Had an amazing 6-day trip to Kashmir with IML Travels, and I can’t thank Mr. Sharique enough for making everything so effortless! This was my fourth trip with IML Travel and my very first international experience with the team. Initially, I was a bit apprehensive since it was my first time traveling abroad with IML. Sharique and Manish stole the show with their perfect planning. Both of them were just a call away. We planned for Jim Corbett with IML travels and our group included senior citizens. The IML team made sure that from the driver sent with our group, resort , hassle free safari, food at the resort every thing was done so well that I strongly recommend everyone to at least try them once. If you are planning a trip, what is required.. The destination, budget, itinerary, documents, hotels, transfers, safety and then bookings.. seems like a nightmare.. But by IML ur side, u just need to do 2 things.. 1) Give IML a call or drop a message. 2) Tell ur dream destination. and trust me, ur work is done.. U need not to worry anymore about anything and just start packing.. IML will take care of everything.. literally everything.. I recently visited Andaman and Nicobars. I went to Kashmir this year with my family and the trip planned by IML was simply incredible. Srinagar, Gulmarg, Sonmarg and Pahelgam- everything was relaxing. They allocated exact days for each place. They planned everything to our likings and convenience. The hotels booked in all the four places were supremely good. I would happily recommend IML travel to anyone looking to travel to Agra. Our tour guide was informative and our driver was very friendly I will now spend the rest of this review writing about our coordinator Sharique. Sharique isn’t a tour guide, he wasn’t supposed to come to Agra with us and definitely had other things to do that day than come on a day trip with two Americans who’d missed their train. He saw how nervous and despondent we looked and moved heaven and earth to get us another way to Agra *within the hour*. Anyone else would have told us there was nothing else to be done, but not Sharique. Sharique you’re great at what you do and a huge asset yo your company. You have a great mind for logistics and on top of that, truly care for the people around you. I can’t think of anyone better to handle travel logistics and I know without a doubt that wherever he goes for work booking wise, he’ll be able to handle customer issues there. I wish we had agents like Sharique to handle booking requests like this in the US :)

My partner and I contracted IMF to put together a day trip to Agra in order to see the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort. The itinerary came quickly after we booked, and included the essentials - train tickets to and from Agra from our home base in Delhi, tickets to both attractions, a lunch to keep us going, and a guide to talk us through the experience. All of this was included in the advertised price. Shortly before the day of the outing, Sharique reached out proactively to confirm that we were still available and that we understood where we needed to be and when. The day of our trip to Agra arrived, and Sharique offered to meet us at the train station with goodie bags of his favorite snacks as well as to ensure we had direction on where to go. Despite Sharique's guidance that we arrive early, my partner and I arrived late to the train station and missed the train he booked for us. When he tried to rebook us on the next train and found it was full, he instead was able to find a driver on VERY short notice who could take us to Agra, stay all day, and drive us back in the evening. Though it wasn't the original plan, he even came along for the entire day trip to ensure that nothing else went wrong! He was incredibly friendly and we had a GREAT conversation during the road trip from Delhi to Agra. When we arrived, we picked up our tour guide Hashim and headed to the Taj Mahal first. The tickets Sharique obtained for us allowed us to skip some of the line, and Hashim struck a great balance of sharing information and letting us take in the sights. He even suggested photos that we should pose for and snapped them for us! That meant that we could say no to the somewhat pricey photo package that was offered by historical staff at the Taj Mahal. The Taj Mahal was BEAUTIFUL - the pictures don't do it justice. Hashim took us inside and showed us the beautiful symmetry and impressive mathematical precision of its construction, and gave us some really interesting information on how it's maintained. After the Taj Mahal, we went to lunch at a restaurant Sharique picked out - Sizzler was a clean, efficient buffet-style restaurant with a good ambience and incredible food. The lamb stew, fried corn, and fish fry were standouts but everything there was great! Going buffet-style let us vary our meals based on hunger, which was an excellent idea on his part. After lunch, we made an unexpected stop for a hands-on demonstration of the stone working techniques and materials used to maintain the Taj Mahal courtesy of a friend of Hashim's. We were able to try our very inexpert hand at grinding some of the small stone pieces that made up the inlays of the tomb - it gave us a good perspective on the INCREDIBLE amount of skill and effort that has gone into the Taj Mahal's construction and upkeep. Our final stop was Agra Fort, across the river from the Taj Mahal. Hashim gave us a great overview of the history and function of the fort, from its construction and original use to Shah Jahan's imprisonment to the effects of British occupation. He again suggested and snapped several memorable photos for us, and as a happy accident the delay of missing our train allowed us beautiful sunset views of the fort and the surrounding landscape. After that, it was time to return home. Sharique kept our spirits high on the late evening drive with spirited conversation and an excellent cup of spicy roadside chai when we pulled into a station to stretch our legs. The car he'd hired brought us directly back to our hotel, and the price he'd gotten for it was very reasonable considering the last minute change. I can't stress enough how helpful and good-spirited Sharique was throughout this entire process. We learned that he doesn't normally accompany the tours, but joined us for the entire day (7am to 10pm) to make sure that the change in plans didn't ruin the experience. He went above and beyond what we could have expected, and saved the day when our own logistical issues threatened to ruin it. We will be using IML again!

We loved the Amritsar tour. Golden temple was absolutely beautiful & very peaceful. The Wagah border experience was unusual & amazing. Despite all the issues/delays we had with the flights & getting into Amritsar so late, Chander did his utmost so that we got to see the most important in Amritsar.. He was extremely helpful & we really enjoyed the tour.

I had a great experience doing the Khajuraho Tour from Delhi with a overnight train booked on Viator. The person from the agency contacted me on WhatsApp and was very nice, available all day and very comprehensive. I am a woman and travelled solo but felt safe all along. You can trust this company :)

A really enjoyable day. From experiencing the train ride so seeing the Taj Mahal and the red fort. The guide was excellent and it’s good value for money. The food on the train is just like the UK trains bloody awful however the company provide a hamper full of goodies to keep you energised.

My experience was very well organised and managed. Just check before if you would like to get to see the sunrise because the shown timing might be different compare to the one they propose you later. In my case, I was picked up from hotel in time by the guide, had an interesting private tour on the wooden boat and a short walk tour in town for breaki. More or less it was around 2.5 hours, less then advertised but it felt totally enough, so nothing to complain about! Make sure to express your needs in advance:-)

We took a two-day tour of Bodhgaya and a one-day tour of Varanasi with IML Travel earlier this week. The guides of both tours were very helpful. They were always punctual and accommodating. They worked hard to make our tours easy and enjoyable. We truly appreciate their efforts.

IML Travel Services has been my go to travel curator for the past 5 years. I cannot help but praise their attention to detail, their regular communication and prompt problem solving skills, even when you're in different timezones. They had made our Egypt and Jordan trip a really wonderful one and the latest Cambodia and Vietnam was perfect as well. Being travellers, rather than tourists we love to soak in the ambience of the place and meet the locals while partaking of local food. We prefer a more luxurious and individual experience and IML has never disappointed us. They have a wonderful intinerary, but as we are very clear of what we want to see and how long we want to stay at a particular place, they adjust accordingly. From tickets to hotels to vehicles of transportion and local guides for sightseeing, they do it all. Cambodia was on our bucket list, so we stayed at Siem Reap that is the gateway to the temples of Angkor Wat. Vietnam on the other hand had Saigon and Hanoi and the beautiful World Heritage Site of Halong Bay. Everything went smoothly and we enjoyed the sites as well as the delicious local food served in beautiful restaurants. On request, we even had the novel experience of a Food Walk, to enjoy street food in the fantastic French Quarter, where we were staying in Hanoi. Kudos to the team for making this, such a memorable experience. At this very moment we will be travelling to Hampi and Chikmagalur, and IML is as meticulous with domestic tourism as they are with international ones.

It was a great 2 day tour from Varanasi to Bodhgaya. Hotel Maya Heritage was really good. Sharique from IML was very prompt in communicating. Also assisted us when we had an issue with our hotel booking and organised airport transfer. Sammer was an excellent driver and very pleasant. Our guide Bablu was very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained everything in detail. I highly recommend them.

I recently took Iml travel services for my Ladakh and like my previous tour packages from them, the 6 day trip to Ladakh went awesome. I made a booking very last minute, two days prior to arriving in Amritsar, India. IML offered a variety of tours, and confirmed my tour quickly. They contacted me promptly with regards to hotel pick up and provided me with my guides information prior to meeting him. My driver for the day was excellent, probably the safest I have felt on Indian roads :) My tour was amazing. I did the Golden Temple and Wagah boarder tour. Goldie was an excellent guide, very knowledgeable. He is well spoken, very adaptable and flexible. He was super easy to get along with and as a female travelling solo, I felt completely safe the whole day.
