activities come back to your tents, for a comfortable overnight stay.
Day 3 : DEPARTURE TO ONWARDS DESTINATION (B)
After early morning breakfast; complete your check-out formalities and proceed to the Ajmer Station to board your train to your onwards destination. Come back with the cheerful and everlasting experiences of the Pushkar fair.
