Payment Policy
- Pay 50% amount in advance of the total invoice to confirm the booking.
- All payments have to be clears 30 days prior to the date departure failing which IML keeps the right to release the bookings.
- International tickets will be issued within 24 hours from the time of advance payment.
- Booking voucher and final itinerary will be provided maximum 7 calendar days prior to the schedules departure.
- IML travel shall not be responsible for any change in flight schedule and cancellation without prior intimation. The guests must reconfirm the flight schedule at-least 03 days prior to the date of departure either directly from the airline or IML helpline number +91 921 3732000.
- All transfers are as per itinerary, in the event of guests not turning up at the pick-up point at the scheduled departure time, there is no provision of alternative transfer arrangement.
- IML Travel shall not be held liable for the partial or complete failure to perform its obligations under this agreement due to circumstances beyond its control and unforeseeable, including but not limited to acts of nature such as fire, flood, earthquake, hurricane, or other natural disasters, political unrest, epidemics, military actions, or actions by governmental authorities (collectively referred to as 'Force Majeure'). In such events, the time period for fulfilling the obligations herein shall be extended for the duration of the Force Majeure conditions.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation stage: 30 days or more before departure. 25% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 30 days or more before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 20 to 29 days before departure. 50% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation between 10 to 29 days before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 10 to 19 days or less before departure. 75% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 07 to 14 days before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 10 days or less before departure. 100% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 10 days or less before departure.
- Flights Cancellation: Domestic/International For all Domestic / International Flights we will comply with airline cancellation policy for standalone flight bookings or packages inclusive of Domestic/International flights.

Day 1 : INDIA ARRIVAL & AGRA TOUR
On arrival, you will be welcomed by our representative at New Delhi station/airport. Depart for the historical and romantic city tour of Agra. In Agra, you will visit ‘Taj Mahal’, the epitome of romance, built by Mughal emperor Shah Jahan for his beloved wife, Mumtaz, and is one of the Seven Wonders of the World. You will also visit the majestic Agra fort– where the Mughal emperor Shah Jahan spent his last few years. Check-in the hotel.

Day 2 : AGRA-JAIPUR (4hrs 15mins – 240kms)
Have breakfast at the hotel. Check-out and drive towards Jaipur. En route, visit Fatehpur Sikri – which was once the capital of Mughal Emperor Akbar. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Centre and it is visited by tourists from all over the world throughout the year. The monuments at Fatehpur, with all the stories and anecdotes they hold, are a must visit. After sightseeing at Fatehpur Sikri complete your journey to Jaipur. Check-in the hotel. The rest of the day is free to explore this vibrant and colorful city.

Day 3 : JAIPUR
After early morning breakfast, proceed for the full day tour of the Pink city, Jaipur. Drive to Fort Amber, the former capital of Kachhwaha Rajputs. On the way, you will stop to visit the city’s landmark: the Hawa Mahal (Palace of the Winds). Built during the 18th century, the five-storey building features 953 windows from where the royal women used to see the processions. Next you will visit Amber Fort, which lies on a 400-ft-tall hill and is surrounded by the chain of mountains known as Aravali. The City Palace built in 1734, lies in the centre of Jaipur and is now the residence of the royal family of Jaipur and includes the Chandra Mahal and Mubarak Mahal, palaces and other buildings. After that you will visit Jantar Mantar, an astronomical observatory. The instruments are carved out of stone and marble serving to the sky observation. You will also learn to tie a Jaipuri turban in a variety of ways. Come back to the hotel.

Day 4 : JAIPUR-JAISALMER (10hrs – 560kms)
After breakfast, check-out from your hotel and proceed to the ‘Golden City’, Jaisalmer. It is known as Golden City due to its yellow sandstone architecture. It is a popular destination among tourists due to its famous Camel Safari ride, havelis and spiritual places.

Day 5 : JAISALMER-BIKANER (5hrs 20min – 330kms)
After breakfast, check-out and drive towards the Bikaner city. Once reached, check-in to the hotel. Then get ready for a full day city tour. Visit Junagarh Fort – famous for its network of havelis which has beautiful balconies and courtyards, watch towers made of red sandstone and marble. Also visit Har Mandir, a shrine, Chandra Mahal – has marvelous paintings, ceilings and a garden. Later in the evening, visit the camel breeding farm. After full day of sightseeing, drive to the hotel.

Day 6 : BIKANER-JODHPUR (5hrs – 260kms)
After having breakfast, check-out and drive towards the second largest city in Rajasthan, Jodhpur. Check-in to the hotel. Visit Mehrangarh fort– one of the largest forts in India. The fort displays a selection of old royal palanquins (vehicles). Visit Jaswant Thada Memorial and observe the white marble jali (net) work and from terrace observe the scenic view of the city. Visit the Bishnoi villages to get a thrilling desert Jeep ride. Enjoy a barbeque dinner after ride at the village. Head back to the hotel.

Day 7 : JODHPUR-UDAIPUR (4hrs 30mins – 250kms)
After breakfast, check-out and proceed towards the ‘City of Lakes’, Udaipur- the luxurious city of Rajasthan. Check-in to the hotel. Visit Udaipur City Palace situated over Lake Pichola. Its breathtaking architecture makes it a popular destination. It has various small palaces but the main palace is now a museum displaying artifacts. After sunset boat ride at Lake Pichola is a must. Enjoy dinner at the luxurious rooftop restaurant. Drive back to the hotel.

Day 8 : UDAIPUR
After breakfast, proceed for a full day city tour. Visit Jagdish Temple – a temple made in the 17th century is dedicated to Lord Vishnu and is one of the largest temples of the city. The temple has incredible carved pillars, sculptures of dancers and elephants. Visit Saheliyon ki Bari, also known as ‘Garden of the Maidens’ is located on the banks of Fateh Sagar Lake. It has a beautiful fountain, a lotus pool and display of marble elephants. Later in the evening, enjoy your meal at Zannat Rooftop Bar near Fateh Sagar Lake. Drive to the hotel.

Day 9 : UDAIPUR-RANTHAMBORE (8hrs – 420kms)
After having breakfast at the hotel, check-out and proceed to the Ranthambore situated in Sawai Madhopur. It is a popular destination which attracts many tourists towards Ranthambore National Park and Ranthambore Fort. Check-in and spend your day relaxing at the hotel or you can shop at the local market. Come back to your hotel.

Day 10 : RANTHAMBORE
After breakfast, get ready to spend full day at the Ranthambore National Park– one of the largest national parks in the state. It’s a wildlife reserve which is home to tigers, leopards and crocodiles. Enjoy full day at reserve. Later in the evening, go shop for souvenirs at the market. Come back to the hotel.

Day 11 : RANTHAMBORE-DELHI (9hrs – 400kms)
After having breakfast, check-out and drive to Delhi, the capital city. On arrival, check-in to your hotel and relax. In the evening, proceed to shop at local market. Come back to the hotel.

Day 12 : DELHI
After early morning breakfast, check-out from your hotel and drive back to Delhi. On arrival, check-in to your hotel and proceed for the sightseeing tour of “The Heart of India”, Delhi. Start your day with tour of Raj Ghat. If time permits, shop in the local market of Chandni Chowk. In the afternoon, visit India Gate, Qutub Minar and the Lotus Temple. Drive past the President’s House, Parliament House and the Government Secretariat Buildings. You will be given dinner reservations in Parikrama-The Revolving Restaurant. Enjoy fine dining in the revolving rooftop restaurant. You will then be escorted to Hauz Khas Village which is the clubbing hub of Delhi. Get a glimpse of the Delhi nightlife in here.
