Payment Policy
- Pay 50% amount in advance of the total invoice to confirm the booking.
- All payments have to be clears 30 days prior to the date departure failing which IML keeps the right to release the bookings.
- International tickets will be issued within 24 hours from the time of advance payment.
- Booking voucher and final itinerary will be provided maximum 7 calendar days prior to the schedules departure.
- IML travel shall not be responsible for any change in flight schedule and cancellation without prior intimation. The guests must reconfirm the flight schedule at-least 03 days prior to the date of departure either directly from the airline or IML helpline number +91 921 3732000.
- All transfers are as per itinerary, in the event of guests not turning up at the pick-up point at the scheduled departure time, there is no provision of alternative transfer arrangement.
- IML Travel shall not be held liable for the partial or complete failure to perform its obligations under this agreement due to circumstances beyond its control and unforeseeable, including but not limited to acts of nature such as fire, flood, earthquake, hurricane, or other natural disasters, political unrest, epidemics, military actions, or actions by governmental authorities (collectively referred to as 'Force Majeure'). In such events, the time period for fulfilling the obligations herein shall be extended for the duration of the Force Majeure conditions.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation stage: 30 days or more before departure. 25% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 30 days or more before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 20 to 29 days before departure. 50% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation between 10 to 29 days before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 10 to 19 days or less before departure. 75% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 07 to 14 days before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 10 days or less before departure. 100% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 10 days or less before departure.
- Flights Cancellation: Domestic/International For all Domestic / International Flights we will comply with airline cancellation policy for standalone flight bookings or packages inclusive of Domestic/International flights.

Day 1 : COCHIN – MUNNAR (3hrs 41mins – 130kms)
On arrival at Cochin visit the Mattancherry Dutch Palace – (closed on Fridays and public holidays), which was built by the Portuguese in 1555 and renovated by the Dutch in 1663. Visit the Jewish Synagogue-(closed on all Saturdays and Jewish holidays) in Jew Town and Fort Cochin Area. There are a couple of streets of picture-postcard houses out of another age. Visit St. Francis Church – (closed for visitors on Sundays from 08.00 to 11.00 hrs) the oldest European Church in India. It has several antiquities including a wealth of records. See the Chinese Fishing Nets, along the tip of Fort Cochin unique to this part of Kerala and living symbols of a centuries-old Chinese influence on this coast. Later depart to Munnar by road. Arrive Munnar and transfer to hotel.

Day 2 : MUNNAR SIGHTSEEING (B)
After early morning breakfast at the hotel, go for a sightseeing tour of Munnar. Enjoy the serene views which Munnar offers owing to its famous tea plantations, and visit Eravikulam National Park to watch the rich flora and fauna of the region. (Eravikulam National Park is shut from 15 Jan to 15 Mar; during these dates Park visits cannot be done but all other sightseeing tours shall be provided as per the itinerary). In the afternoon, visit Mattupetty Lake and Dam and Echo Point, famous for its echo phenomenon. Time permitting; we will visit the Tea Museum (closed on Monday & Good Friday). You can also enjoy evening at leisure after that return back to the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 3 : MUNNAR – THEKKADY (3hrs8mins – 92kms) (B)
After early morning breakfast at the hotel depart for Thekkady by road. Arrive Thekkady and transfer to hotel. The town also houses one of world’s most fascinating natural wildlife sanctuaries. Lying at an altitude of 700-1900m above sea level, Periyar has a cool and comfortable climate. In the afternoon, proceed for the nearby activity camp. Enjoy an Elephant ride through a small spice plantation and witness Kalaripayattu – an ancient South Indian martial art and one of the oldest fighting systems in existence today. Visit the spice market at Kumily where you can buy fresh spices. Spend evening at leisure after that return back to the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 4 : THEKKADY – ALLEPEY HOUSEBOAT (3hrs 39mins – 138kms) (B)
After early morning breakfast at the hotel, leave for Allepey. Enjoy the backwaters scenery and different places. Enjoy yourself at the houseboat. Enjoy the snacks at the houseboat. Also enjoy the view of the city while on houseboat. Overnight stay at houseboat.
Day 5 : ALLEPEY – COCHIN (1hrs 5mins - 53 kms) (B)
Today after early morning breakfast at the hotel, depart for Cochin by road for onwards journey. Transfer to airport in time to board your flight to Bangalore
Day 6 : COCHIN – BANGALORE – MYSORE (B)
After early morning breakfast at the hotel, take your flight from Cochin airport to Bangalore and after arriving Bangalore take your onwards flight to Mysore. On arrival, check into the hotel. In the evening indulge in to the amazingly beautiful and decorated Vrindavan Gardens. While in Mysore a visit to the KRS Dam also known as Krishna Raj Sagar Dam designed by the Great engineer Sir M Visvesvaraya. Spend evening at leisure after that return back to the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 7 : MYSORE - COORG (B)
After early morning breakfast at the hotel, proceed on an excursion to visit one of the best-preserved Hoysala Temples at Somnathpur. In the afternoon visit the famous Mysore Palace. Spend evening at leisure. Thereafter, checkout from your hotel & drive to Coorg. On arrival, check-in to your hotel and have comfortable overnight stay.
Day 8 : COORG (B)
After early morning breakfast at the hotel, proceed for a sightseeing tour of Kodagu and enjoy a half-day tour, with visits to coffee plantations, orange orcahrds and paddy field in Mercara, the largest town in Coorg. Overlooking the town is a sprawling fortress built by the Rajas of Coorg on a hill. Nearby stands a temple of Lord Omkareswara (one of the twelve Joytirling), which shows an unusual combination of the Hindu and Islamic styles of architecture. You will really enjoy the tour. Day 9 : COORG – BANGALORE (5hrs 26mins – 238kms) (B)
