Payment Policy
- Pay 50% amount in advance of the total invoice to confirm the booking.
- All payments have to be clears 30 days prior to the date departure failing which IML keeps the right to release the bookings.
- International tickets will be issued within 24 hours from the time of advance payment.
- Booking voucher and final itinerary will be provided maximum 7 calendar days prior to the schedules departure.
- IML travel shall not be responsible for any change in flight schedule and cancellation without prior intimation. The guests must reconfirm the flight schedule at-least 03 days prior to the date of departure either directly from the airline or IML helpline number +91 921 3732000.
- All transfers are as per itinerary, in the event of guests not turning up at the pick-up point at the scheduled departure time, there is no provision of alternative transfer arrangement.
- IML Travel shall not be held liable for the partial or complete failure to perform its obligations under this agreement due to circumstances beyond its control and unforeseeable, including but not limited to acts of nature such as fire, flood, earthquake, hurricane, or other natural disasters, political unrest, epidemics, military actions, or actions by governmental authorities (collectively referred to as 'Force Majeure'). In such events, the time period for fulfilling the obligations herein shall be extended for the duration of the Force Majeure conditions.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation stage: 30 days or more before departure. 25% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 30 days or more before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 20 to 29 days before departure. 50% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation between 10 to 29 days before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 10 to 19 days or less before departure. 75% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 07 to 14 days before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 10 days or less before departure. 100% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 10 days or less before departure.
- Flights Cancellation: Domestic/International For all Domestic / International Flights we will comply with airline cancellation policy for standalone flight bookings or packages inclusive of Domestic/International flights.

Day 1 : ARRIVAL AT SINGAPORE – NIGHT SAFARI
Welcome to the Lion City “Singapore”!!!
Upon arrival at the Singapore International airport, clear immigration, meet with our representative and transfer to your hotel. Upon arrival, check-in to your hotel and get refresh yourself with a short sleep to hail tiredness of your long journey. In the evening get ready to proceed for Night Safari which is the world’s first NIGHT SAFARI set in 40 hectares of secondary jungle will unfold the mystery and drama of the tropical jungle after dusk with stunning effect. See a myriad of nocturnal animals, from fierce predators to timid forest dwellers, in their natural habitat under subtle moon glow lighting. Roam the jungle in the complete safety and comfort of your TRAM which takes you through the East and West Loop passing by a large reservoir and weaving through selected habitats designed specifically to replicate the natural environment from the Himalayan Foothills to the Southeast Asian Rainforest and Indian Subcontinent. On completion of the tram ride, you will be lead on a walking trail where you will be able to view some animals at closer quarters. As the day falls, return to your hotel for a restful overnight stay in Singapore.
Day 2 : PANORAMIC CITY DRIVE OF SINGAPORE + SENTOSA ISLAND (B)
After breakfast at hotel. This day, you will be taken for a half-day city tour of Singapore. The first stop on your tour would be the iconic Merlion Statue, a mythical creature which has the head of a lion and the body of a fish. Followed by a visit to Chinatown, a historic market filled with traditional shops as well as equable stores and modern cafes. You will also get to visit Chinatown’s oldest and most important Hokkien temple, Thian Hock Keng Temple, dedicated to the Chinese sea goddess, Mazu. Then proceed to Enjoy your day at Sentosa Island. Enter and explore the marine realm of S.E.A. Aquarium™, home to more than 100,000 marine animals of over 800 species, across into 49 different habitats, each one as fascinating as the next. After a scrumptious breakfast at the hotel; proceed for the sightseeing tour of Singapore famous attraction Universal Studios. Live The Movies at the many exclusive attractions found only at the region’s first Hollywood movie theme park, Universal Studios Singapore. Featuring movie-themed rides and attractions, which are unique to Singapore, thrill seekers and families will be the first to experience many new rides and shows based on blockbuster hits. The young and young at heart will be entertained by Shrek and gang on an incredible 4-D adventure in the world’s first Far Far Away Castle. Thrill seekers can face warrior mummies on Revenge of the Mummy a psychological thrill ride in total darkness. Other highlights include Madagascar, New York, Hollywood, Sci Fi City and The Lost World. In the evening transfer to cruise.
